Abstract
Description
本発明は、固体粒子を含むガスを圧縮するガス圧縮機用インペラおよびこれを備えたガス圧縮機に関するものである。 The present invention relates to an impeller for a gas compressor that compresses a gas containing solid particles, and a gas compressor including the same.
Even in a gas compressor designed mainly for compressing a gas such as air, it is unavoidably necessary to compress a gas mixed with solid particles depending on the application. For example, in a gas compressor for compressing air used in a steelworks, air in which iron oxide is inevitably mixed may be compressed.
When solid particles are mixed in the gas in this way, damage to the impeller due to the solid particles cannot be ignored.
一方、特許文献2では、ガス圧縮機ではないが、液体を圧送する水車やポンプに対して、硬質粒子による摩耗(スラリーエロージョン)を防止するために、炭化タングステンを含むサーメット粒子を溶射することによって耐摩耗性溶射被膜を形成する技術が開示されている。
On the other hand, in
しかしながら、特許文献1記載の技術は、耐摩耗性被膜をメッキによって形成しているので、その耐久性において十分とはいえない。
また、当該文献には、耐摩耗性被膜を形成する領域について開示されていないので、コンプレッサ部材の全体にメッキを形成することが前提とされている。しかし、特にガス圧縮機のインペラは3次元形状とされているので、電解メッキの場合には膜厚を所望量に調整して形成することが困難であり、十分な耐久性が得られない場合がある。
However, the technique described in
Further, since the document does not disclose a region where the wear-resistant film is formed, it is assumed that plating is formed on the entire compressor member. However, especially because the impeller of the gas compressor has a three-dimensional shape, in the case of electrolytic plating, it is difficult to adjust the film thickness to a desired amount, and sufficient durability cannot be obtained. There is.
When an abrasion resistant coating is used in an impeller of a gas compressor, solid particles collide with the abrasion resistant coating at various angles. At this time, when the solid particles collide with the wear-resistant coating substantially perpendicularly (for example, the collision angle is 60 ° or more), the impact force at the time of collision increases. When this impact force is large, the wear-resistant coating film may be peeled off. That is, no matter how high the wear resistance of the wear-resistant coating film is, if the adhesion is low, the impact force when the solid particles collide cannot be withstood, and there is a risk of peeling. Therefore, the wear-resistant film of the impeller for a gas compressor is required to have not only wear resistance but also adhesion.
Further, as in
本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、固体粒子を含むガスを圧縮する場合であっても耐久性に優れ、かつコストの増大を招くことのないガス圧縮機用インペラおよびこれを備えたガス圧縮機を提供することを目的とする。
また、本発明は、耐摩耗性だけでなく密着性をも有する耐摩耗性被膜を備えたガス圧縮機用インペラおよびこれを備えたガス圧縮機を提供することを目的とする。
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is an impeller for a gas compressor that is excellent in durability and does not cause an increase in cost even when a gas containing solid particles is compressed. And it aims at providing a gas compressor provided with the same.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an impeller for a gas compressor provided with a wear-resistant film having not only wear resistance but also adhesion, and a gas compressor provided with the impeller.
In order to solve the above problems, the impeller for a gas compressor and the gas compressor of the present invention employ the following means.
That is, an impeller for a gas compressor according to the present invention is provided in a gas compressor for compressing a gas containing solid particles, and has a hub portion and a plurality of blades standing in a substantially radial direction from the outer peripheral surface of the hub portion. And an impeller for a gas compressor that compresses gas by rotating the hub portion and each blade around a central axis, and each blade is provided with a wear-resistant coating only on a gas inlet portion. It is characterized by.
本発明者等が鋭意検討した結果、固体粒子を含むガスを圧縮するガス圧縮機に用いられるインペラの場合、ブレードのガス入口部分での損傷が顕著であり、それ以外の部分では比較的損傷が進行しないことを見出した。そこで、本発明では、ブレードのガス入口部分にのみ耐摩耗性皮膜を設けることとした。このように、局所的に耐摩耗性皮膜を設けるだけで済むので、簡便にかつ廉価にインペラの耐久性を向上させることができる。 As a result of intensive studies by the present inventors, in the case of an impeller used in a gas compressor that compresses a gas containing solid particles, damage at the gas inlet portion of the blade is remarkable, and other portions are relatively damaged. I found that it did not progress. Therefore, in the present invention, the wear-resistant coating is provided only on the gas inlet portion of the blade. Thus, since it is only necessary to provide the abrasion-resistant film locally, the durability of the impeller can be improved easily and inexpensively.
さらに、本発明のガス圧縮機用インペラでは、前記ガス入口部分にのみ設けられた前記耐摩耗性被膜の形成領域は、前記ブレードの前記ハブ部との接続位置から該ブレードの高さ方向にかけて設けられ、前記形成領域の前記ブレードの高さ方向における寸法は、前記ブレードの前縁から下流側にかけて漸次縮小されていることを特徴とする。 Furthermore, in the impeller for a gas compressor according to the present invention, the wear-resistant film forming region provided only at the gas inlet portion is provided from a connection position of the blade with the hub portion to a height direction of the blade. The dimension of the formation region in the height direction of the blade is gradually reduced from the front edge to the downstream side of the blade.
The damage caused by the solid particles contained in the gas becomes larger toward the hub portion side of the blade, that is, the base side of the blade. Therefore, the formation region of the wear-resistant film is provided from the connection position with the hub portion of the blade to the height direction of the blade.
Further, the damage due to the solid particles contained in the gas becomes smaller as the distance from the leading edge of the blade to the downstream side increases. Therefore, the dimension in the height direction of the blade in the region where the wear-resistant film is formed is gradually reduced from the front edge of the blade to the downstream side.
さらに、本発明のガス圧縮機用インペラでは、前記ブレードの腹側に設けられた前記耐摩耗性皮膜の前記形成領域は、前記ブレードの背側に設けられた前記耐摩耗性皮膜の前記形成領域よりも大きくされていることを特徴とする。 Furthermore, in the impeller for a gas compressor according to the present invention, the formation region of the wear-resistant coating provided on the ventral side of the blade is the formation region of the wear-resistant coating provided on the back side of the blade. It is characterized by being larger than.
ブレードの腹側は、圧力面となるので、ブレードの背側よりも損傷が大きくなる。そこで、ブレードの腹側の耐摩耗性皮膜の形成領域を、ブレードの背側の耐摩耗性皮膜の形成領域よりも大きくした。 Since the ventral side of the blade is a pressure surface, the damage is greater than the back side of the blade. Therefore, the formation region of the wear-resistant film on the ventral side of the blade was made larger than the formation region of the wear-resistant film on the back side of the blade.
さらに、本発明のガス圧縮機用インペラでは、前記耐摩耗性皮膜は、炭化タングステンを主として含む複合材を溶射することによって形成されたサーメット材とされていることを特徴とする。 Furthermore, in the impeller for a gas compressor according to the present invention, the wear-resistant coating is a cermet material formed by spraying a composite material mainly containing tungsten carbide.
In a gas compressor that compresses a gas containing solid particles, the collision energy is large because the velocity of the solid particles is large. Therefore, the wear-resistant film is required not only to have wear resistance but also to have an adhesive property that does not peel off due to collision of solid particles. In the present invention, the wear-resistant film is a cermet material formed by thermal spraying a composite material mainly containing tungsten carbide, so that not only wear resistance but also adhesion can be ensured.
Examples of the composite mainly containing tungsten carbide (WC) include WC-NiCr, WC-Co, and WC-CoCr.
Moreover, as a thermal spraying method, since a large particle flight speed is obtained and adhesiveness improves, the ultrahigh-speed flame spraying method is preferable.
また、本発明のガス圧縮機は、上記のいずれかに記載されたガス圧縮機用インペラを備えていることを特徴とする。 Moreover, the gas compressor of this invention is equipped with the impeller for gas compressors described in any one of the above.
上記のいずれかのガス圧縮機用インペラを備えているので、固体粒子を含むガスを圧縮する場合であっても耐久性に優れたガス圧縮機を提供することができる。
なお、ガス圧縮機としては、遠心圧縮機が好適である。
Since any one of the above-described impellers for a gas compressor is provided, a gas compressor having excellent durability can be provided even when a gas containing solid particles is compressed.
In addition, as a gas compressor, a centrifugal compressor is suitable.
ブレードのガス入口部分にのみ耐摩耗性皮膜を設けることとしたので、安価に耐久性の良いガス圧縮機用インペラを提供することができる。
また、耐摩耗性皮膜として、炭化タングステンを主として含む複合材を溶射することによって形成されたサーメット材を用いることとしたので、耐摩耗性皮膜の耐摩耗性だけでなく密着性をも向上させることができる。
Since the wear-resistant coating is provided only on the gas inlet of the blade, it is possible to provide an impeller for a gas compressor that is inexpensive and has good durability.
In addition, since the cermet material formed by spraying a composite mainly containing tungsten carbide is used as the wear resistant film, not only the wear resistance of the wear resistant film but also the adhesion is improved. Can do.

As shown in FIG. 5, a predetermined amount of conical silica sand was sprayed from the
(5)摩耗量測定方法
図6に示すように、試験片21に形成された摩耗部25の摩耗深さを、接触式表面粗さ計で3回測定し、平均値を求めた。同図における矢印は、接触式表面粗さ計の走査方向を示す。
図7には、摩耗量計測時のデータの一例が示されている。同図において、横軸が接触式表面粗さ計の走査距離、縦軸が摩耗深さ(摩耗量)を示している。
(5) Wear amount measuring method As shown in FIG. 6, the wear depth of the
FIG. 7 shows an example of data at the time of wear amount measurement. In the figure, the horizontal axis represents the scanning distance of the contact-type surface roughness meter, and the vertical axis represents the wear depth (wear amount).
(6) Test Results FIG. 8 shows the above test results. In the figure, the wear resistance multiple of the vertical axis indicates the wear amount (wear depth) of the SNCM431 material, which is a base material on which the wear-resistant coating is not formed, and the wear amount of each test piece with the wear-resistant coating ( It is a value divided by (wear depth). Therefore, the smaller the wear amount of the test piece, the greater the wear resistance multiple.
As is clear from the figure, when the WC-based cermet material corresponding to the present embodiment is an abrasion-resistant film, a large abrasion resistance multiple can be obtained as compared with the comparative example.
[Adhesion (peeling resistance)]
(1) Test piece As shown in FIG. 4, SNCM431 material having a size of 100 mm × 30 mm × 5 mm was used for the
The procedure for creating the wear-resistant coating and the test piece is the same as that of the above-described abrasion resistance test. However, as for the adhesion test, the grinding process after forming the abrasion-resistant film as in the abrasion resistance test is not performed.
(2) Test method The bending limit radius of the wear-resistant coating was determined by the bending test apparatus shown in FIG.
The bending test apparatus includes a bending
Three types of radiuses of 5 mm, 10 mm, and 25 mm were used as the radii of the tip portion that becomes the pressing portion of the bending
The presence or absence of peeling was determined by observing with a
(3) Test Results FIG. 11 shows the test results of the adhesion test. The vertical axis | shaft in the figure has shown the peeling limit bending radius (mm). It means that the smaller the bending limit radius is, the larger the curvature can be withstand without peeling, and the greater the adhesion.
As can be seen from the figure, when the WC cermet material corresponding to the present embodiment is a wear-resistant coating, all have a peeling limit bending radius of 5 mm. Therefore, it can be said that the wear-resistant coating film of this embodiment has a large adhesion to the comparative example in which the peeling limit bending radius is 10 mm or 25 mm.
As described above, the wear-resistant coating film of the WC-based cermet material of this embodiment has not only wear resistance but also adhesion. The reason why the adhesion is improved is considered as follows.
The wear-resistant coating film of the WC-based cermet material of this embodiment was formed by “ultra-high-speed flame spraying” using a combustion gas flame as a heat source. On the other hand, the wear-resistant coating of alumina-titania and chromium oxide ceramics as a comparative example was formed by a “plasma spraying method” using plasma as a heat source. In the ultra-high speed flame spraying method, a particle flight speed of 500 m / s or more is obtained, which is much faster than that in the plasma spraying method of 100 to 200 m / s. Therefore, in the ultrahigh-speed flame spraying method, the energy of collision of the sprayed particles to the base material is large, and the adhesion is larger than that in the plasma spraying method.
Further, the WC powder of the present embodiment has a higher specific gravity than the Cr 3 C 2 powder of the comparative example using the ultra high-speed flame spraying method as in the present embodiment. Therefore, in the WC-based powder of this embodiment, the collision energy of the spray particles to the base material is larger than that of the Cr 3 C 2 -based powder of the comparative example, and the adhesion is increased.
As described above, the present embodiment in which the WC cermet material obtained by the ultra-high-speed flame spraying method is an abrasion-resistant film has the best adhesion.
以上の通り、本実施形態によれば、以下の作用効果を奏する。
ブレード12のガス入口部分にのみ耐摩耗性皮膜20を設け、局所的に耐摩耗性皮膜20を設けることとしたので、簡便にかつ廉価にインペラ3の耐久性を向上させることができる。
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the following operational effects are obtained.
Since the wear
The damage caused by the solid particles contained in the gas becomes larger toward the
本実施形態の耐摩耗性皮膜20は、炭化タングステンを主として含む複合材を超高速フレーム溶射することによって形成されたサーメット材とされているので、耐摩耗性だけでなく密着性をも確保することができる。固体粒子を含むガスを圧縮するガス圧縮機では、固体粒子の速度が大きいため衝突エネルギが大きく、耐摩耗性皮膜には耐摩耗性だけでなく密着性も要求されるので、特に有用である。
