Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dust collection container provided in a vacuum cleaner.
The dust collection container described in

The invention according to claim 9 is characterized in that a part of the inner case protrudes from the case to the other surface side, and the protruding part is located when the filter device is attached to the case. It is stored in a storage part, It is a dust collecting container in any one of Claims 3-8 characterized by the above-mentioned.
The invention according to
The invention according to
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the dust collecting container, the filter device attached to the other surface side of the case that takes in air and dust from the intake port on one surface includes a main surface that faces the other surface side of the case; And a side part rising from the end of the main surface in the crossing direction of the main surface, and the main surface and the side surface form a reservoir for storing dust.
Here, a storage part is formed in the dish shape which has a bottom by the main surface and a side surface. For this reason, when removing the filter device from the case in order to throw away the dust accumulated in the reservoir, the dust collected in the reservoir can be smoothly thrown away without accidentally spilling even if the reservoir is not leveled. Can do.
According to invention of Claim 2, a filter apparatus can be rotated with respect to a case by connecting one end part to a case via a hinge, and a storage part is a storage part from one end part side. It is wide and shallow toward the opposite side of one end with respect to.
That is, the storage part of the filter device becomes wider and shallower from the one end side close to the hinge toward the opposite side described above, so that the above-described one end side becomes a dust-collecting shape. Therefore, the dust stored in the storage unit can be smoothly thrown away from the opposite side of the storage unit.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the dust collecting container, the swirl flow path is formed by the case and the inner case, so that dust can be collected by a so-called cyclone method. In addition, since the bypass channel is formed in the dust collecting container, the flow of air from the intake port to the filter device can be ensured even if the swirl channel is clogged.
And since the dust collection surface which an inner case forms opposes the storage part which accumulate | stores dust, the dust to which centrifugal force was provided by the turning flow path is collected between a dust collection surface and a storage part. Here, since the dust collection surface is provided with a plurality of compression chambers for taking in and compressing the dust, it is possible to prevent the dust collection surface and the storage portion from being clogged at an early stage. Thereby, the dust collection capacity of the dust collection container can be improved.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the bypass passage is provided with the swivel portion for imparting centrifugal force to the dust in the air passing therethrough, so that the dust is separated from the air passing through the bypass passage. can do. And since the compression chamber mentioned above is provided in the bypass channel, the dust isolate | separated from the air by a turning part can be compressed, and it can prevent that a bypass channel is blocked with dust early. Thereby, the dust collection capacity of the dust collection container can be improved.
According to invention of Claim 5, the compression chamber is arrange | positioned in the position remove | deviated from the center of the storage part. Here, the center of the storage part is a position where the suction force tends to concentrate when the vacuum cleaner is operated, and the reduction of the suction force can be suppressed by removing the compression chamber for taking in the dust from the center of the storage part. .
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, tissue paper, which is a disposable filter, can be mounted between the other surface of the case and the filter device, so that dust is captured with the tissue paper prior to the filter device. be able to. As a result, the life of the filter device can be extended. Further, when the tissue paper is contaminated with dust, it is only necessary to replace it with a new tissue paper, so that maintenance is easy.
Further, the compression chamber partition rib for partitioning the compression chamber presses the tissue paper against the filter device when the filter device is attached to the case.
Thereby, in addition to partitioning the compression chamber, the compression chamber partition rib can also position the tissue paper, so there is no need to separately provide a part for positioning the tissue paper, and the dust collecting container is simply configured. be able to.
When the filter device is attached to the case, the tissue paper can be positioned together, so that the tissue paper can be easily attached.
Furthermore, since the compression chamber partition rib presses the tissue paper against the filter device so as to follow the shape of the reservoir, the tissue paper can be attached without breaking.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the dust collecting surface partitioning rib for partitioning the dust collecting surface presses the tissue paper against the filter device when the filter device is attached to the case.
As a result, the dust collection surface partition rib can position the tissue paper in addition to partitioning the dust collection surface, so there is no need to separately provide a part for positioning the tissue paper, and the dust collection container can be simplified. Can be configured.
When the filter device is attached to the case, the tissue paper can be positioned together, so that the tissue paper can be easily attached.
Furthermore, since the dust collection surface partition rib presses the tissue paper against the filter device so as to follow the shape of the reservoir, the tissue paper can be attached without breaking.
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the bypass channel partition rib for partitioning the bypass channel presses the tissue paper against the filter device when the filter device is attached to the case.
As a result, in addition to partitioning the bypass flow path, the bypass flow path partition rib can also position tissue paper, so there is no need to separately provide parts for positioning the tissue paper, and the dust collection container can be simplified. Can be configured.
When the filter device is attached to the case, the tissue paper can be positioned together, so that the tissue paper can be easily attached.
Furthermore, since the bypass flow path partition rib presses the tissue paper against the filter device so as to follow the shape of the reservoir, the tissue paper can be attached without breaking.
According to the invention described in claim 9, a part of the inner case protrudes from the case to the other surface side, and this protruding part is stored in the storage part when the filter device is attached to the case. Is done. As a result, the dust collection container does not become larger as the inner case protrudes from the case, and the dust collection container can be prevented from being enlarged.
According to invention of
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the filter device has a storage portion, and is connected to the case via a hinge, whereby the first filter is rotatable with respect to the case, and the first filter And a second filter disposed on the opposite side of the case. Thus, for example, the filter device captures relatively large dust, and the second filter captures relatively small dust, regardless of the size or the like. can do.
Further, when the first filter is opened with respect to the case by rotating around the rotation axis of the hinge, dust accumulated in the storage unit can be discarded.
And the 2nd filter is connected with the 1st filter so that rotation is possible centering on the axis in a position different from the rotation axis to the case of the 1st filter. Thereby, compared with the case where the rotation axis | shaft of a 1st filter and the rotation axis | shaft of a 2nd filter are the same, it is easy to rotate a 2nd filter with respect to a 1st filter (it is easy to open). Therefore, the dust captured by the second filter can be discarded smoothly.
As a result, the dust collection container can be easily handled.

Next, the
As shown in FIG. 4 and as described above, the
Specifically, referring to FIG. 6, the filter frame has a two-layer structure, and is connected to the
On the front side of the
The
In order to hold the
The front side of the
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the
Here, when discarding the
Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the
Here, as described above, in the
FIG. 8 shows a mode in which the present invention is applied in FIG. FIG. 9 shows a mode in which the present invention is applied in FIG. FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining a state in which the
In order to eliminate such a problem, the
Therefore, when the
Then, as shown in FIG. 10, when the

Further, a rib (referred to as a bypass passage partition rib 44) that is continuous with the dust collection
A wall (referred to as a revolving wall 45) is provided inside the
These compression
When the
At the same time when the
In this way, the compression
When the
Furthermore, the compression
As described above, the
Further, as described above, the
Further, as described above, the
FIG. 11 is a side view of the
As shown in FIG. 11, the rear side periphery (the right side periphery in FIG. 11) of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the back side peripheral edge (upper peripheral edge in FIG. 12) of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the
As described above, since the

As described above, the filter device 13 (specifically, the second filter frame 36) is provided with the

As a modification of the
FIG. 18 is a plan view of the scooping
When the
The scooping
Further, as shown in FIG. 20, a net 56 may be stretched inside the scooping
