Claims (2)

ナットを板材に取り付ける取付構造であって、
上記板材は、第1ネジ挿通孔が貫通形成された板材本体と、該板材本体の片面に上記第1ネジ挿通孔を覆うように一体に成形されナットを収容保持するナット保持部とからなる樹脂成形品であり、
上記ナット保持部は、上記板材本体の片面に上記第1ネジ挿通孔を挟むように一体に突設された互いに対向する一対の縦壁部と、該両縦壁部の突出端に上記板材本体と平行になるように一体に連結され上記両縦壁部とで内部に略矩形状のナット収容空間を形成する底壁部とからなり、かつ上記底壁部には第2ネジ挿通孔が上記第1ネジ挿通孔に対応するように貫通形成され、
上記ナットは、金属薄板の打抜き材を折曲加工して形成され、板材締結時、ネジ部材のネジ溝に螺合する1条のネジ山を内周縁で構成するネジ孔が貫通形成された略矩形状の平板片部と、該平板片部の両端から裏面側に平板片部と間隔をあけて折り返された第1及び第2折返し片部とからなり、上記平板片部はナットを上記ナット保持部のナット収容空間に配置した状態で上記両縦壁部内面に当接ないし接近し、上記第1及び第2折返し片部のうち第1折返し片部はナットを上記ナット保持部のナット収容空間に配置した状態で上記底壁部の第2ネジ挿通孔周りに圧接してナットがナット保持部に収容保持され、かつ上記第1及び第2折返し片部の少なくとも一方の先端には、板材締結時、上記ネジ孔を通過したネジ部材のネジ溝に周縁部が螺合する略半円形の切欠部が形成されていることを特徴とするナット取付構造。
