Description

The present invention relates to a fish reef that is submerged on the sea floor and serves as a habitat for seafood, and more particularly to a fish reef configured using a bamboo tube.

In recent years, in coastal fishing grounds, the marine environment has deteriorated due to the effects of global warming, environmental destruction, etc., and the habitat for seafood has been decreasing. Therefore, the marine environment has been improved so as to be suitable for the inhabiting and breeding of seafood, and as one of them, an artificial reef that serves as a habitat for seafood is submerged on the seabed. Conventionally, many artificial fish reefs have been proposed which are composed of concrete materials, steel materials, thinned materials, bamboo materials, etc., and combinations of these appropriately.

The surface of the artificial artificial reef made of concrete is not preferable for the growth and growth of seaweed due to the occurrence of sea cucumber, etc., and when used as a fish reef, it takes a long time for the seaweed to become familiar with the surface. Therefore, it is known to paste natural rocks, shells, iron materials, etc. on the surface. Furthermore, the thinning and bamboo materials mentioned above are being adopted as constituent materials because they are easier to adapt to seaweed than the concrete surface. It is desirable to secure as many fishery resources as possible to set up as many artificial reefs as possible in the wide sea, but bamboo is prosperous in the nearby mountains and is easy to obtain and inexpensive, so it is economically optimal. It is a material.

In an artificial fish reef composed of concrete, thinned wood, and bamboo, when a large number of these are erected on a concrete block (base), the thinned wood and bamboo have a specific gravity smaller than that of water. It has a problem that it is necessary to increase the size of the concrete base because the position becomes unstable. For example, in Patent Document 1 as an artificial fish reef of bamboo material, a bamboo material is used as a structural material, which is formed into a plane or three-dimensional fish reef by connecting or fixing it vertically and horizontally, and maintaining the strength of the bamboo body at the bottom of the water. It is disclosed to provide an opening for introducing water into the bamboo cylinder in order to lose buoyancy. On the other hand, bamboo is not only a problem of buoyancy because it is a cylindrical body, but also has a problem of strength deterioration when exposed to waves for a long time on the seabed as a fish reef.

Patent Document 2 discloses that a thinning material is used as a fish reef member. In Patent Document 2, a lattice portion is formed by assembling a plurality of thinning materials in a lattice shape on a base portion formed in a frame shape with concrete and / or steel. It discloses disposing rubble on top. Furthermore, Patent Document 3 discloses an artificial fish reef having a large number of logs that are erected at intervals on the upper surface of a concrete base.

On the other hand, as a technique related to the reinforcement of bamboo material, although not related to fish reef members, according to Patent Document 4, a substantially straight bamboo material is cut into a predetermined length, and a bamboo knot is cut into a substantially cylindrical pipe shape to penetrate a hollow The section is provided with a plurality of reinforcing bars extending in the length direction, filled with high-flowing mortar and solidified, and the outside is made of bamboo material and the inside is a base material for double-structure construction with rod-shaped concrete members The formed bamboo base material is known.

The present invention solves the conventional problems of fish reefs using bamboo, improves the instability of the seafloor due to buoyancy, and makes it easy for the seaweed to grow and to maintain the strength and shape over a long period of time. Provide fish reefs. Another object of the present invention is to provide a bamboo fish reef having a high transportation efficiency that can be stacked on a vehicle and loaded on a vehicle bed in a small area when a large number of fish reefs are transported, and an assembling method thereof.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have intensively studied, and as a result, from the end of a bamboo cylinder filled with reinforcement and concrete inside, the extended reinforcement portion is embedded in a concrete base and erected. Thus, it has been found that the problems of buoyancy and strength retention can be solved. Furthermore, when the concrete foundation is made into a cross shape, it is possible to secure the enclosed structure with bamboo cylinders when placed on the sea floor, but when transporting on a vehicle, the quantity is larger than the conventional rectangular foundation. The present invention has been conceived by knowing that it can be loaded.

The present invention 4 is the bamboo fish reef according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the concrete block has a cross shape. (Claim 4)
Further, the present invention 5 is characterized in that the most advanced portion of the reinforcing bar extending outside from the end of the bamboo member embedded in the concrete block is bent or the reinforcing bar is partially thickened. A bamboo fish reef according to any one of claims 1 to 4. (Claim 5)
Further, the present invention 6 is characterized in that after inserting reinforcing bars extending from the bamboo member into holes provided in the concrete block, the concrete in a fluid state before solidification is filled and solidified. This is a method for assembling a fish reef. (Claim 6)

In the present invention, a bamboo fish reef comprising a concrete block and a plurality of bamboo members having reinforcement and concrete in the cylinder is used, so that the buoyancy by the bamboo material can be reduced, so that the fish reef can be stably settled on the sea floor. Furthermore, the strength (bending and compressive strength) of the bamboo member increases, and the bamboo is held without being deformed over a long period of time. In addition, since the structure of the concrete block, which is a heavy object for standing bamboo members, is made in a cross shape, not only can the loading area of the vehicle be saved and multi-stage loading, but also a reef that can be freely adjusted when submerged on the sea floor. A space can be formed.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a bamboo fish reef and a method for assembling a bamboo fish reef according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bamboo fish reef in which a bamboo member is erected on one side of a concrete block according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a concrete block, and 2 is a bamboo member standing on the concrete block. In this example, the concrete block 1 has a frame shape in which a central portion of a rectangular flat plate is cut into a rectangle. Here, in the present invention, the concrete block can take various shapes such as a circle, a triangle, and a rod, and is not limited to such a rectangular flat plate. In addition, standing means that the end portion of the bamboo member is embedded in a concrete block and is erected, and the erection angle is not limited to vertical.

As shown in FIG. 2, a bamboo cylinder concrete 5 having reinforcing bars 4 is arranged inside the bamboo cylinder 3 of the bamboo member 2. The bamboo cylinder 3 is a hollow cylinder in which a steel rod or the like having a sharp tip is inserted in advance to remove the internal bamboo knot 3a (the interior of the cylinder is not shown). Bamboo in-cylinder concrete 5 is formed by appropriately mixing aggregate (coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, etc.) and water with cement powder and kneading and solidifying, and is generally called concrete or mortar. When using large-diameter Somune bamboo or true bamboo, the strength increases when a large amount of coarse aggregate such as gravel is added. However, when the bamboo cylinder diameter is small, mainly fine aggregates such as sand are used. However, it has good fluidity and is easy to place in a bamboo cylinder.

The reinforcement 4 in the bamboo cylinder concrete 5 is a steel bar (such as deformed round steel for ordinary reinforced concrete or ordinary round steel) that is generally used as the reinforcement in the concrete. The end of the reinforcing bar 4 extends to the outside from the end (the lower end in the figure) of the bamboo cylinder 3, and a steel nut 6 is screwed to the tip of the extension 4a. This steel nut 6 is partly thickened in order to strengthen the standing of the bamboo member 2 in the concrete block 1, and the effect of increasing the slip resistance by mechanically biting the steel bar and concrete. It has. Therefore, instead of the steel nut 6, the leading edge of the reinforcing bar 4 may be bent into a bowl shape. In addition, the outer surface of the bar arrangement may be uneven and partially thickened. The bamboo member 2 is erected by inserting an extended portion 4 a extending from the end portion to the outside into the hole 1 a of the concrete block 1.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the bamboo member 2 is inserted into the hole 1a of the concrete block 1 and is erected. Filled concrete 1b is filled in the gap between the hole 1a of the concrete block 1 and the extended portion 4a inserted and solidified. The hole 1a may be in a state of penetrating the concrete block 1. In addition, as a standing structure in which holes are not provided in advance, a bamboo member 1 having reinforcing concrete prepared in advance before solidification at the stage of forming solid concrete block 1 by pouring fluidized concrete into a mold is predetermined. It may be erected by being embedded and solidified at the position.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a bamboo fish reef in which a bamboo member is erected so as to be bridged between two concrete blocks 1. Since both ends of the bamboo member 2 are fixed by the concrete block 1, the overall strength of the fish reef is increased. Moreover, in this example, although the arrangement position of the bamboo member 2 standingly arranged in the concrete block 1 is made to surround the outer periphery of the concrete block, it is sufficient that a space as a place for housing fish is secured, the target fish species, A bamboo member is forested by selecting an appropriate arrangement density and arrangement pattern in consideration of the fish size and the like.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a bamboo fish reef (hereinafter referred to as a cross-shaped bamboo fish reef 1A) in which the concrete block 1 on which the bamboo member 2 is erected is formed in a cross shape. Further, FIG. 6 is a plan view in which a plurality of the cross-shaped bamboo fish reefs 1A are set and placed on the seabed. In general, the basic structure of fish reefs is the formation of a closed space that serves as a place for fish. As shown in the upper left of the figure, in the cruciform bamboo fish reefs 1A-1 and 1A-5, an enclosed rectangular space can be formed by the bamboo members erected on the two rod-shaped block portions X opened at right angles. Among the five cruciform bamboo fish reefs (1A-1A-5) arranged in FIG. 6, when the central cruciform bamboo fish reef 1A-5 is not provided, four cruciform bamboo fish reefs (1A-1 1A-2, 1A-3, 1A-4), a square space with one side being twice as long as the rod-shaped block part X can be formed. Thus, in the cross-shaped bamboo fishing reef, a large and small space can be formed by appropriately selecting the arrangement thereof.

FIG. 7 is an arrangement example when the cross-shaped bamboo fish reef 1A is loaded on a vehicle. As shown in the figure, since one cruciform bamboo fish reef is composed of four rod-shaped block portions X opened at right angles, by arranging adjacent rod-shaped block portions X adjacent to each other in parallel, It is possible to occupy approximately half the maximum size of bamboo fish reef. Since the occupied area can be reduced, the bamboo fish reef can be loaded and transported more efficiently in a limited bed area. Increasing the loading efficiency of large and heavy concrete is effective for economical transportation of fish reefs.

Industrial applicability

In the present invention, it is a simple structure comprising a concrete block and a plurality of bamboo members having reinforcement and concrete in the cylinder, but the fish reef can be stably settled on the seabed, and the strength of the bamboo member is further increased. The bamboo is kept large without deformation for a long time. Further, not only can the loading area of the vehicle be saved and the multi-stage loading can be performed, but also a reef space of a large or small size can be obtained even when it is set on the seabed. The use of bamboo that is cheap and easily available makes the production cost low and contributes greatly to the development of fishing grounds that require a large number of fish reefs.
