利用者により投入された紙幣を繰り出すまたは利用者に紙幣を放出する入出金口と、紙幣を判別する紙幣判別部と、前記入出金口より繰り出された紙幣を収納するまたは前記入出金口より利用者に紙幣を放出する紙幣を収納する紙幣収納庫と、紙幣を搬送する紙幣搬送路と、
回転ドラムを含み、前記紙幣判別部から搬送される紙幣を順次前記回転ドラムに巻き付けて保管し、所定の取引成立後、前記回転ドラムを逆方向に回転して巻き付けられて保管された紙幣を繰り出す一時保管庫とを有し、
前記一時保管庫を前記入出金口から入金された紙幣のうち前記紙幣判別部で金種の確定した紙幣を前記所定の取引成立までの間、保管するように入金された紙幣を一時保管すると共に、
