Description

The present invention relates to a floor heating panel in which a long panel for heating is provided, and a panel forming body having a sheet-shaped panel forming body heat-fixing member fixed on the surface thereof and a small joist are provided side by side.

。   In the floor heating panel, conventionally, a non-adhesive layer to which the floor finish adhesive is difficult to adhere is provided on the entire surface side of the panel-forming body heat-fixing body fixed to the panel-forming body. There was a configuration. Specifically, an anti-oxidation paint is formed on the surface of the soaking body for the panel forming body to form an anti-oxidation film, and a non-adhesive resin is applied to the surface of the anti-oxidation film. The non-adhesive layer is formed by the above-described method, or the non-adhesive layer is formed using a release paper, and when the floor finish is peeled off, the floor finish is peeled off on the surface of the non-adhesive layer. There was what was made like this (for example, refer patent document 1).

To add explanation, such a floor heating panel is placed on the floor base material by placing it on the floor base material and screwing a screw into the small joist, or driving a nail, Adhesive is applied to the surface of the small joists of the floor heating panel laid in such a manner, and the floor finishing material formed of wood or the like is placed on the surface of the floor heating panel, thereby bonding the floor finishing material to the adhesive. It is constructed to be laid on the surface of the floor heating panel in a state fixed to small joists.

The floor finishing material laid on the surface of the floor heating panel may be replaced due to scratches on the floor finishing material, but the floor finishing material may be laid on the surface of the heat equalizing body for the panel forming body. For example, when laying the floor finish, the adhesive applied to the surface of the small joists is spread out by the floor finish and spreads on the surface of the panel forming body so that the floor finish becomes the panel. If it is also adhered to the surface of the soaking body for the molded body, the soaking body for the panel forming body is also removed when the floor finishing material that needs to be replaced due to scratches is removed from the floor heating panel. The panel forming body may be damaged, and the panel forming body may be damaged or the panel forming body may be damaged.

Therefore, in the conventional floor heating panel, when the floor finish is peeled off, in order to suppress damaging the soaking body for the panel forming body and the panel forming body, the panel formation fixed to the panel forming body is formed. When the floor finish is laid on the surface of the floor heating panel with a non-adhesive layer that prevents the adhesive from adhering over the entire surface of the body heat equalizing body, the adhesive spreads over the surface of the panel forming body Even so, the non-adhesive layer prevents the adhesive from adhering to the panel-forming body soaking body, and the panel-forming body soaking body or panel-forming body soaking body is damaged when the floor finish is peeled off. It is trying to suppress this.

However, in the floor heating panel having the above-described conventional configuration, in order to prevent the floor heating panel from being damaged when the floor finishing material is peeled off, a non-adhesive layer is provided over the entire surface of the soaking body for the panel forming body. There is a problem that the range in which the non-adhesive layer is provided becomes wide and expensive.

Also, the floor finish adhesive used for laying the floor finish on the surface of the floor heating panel will be prepared by the contractor who lays the floor finish. Many types of adhesives may be used, and depending on the adhesive, the separation function in the non-adhesive layer and release paper as described above may not be sufficiently exerted, and flooring materials are peeled off. It may be possible to damage the soaking body for the panel forming body. That is, the floor finishing material and the non-adhesive layer that are bonded by the adhesive force of the floor finishing material adhesive are not separated, and the non-adhesive layer and the panel forming body heat-fixing body fixed to the non-adhesive layer are bonded to each other. There is a possibility that both of them may be peeled off, and there is a risk of damaging the soaking body for the panel forming body, and there is also room for improvement in this respect.

An object of the present invention is to provide a floor heating panel capable of suppressing damage when peeling a floor finishing material with a configuration capable of reducing the cost.

The floor heating panel according to the present invention is provided with a panel forming body having a heating long body and a sheet-shaped panel forming body heat sink fixed on the surface and a small joist. And the 1st characteristic structure is provided with the strip-shaped non-adhesive layer for separation in the state where it was fixed to the adjacent part of the small joists adjacent to the small joists in the soaking body for panel formation, And the adjacent non-adhesive layer for separation, in a state where the small joist and the non-adhesive layer for separation are covered, and the soaking body for the panel forming body is applied to the panel forming body. The belt-like adhesive sheet is provided in a state of being adhered to the non-adhesive layer for separation with an adhesive force weaker than the fastening force to be fastened.

According to the first characteristic configuration, the strip-shaped non-adhesive layer for separation is provided in a state of being attached to a portion adjacent to the small joister adjacent to the small joister in the panel forming body heat sink, and the strip-shaped adhesive Since the sheet is provided in a state where the small joist and the non-adhesive layer for separation are covered with the small joist and the non-adhesive layer for separation adjacent thereto, the floor finishing material is provided on the surface of the floor heating panel. When laying, the floor finish adhesive is applied to the top of the adhesive sheet that covers the upper part of the small joists, and the floor finish adhesive is applied to the floor finish when laying the floor finish. Even if it is pushed and spreads, the adhesive for floor finishing material stays on the surface of the adhesive sheet and there is no possibility of affecting the back side of the adhesive sheet.

The floor finishing material and the adhesive sheet are bonded with a strong adhesive force using an adhesive for floor finishing material. The adhesive sheet and the non-adhesive layer for separation are composed of a soaking body for a panel forming body. The adhesive is weaker than the fastening force that is fastened to the panel forming body, and the floor finish adhesive stays on the surface of the adhesive sheet, affecting the back side of the adhesive sheet. Since there is no risk of giving it, the adhesive strength between the adhesive sheet and the non-adhesive layer for separation can be kept weak, and when the floor finish is peeled off from the floor heating panel, it strongly adheres to the floor finish. The adhesive sheet that is adhered by force is peeled off from the non-adhesive layer for separation, and it is possible to prevent the panel forming body soaking body from being peeled off when the floor finish is peeled off.

The range in which the separation non-adhesive layer is provided is limited to the adjacent portion of the small joist, and the range in which the adhesive sheet is provided is also limited to the portion corresponding to the small joist, that is, the separation non-adhesive layer and the adhesive property. Since the range in which the sheet is provided can be narrowed, it is possible to reduce the cost of the configuration for suppressing damage to the panel forming body soaking body when the floor finish is peeled off. it can.

Therefore, according to the 1st characteristic structure, it came to be able to provide the floor heating panel which becomes possible [suppressing damage when peeling a floor finishing material with the structure which can achieve cost reduction].

The second characteristic configuration of the present invention is a floor heating system in which a long panel for heating is provided and a panel forming body having a sheet-shaped panel forming body heat sink fixed on the surface and a small joist are arranged in parallel. It is a panel, and is provided with a strip-shaped separation non-adhesive layer in a state of being attached to a small-radish adjacent portion adjacent to the small-radish in the panel forming body soaking body, The strip-shaped adhesiveness in a state of covering the non-adhesive layer for separation and being attached with an adhesive force weaker than the fixing force for fixing the panel forming body to the panel forming body The seat is provided.

According to the second characteristic configuration, the strip-shaped non-adhesive layer for separation is provided in a state of being attached to a portion adjacent to the small joists adjacent to the small joists in the panel forming body heat sink, and the belt-shaped adhesive Since the adhesive sheet is provided on the non-adhesive layer for separation so as to cover the non-adhesive layer for separation, that is, there is no adhesive sheet above the small joists, Since a strip-shaped adhesive sheet exists in the area adjacent to the small joist, when the floor finish is laid on the surface of the floor heating panel, the adhesive for the floor finish is Even if it is applied to the surface part and the floor finish adhesive is pushed and spread by the floor finish when laying the floor finish, the floor finish adhesive remains on the surface of the adhesive sheet. Will affect the back side of the adhesive sheet. There is no.

Since the range in which the sheet is provided can be narrowed, it is possible to reduce the cost of the configuration for suppressing damage to the panel forming body soaking body when the floor finish is peeled off. it can.

Therefore, according to the 2nd characteristic structure, it came to be able to provide the floor heating panel which becomes possible [suppressing damage when peeling a floor finishing material with the structure which can achieve cost reduction].

In addition to the first feature configuration or the second feature configuration, the third feature configuration of the present invention is a soaker for small joists separated from the soaking member for panel forming body, or the soaking member for panel forming member. The heat sink for the small joists connected to the hot body and the weak connection portion is provided in a state of being fixed to the surface of the small joists.

According to the third characteristic configuration, when the floor finish material is peeled from the floor heating panel, even if the soaker for small joists is peeled off from the small joists together with the adhesive sheet adhered to the floor finish material,
In the case where the heat-dissipating body for the small-sized beam is separated from the heat-generating body for the panel forming body, the heat-dissipating body for the small-sized beam is separated from the heat-generating body for the panel forming body. Therefore, when the floor finish material is peeled off, the panel forming body heat-treating body is not peeled off. In addition, in the case where the soaker for small joists connected to the surface of the small joisters by the panel forming body is connected to the weak joints, when the floor finish is peeled off, Thus, it is easily separated from the panel forming body soaking body, and the panel forming body soaking body can be prevented from being peeled off in conjunction with the small joisting soaking body.

By the way, when fixing the soaking body for the panel forming body and the soaking body for the small joists, the soaking formed over the entire surface of the floor heating panel including the panel forming body and the small joists is formed. After fixing the thermal sheet-like body, a cut is formed between the soaking body for the panel forming body and the soaking body for the small joist or, for example, a perforation or a thin-walled portion is formed. This can be dealt with by forming a fragile connection part, but since the sheet-like body for heat equalization formed in a series over the entire surface of the floor heating panel is fixed in this way, a break and a fragile connection part are created. The work can be easily performed as compared with the case where a plurality of sheet-like bodies cut in advance are fixed separately, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Therefore, according to the third characteristic configuration, damage can be suppressed even if the heat source for the small joist is peeled off when the floor finish is peeled off, and the production cost is reduced. Can also be achieved.

The fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that, in addition to the first characteristic configuration or the second characteristic configuration, the surface of the small joist is exposed.

According to the fourth characteristic configuration, since the surface of the small joists is exposed, a sheet-shaped heat equalizing body corresponding to the heat equalizer for the panel forming body is provided above the small joists. Therefore, when the floor finish is peeled off from the floor heating panel, there is no possibility that the heat generator for panel formation is damaged.

By the way, when fixing the heat equalizing body for panel forming body, the sheet forming body for heat equalizing formed in series over the entire surface of the floor heating panel including the panel forming body and the small joists is fixed. After doing so, it can be dealt with by removing the region corresponding to the surface of the small joist by cutting the sheet-like heat sink along the location corresponding to the boundary between the panel forming body and the small joist, You may make it fix the some soaking | uniform-heating body for panel formation bodies currently formed beforehand corresponding to the surface of only a panel formation body.

Therefore, according to the fourth characteristic configuration, it is possible to further suppress the damage to the floor heating panel when the floor finish material is peeled off.

In the fifth feature configuration, in addition to any one of the first feature configuration to the fourth feature configuration, the non-adhesive layer for separation is formed on the surface of the adjacent portion of the small joist in the heat equalizing body for the panel forming body. It is in the point comprised by the strip | belt-shaped separation sheet stuck by the adhesive force stronger than the adhesive force between.

According to the fifth characteristic configuration, the non-adhesive layer for separation is composed of a strip-shaped separation sheet as described above, and therefore can be easily produced as compared with a case where a resin agent is applied, It is possible to reduce the cost in terms of production.

In addition to the second feature configuration, the sixth feature configuration is provided in a state in which the panel-former soaking body and the small-radish soaking body continuously connected in a sheet form are fixed to the surface of the small joist. The strip-like separation in which the non-adhesive layer for separation is attached to the surface of the adjacent portion of the small joist in the soaking body for panel forming body with an adhesive strength stronger than the adhesive strength between the adhesive sheet and The adhesive sheet or the separation sheet is configured to have a shear strength greater than that of the panel forming body soaking body.

According to the sixth characteristic configuration, the surface portion of the small joister is configured so that the soaker for the small joister that is continuously connected in a sheet form with the soaking member for the panel forming body is fixed to the surface of the small joister. Therefore, the heat generated from the heating elongate body and conducted to the soaking body for panel forming body can be efficiently conducted to the soaking body for small joists, and the temperature of the surface of the floor heating panel can be controlled. Variations can be suppressed. Moreover, the panel forming body and the small joists are connected by the series of panel forming body soaking elements and the small joisting soaking element, so that the small joists separate from the panel shape during the transportation. As a result, there is no disadvantage that small joists are dropped off, and it becomes easy to carry and lay the floor heating panel.

Also, since the floor finish and the small joist soaker are bonded with a strong force with the floor finish adhesive, when the floor finish is peeled off the floor heating panel, Trying to peel off together, but separating in a state where only the surface portion of the separation non-adhesive layer is formed by opening the separation sheet constituting the separation non-adhesion layer or the surface portion of the small joists Since the adhesive sheet that is laminated and adhered to the sheet is configured so that the shear strength is larger than that of the sheet-like body for heat equalization, the heat-shrinking body for small joists is the separation sheet or It will peel off in the state sheared by the edge of an adhesive sheet, and it can prevent that the soaking | uniform-heating body for panel formation bodies peels continuously with a floor finish.

Therefore, according to the sixth characteristic configuration, it is possible to suppress damage when the floor finish is peeled off while suppressing variations in floor temperature during floor heating.

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the floor heating panel PH is laid in the approximate center of the floor to be heated, and a floor heating panel peripheral panel (hereinafter, simply referred to as a peripheral panel) PA is a floor heating panel PH. A floor finish formed from a wood material or the like over the entire surface of the floor heating panel PH and the surface of the peripheral panel PA. The material 1 is laid, the floor finishing material 1 is heated by the heating action of the floor heating panel PH, and the floor heating is performed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the floor heating panel PH is equipped with a heat medium flow pipe 2 as a heating elongate body, and a panel is formed with a sheet-shaped panel forming body heat equalizing body 3P attached to the surface. A plurality of (8 in this embodiment) small joists 5 are arranged in parallel on the body 4 at intervals in the width direction of the small joists 5.

The floor heating panel PH will be further described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the panel forming body 4 is composed of a plurality of rectangular panel unit bodies 6 arranged so that the outer shape is rectangular, and this rectangular panel forming body is formed. The plurality of small joists 5 are arranged on the body 4 at a predetermined pitch in the direction of one side of the panel forming body 4 in a state in which the small joists 5 are not formed in a part of the longitudinal direction. It is set up.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the small radish insertion portion 4 k for inserting the small radish 5 is made to correspond to the arrangement pattern of the plurality of small radish 5 as described above. The panel forming body 4 is formed in an opening shape penetrating in the thickness direction. Then, the plurality of small joists 5 are arranged in parallel on the panel forming body 4 by inserting the small joists 5 having the same thickness as the panel forming bodies 4 into the respective small joist fitting portions 4k.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heat medium flow pipe 2 is provided in a meandering manner over substantially the entire surface of the panel forming body 4 in a state where the small joist absent portion 7 is passed through the surface side of the panel forming body 4. The both ends of the heat medium flow pipe 2 are connected to the header 8 for supplying / discharging the heat medium disposed at the corners of the panel forming body 4. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, on the surface side of the panel forming body 4, the heat medium circulation pipe 2 is accommodated in correspondence with the arrangement pattern of the heat medium circulation pipe 2 as shown in FIG. 2. A groove 4m is formed, and the heat medium flow pipe 2 is accommodated in the groove 4m.

The header 8 is connected to a heat source device (not shown) via a heat medium forward path and a heat medium return path (not shown), and the heat medium is circulated through the heat medium flow pipe 2 by the heat source machine. It is configured.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an aluminum foil having a high thermal conductivity over the entire surface of the panel forming body 4 equipped with the heat medium flow pipe 2 and arranged with a plurality of small joists 5 as described above. It is provided in the state which pastes the sheet-like body 3 for heat equalization which consists of this sheet-like body. This soaking sheet-like body 3 has a configuration in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the back surface of a sheet-like body such as an aluminum foil so as to be freely bonded. On the portion corresponding to the upper portion of each small joist absent portion 7 in the sheet-like body 3 for heat equalization, a nail-prohibiting seal 9 indicating that it is a region where nail-prohibiting is prohibited is affixed.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, along the boundary between the small joists 5 and the panel forming body 4, a cut 3s is formed in the soaking sheet body 3 so as to extend over the entire length of the boundary. It is formed. That is, the sheet-like body 3 for heat equalization is separated into a portion adhered to the surface of the panel forming body 4 and a portion adhered to the surface of the small joists 5 by the cut 3s, and the temperature equalization is performed. The part pasted on the surface of the panel-formed body 4 in the sheet-like body 3 is referred to as the panel-formed body soaking body 3P, and the part pasted on the surface of the small joist 5 in the sheet-like body 3 for soaking To the surface of the surface of the small joist 5 is fixed to the surface of the surface of the small joist 5 is separated from the panel forming body 3P. It is configured to be worn.

Although detailed description and illustration are omitted, the panel forming body 4 is configured such that adjacent panel unit bodies 6 are connected to each other in a foldable or valley-folded manner so that the panel forming body 4 is connected to a plurality of panel units. In a state where the body 6 is overlapped, the body 6 can be folded into a predetermined form.

Incidentally, the panel forming body 4 is made of a foamed resin such as foamed polystyrene having a low thermal conductivity, has heat insulation properties and can be reduced in weight, and the heat medium flow pipe 2 is made of a resin such as cross-linked polyethylene or polybutene. Made and flexible. The small joists 5 are made of a wood material into which screws can be screwed.

A plurality of strip-shaped non-adhesive layers 10 for separation are provided in a state of being attached to a plurality of adjacent small joists 5 adjacent to each of the plurality of small joists 5 in the panel forming body soaking body 3P. In addition, the small joist 5 and the non-adhesive layer 10 for separation are respectively attached to the plurality of small joist-corresponding portions 11 including the plurality of small joists 5 and the non-adhesive layer 10 for separation adjacent to each of them. In a state of covering and in a state of being attached to the separation non-adhesive layer 10 with an adhesive force that is weaker than the fixing force for fixing the panel forming body fixing body 3P to the panel forming body 4 The adhesive sheet 12 is provided.

A specific configuration will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, two strip-shaped separation sheets 13 are distributed in the width direction of the small joists 5 for each of the plurality of small joists 5. In the state, each is provided by being attached to the adjacent portion 3Pr of the heat sink 3P for the panel forming body over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The adhesion force of the separation sheet 13 to the panel forming body heat-uniforming body 3P is set to be as strong as the adhesion force between the panel forming body 4 and the panel forming body heat-uniforming body 3P. That is, the strip-shaped non-adhesive layer 10 for separation is constituted by the two separation sheets 13.

By the way, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer forming surface of the separation sheet 13 is formed in a stripe shape in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is present and a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is not present are alternately provided. When adhering to the 3P small joister adjacent part 3Pr, an air pocket is prevented from being formed between the separating sheet 13 and the panel forming body soaking body 3P. This air pocket becomes a cause of noise after it is installed on the floor.

The separation sheet 13 is composed of a silicon resin-PET (polyethylene terephthalate) multilayer body (hereinafter referred to as silicon PET). As shown in FIG. 8, this silicon PET is provided with a silicone resin layer 13b on the front surface side of a sheet-like main body portion 13a made of PET, and with a sticky adhesive layer 13c on the back surface side. The PET, silicon resin, and the like are originally transparent or translucent, but the separation sheet 13 is configured such that the surface silicon resin layer 13b is colored by containing a colorant, for example. By coloring in this way, it becomes easy to see when the operator performs the pasting work, and the work can be easily performed. In addition, when the intensity | strength of the sheet | seat 13 for isolation | separation can fully be maintained, the sheet-like main-body part 13a does not need to be provided.
The colorant is not limited to the silicon resin layer 13b, but may be included in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13c as shown in FIG. 8B, or the sheet-like main body 13a as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the colored printed layer 13d may be formed on the back surface of the sheet-like main body portion 13a as shown in FIG.

In this way, the non-adhesive layer 10 for separation is pasted on the surface of the small joist adjacent part 3Pr in the panel forming body soaking body 3P with an adhesive strength stronger than the adhesive strength with the adhesive sheet 12. It is comprised by the strip | belt-shaped separation sheet 13 to wear.

And in this floor heating panel PH, each of the plurality of small radish 5 and each of the plurality of small radish corresponding portions 11 composed of the separation non-adhesive layer 10 adjacent to each of the small radish 5 and the small radish 5 and An adhesive sheet 12 in a state of covering the non-adhesive layer 10 for separation is provided.
This belt-like adhesive sheet 12 is composed of a sheet-like body such as aluminum foil that has high thermal conductivity and does not penetrate the adhesive for floor finish material, and has a configuration including an adhesive layer on the back surface thereof. It is set as the structure stuck on each of the two sheet | seats 13 for isolation | separation and the heat sink 3K for small radish through an adhesive layer. The adhesive sheet 12 is formed to be narrow so that the edge in the width direction is located slightly inward in the width direction with respect to the edge on the outer side in the arrangement direction of the two separation sheets 13. When sticking, it is comprised so that it may not stick to the heat equalization body 3P for panel formation bodies.

Since the surface of the separation sheet 13 is composed of the silicon resin layer 13b, the adhesive force between the adhesive sheet 12 and the separation sheet 13 is composed of a sheet-like body such as an aluminum foil. It becomes weaker than the adhesive force with the heat sink 3K for small joist, and it becomes easy to peel off. In other words, the adhesive force by which the adhesive sheet 12 is adhered to the separation sheet 13 is the adhesive force of the panel forming body heat-smoothing body 3P to the panel forming body 4 and the floor finish adhesive 16 (described later). As shown in FIG. 5, the floor finishing material 1 is weaker than the adhesive force for bonding to the adhesive sheet 12. As long as it has such characteristics, the material of the surface of the separation sheet 13 is not limited to silicon resin.

That is, in this embodiment, the strip-shaped adhesive sheet 12 is attached to the non-adhesive layer 10 for separation with an adhesive force that is weaker than the fastening force by which the panel-forming body heat-uniforming body 3P is fastened to the panel-forming body 4. Will be worn.

Further, on the back surface side of the floor heating panel PH, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the small joist 5 is disposed on the rear surface side of the panel forming body 4 so as to correspond to each of the small joists 5. The holding tape 14 is fastened in a state where it extends over the back surface and the back side of the panel forming body 4 adjacent to the small joist 5 adjacent to the small joist 5 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the small joist 5. is there.

The holding tape 14 is composed of an adhesive tape or the like having a predetermined strength based on a synthetic resin base material called a strip-shaped non-woven fabric tape or a curing tape. By providing, when the floor heating panel PH is shipped from the factory or transported, it is possible to prevent the small joists 5 from falling off the panel forming body 4.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, a weak adhesive tape 15 for covering a forbidden seal that has a shape obtained by enlarging the nail-forbidden seal 9 is formed on the nail-forbidden seal 9 from its entire circumference. It sticks in a state of protruding.
The adhesion force of the weak adhesive tape 15 for covering the prohibition seal with respect to the nail-prohibiting seal 9 and the panel formation body soaking body 3P is as follows. The adhesive for bonding the floor finish 1 to the weak adhesive tape 15 for covering the forbidden seal is made weaker by the floor finish adhesive 16.

Next, the configuration of the peripheral panel PA will be briefly described.
The peripheral panel PA includes a peripheral panel PAm on the longitudinal side of the small joister 5 provided with a peripheral panel body portion 31 on the longitudinal direction disposed on the lateral side of the small joist 5 and an arrangement direction of the plurality of small joists 5 There is a peripheral panel PAn on the side of the arrangement direction side that is arranged on the side, and a peripheral panel PAn on the side of the arrangement direction, and these peripheral panels are provided with a plurality of peripheral panel small joists 33 and 36. Yes.

Adhesive strips 35 and 38 formed to have the same width as the adhesive sheet 12 are placed on the surfaces of the peripheral panel main bodies 31 and 32 along the longitudinal direction of the small joists 5 in the floor heating panel PH. Pasted. These adhesive strips 35 and 38 are configured by providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface of a sheet-like body such as an aluminum foil that does not allow the floor finish adhesive 16 to permeate. Further, the adhesive force for adhering the panel unit bodies 34 and 37 to the panel forming body 4 is obtained by bonding the floor finishing material 1 to the panel forming body 4 with the adhesive force of the panel forming body soaking body 3P and the floor finishing material adhesive 16. It is weaker than the adhesive force to be bonded to 38.

As shown in FIG. 4, the floor heating panel PH is shipped to a construction site in a state of being processed in a factory until the separation sheet 13 and the adhesive sheet 12 are adhered. is there. When the floor heating panel PH is laid on the floor to be heated, as shown in FIG. 5, an adhesive (not shown) is applied to the surface of the floor base material 17, and the floor heating panel PH is heated. Although not shown, screws are screwed at appropriate locations in the longitudinal direction of the respective small joists 5 so as to reach the floor base material 17 from the intermediate portion in the width direction. Is fixed to the floor base material 17 with an adhesive and a screw. Similarly, the peripheral panel PA is fixed to the floor base material 17 with an adhesive.

Then, the floor finishing material 1 is laid on the surfaces of the floor heating panel PH and the peripheral panel PA laid as described above. At that time, as shown in FIG. The floor finish adhesive 16 is applied along the longitudinal direction of the small joists at a location corresponding to the center of the direction. Then, the floor finishing material 1 is placed on the upper side and nails are driven into appropriate places on the small joists 5 and the floor finishing material 1 is fixed to the surface of the floor heating panel PH with the nails and the adhesive 16 for the floor finishing material. Lay in the state to do. Although not shown, the peripheral panel PA is similarly laid on the surface in a state where the floor finish 1 is fixed with the floor finish adhesive 16.

As described above, when the floor finish 1 is laid on the surface of the floor heating panel PH, the floor finish adhesive 16 is pressed against the floor finish 1 and spreads as shown in FIG. It stays on the surface of the conductive sheet 12 and does not enter between the panel forming body soaking body 3P and the panel forming body 4.

Then, when it is necessary to replace any of the floor finish materials 1 due to damage or the like, only the floor finish material 1 is peeled off and replaced. When the floor finishing material 1 is replaced, first, the floor finishing material to be replaced is cut and peeled off with a saw or the like around the floor finishing material 1 except for the nailing portion. As shown, when the floor finish 1 is peeled from the floor heating panel PH, the adhesive sheet 12 bonded to the floor finish 1 with the floor finish adhesive 16 is separated from the separation sheet 13 together with the floor finish 1. Separated and separated.

At this time, since the adhesive sheet 12 and the soaker 3K for the radish are attached with a strong adhesive force, the soaker 3K for the radish may also be peeled off together. Since the body 3K is separated from the panel forming body soaking body 3P by a break, damage to the panel forming body soaking body 3P and the panel forming body 4 can be prevented. When the floor finish 1 is peeled off, the weak adhesive tape 15 for covering the forbidden seal covering the nail-forbidden seal 9 is also peeled off, but it is possible to prevent the nail-forbidden seal 9 from being damaged.

Then, when another new floor finishing material 1 is laid on the trace from which the floor finishing material 1 has been peeled off, the floor finishing is performed after the adhesive sheet 12 is adhered to the upper side of the separation sheet 13. When the material 1 is adhered, it is possible to prevent damage to the panel-forming body heat equalizer 3P and the panel-forming body 4 even when the floor finish 1 is peeled off again. .

[Second Embodiment]
This embodiment is the same as the configuration of the first embodiment except that the configuration of the adhesive sheet 12 and the configuration of the heat sink 3K for small joist are different, so only the different configuration will be described, and the same configuration will be described. Description is omitted.

In this embodiment, a plurality of strip-shaped non-adhesive layers 10 for separation are fixed to a plurality of adjacent small joists 5 adjacent to each of the plurality of small joists 5 in the panel forming body soaking body 3P. However, in the second embodiment, each of the plurality of separation non-adhesion layers 10 covers the separation non-adhesion layer 10 and the panel forming body heat-uniforming body is the panel. The belt-like adhesive sheet 12 is provided in a state of being attached with an adhesive force weaker than the fastening force that is fastened to the formed body.

That is, as shown in FIG. 9, as in the first embodiment, the two strip-shaped separation sheets 13 are distributed in the width direction of the small joists 5, and each is the longitudinal direction of the small joists 5. Is attached to the small joist adjacent part 3Pr of the soaking body 3P for the panel forming body, and a strip-shaped non-adhesive layer 10 for separation is constituted by these two separation sheets 13. It is. Each of the two separation sheets 13 covers the separation sheet 13 and is weaker than the fastening force with which the panel forming body soaking body 3P is fastened to the panel forming body 4. A pair of belt-like adhesive sheets 12 are provided in a state where they are adhered with an adhesive force. Accordingly, in this embodiment, two adhesive sheets 12 are provided for one small joist 5.

Further, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the soaker 3 </ b> K for the panel forming body and the soaker 3 </ b> K are connected to the surface of the small joist 5 in series. The adhesive sheet 12 or the separation sheet 13 is configured in such a manner that its shear strength is greater than that of the panel forming body heat-equalizing body 3P.

If it adds explanation, it has become the composition by which the sheet-like body 3 for heat equalization same as the sheet-like body 3 for heat equalization in 1st Embodiment is stuck over the whole surface of the floor heating panel PH, In this 2nd Embodiment, The panel forming body soaking body 3P and the small joisting soaking body 3K are continuously arranged in a sheet shape without any break as described in the first embodiment. By comprising in this way, the heat | fever which generate | occur | produces from the heat-medium distribution pipe | tube 2 as a heating elongate body and is conducted to the panel formation body heat equalization body 3P is efficiently conducted to the heat distribution body 3K for small joists. be able to.

Then, for example, the adhesive sheet 12 or the separating sheet 13 is made uniform for the panel forming body by increasing the thickness, containing a reinforcing material, or using a material having a high shear strength. The shear strength is greater than that of the heat body 3K.

If comprised in this way, since the floor finishing material 1 will be affixed to the soaker 3K for small joists with the adhesive 16 for floor finishing materials, when peeling the floor finishing material 1, as shown in FIG. The soaker 3K for the small joists will be peeled off together, but due to the difference in the shear strength between the part to be peeled off and the part not to be peeled off, the sheet-like body 3 for soaking is cut. Even if not, the heat equalizing sheet-like body 3 is sheared at the edge of the adhesive sheet 12 or the separating sheet 13, and the panel forming body heat equalizing body 3P and the small joist heat equalizing body 3K are combined. Can be separated.

[Third Embodiment]
This embodiment is the same as the configuration of the first embodiment except that the surface configuration of the small joist is different, so only the different configuration will be described, and the description of the same configuration will be omitted.

In the third embodiment, the surface of the small joists is exposed. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the surface of the small joist 5 does not have a member like the small joist heat equalizing body 3 </ b> K in the first embodiment, and the surface of the small joist 5 is exposed as it is. The adhesive sheet 12 is adhered to the surface of the small joists 5.

If comprised in this way, since the floor finishing material 1 will be directly affixed on the surface of the small joist 5 with the adhesive 16 for floor finishing materials, when peeling off the floor finishing material 1, it will peel off from the surface of the small joist 5 as it is. become. In addition, a separation sheet 13 is stuck on the surface of the panel forming body soaking body 3P, and the separation sheet 13 remains after the floor finish 1 is peeled off. The soaking body 3P for panel forming body is not peeled off together with the material 1.

[Another embodiment]
Hereinafter, other embodiments are listed.

(1) In the first embodiment, in the floor heating panel having a configuration in which a strip-shaped adhesive sheet is provided in a state of covering the small joists and the non-adhesive layer for separation in each of the plurality of small joists corresponding portions, Although it was set as the structure provided in the state where the soaked body for small joists separated from the soaking body for panel forming bodies was fixed to the surface of small joists, instead of such a structure, for the said panel forming bodies It is good also as a structure which provides the soaker for small joists in the state connected with the soaking | uniform-heating body and the weak connection part for isolation | separation.

That is, as shown in FIG. 13, the surface portion of the small joists 5 is configured such that the soakers 3K for the small joists are fixed to the surfaces of the small joists 5, and the soakers 3K for the small joists and the panel forming body are formed. The heat equalizing body 3P may be connected by a fragile connecting portion 3C for separation formed in a perforation. As a method for creating such a perforation, it is preferable to use a perforation creating device 22 provided with a disk-like rotating body 21 having a large number of radial protrusions 20 as shown in FIG. When such a perforation creating device 22 is used, as shown in FIG. 15, a hole is formed by pushing the disc-like rotating body 21 into the heat-uniforming sheet-like body 3 in the thickness direction. There is no possibility that the adhesive material of the adhesive layer n provided on the back surface side of the thermal sheet-like body 3 adheres to and accumulates on the protrusions 20, and a good processing state can be maintained.

Although the illustration of the weak connecting portion for separation is omitted, it can be constituted by a thin-walled portion that is thinner than other portions.

Further, in the floor heating panel having a configuration in which a strip-shaped adhesive sheet is provided so as to cover the small joist and the non-adhesive layer for separation at each of the plurality of small joists corresponding portions, the surface of the small joist is exposed. It may be configured in a state.

(2) In the second embodiment, in the floor heating panel in which each of the plurality of non-adhesive layers for separation is provided with a strip-like adhesive sheet, the soaking element for panel forming body and soaking for small joist The floor heating panel has a configuration in which the body is continuously connected in a sheet form, but instead of such a configuration, in each of the plurality of separation non-adhesive layers, a strip-shaped adhesive sheet is provided. The soaked body for small joists separated from the soaking body for forming bodies, or the soaking body for small joists connected to the soaking body for panel forming bodies at a fragile connecting portion is the surface of the small joists It is good also as a structure provided in the state fixed to the surface, and may be comprised in the state which the surface of the said small joist is exposed.

(3) In each of the above embodiments, the adhesive sheet is formed by providing an adhesive layer on the back surface of a sheet-like body such as an aluminum foil, but the adhesive is formed on the back surface of the resin-made sheet-like body. You may form by providing a layer.

(4) In each of the above embodiments, the strip-shaped separation sheet constituting the separation non-adhesive layer is exemplified by silicon PET, but other than this, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, fluororesin The sheet-like body which consists of etc. can be used. Further, the separation non-adhesive layer is not limited to the one formed by such a separation sheet. A non-adhesive layer may be formed.

(5) In each of the above embodiments, a plurality of small joists are juxtaposed at intervals in the width direction of the small joists in a state in which the small joists are not present in a part of the longitudinal direction. However, a plurality of small joists may be arranged side by side at intervals in the width direction of the small joists without forming the aforementioned small joists in a part in the longitudinal direction. .

(4) In the above-described embodiment, the heating medium flow pipe that allows the heating medium to flow is used as the elongate heating body. However, an electric heater or the like may be used.
