Abstract
【解決手段】 粉体と液体とからなる粉体濃度xのスラリーを面積がS、間隔がdの一対の電極で挟持して、1mHzから100MHzまでの全部ないし一部の周波数範囲で前記電極間の各周波数における電圧値と電流値とから前記スラリーの複素インピーダンスの周波数変化を測定し、仮想的に設定した等価回路より得られる複素インピーダンスの周波数変化の計算値を前記複素インピーダンスの周波数変化の測定値にフィッティングさせることでn個の抵抗R1、R2、・・・RnおよびキャパシタC1、C2、・・・Cnを求め、該n個の抵抗R1、R2、・・・RnおよびキャパシタC1、C2、・・・Cnと前記液体の誘電率ε2と前記液体の導電率σ2と前記粉体濃度xとから、所定の式を用いて前記粉体の誘電率ε1を算出する。

Claims (1)
- 粉体と液体とからなる粉体濃度xのスラリーを面積がS、間隔がdの一対の電極で挟持して、1mHzから100MHzまでの全部ないし一部の周波数範囲で前記電極間の各周波数における電圧値と電流値とから前記スラリーの複素インピーダンスの周波数変化を測定し、
仮想的に、前記スラリーの一部である媒質1を粉体領域と液体領域とに並列に分離して該並列に分離された媒質1を面積がS、間隔がd1の一対の電極で挟持してなる抵抗R1およびキャパシタC1の並列回路に、前記スラリーの一部とは粉体領域と液体領域との体積比が異なる媒質nを粉体領域と液体領域とに並列に分離して該並列に分離された媒質nを面積がS、間隔がdnの一対の電極で挟持してなる抵抗RnおよびキャパシタCnの並列回路を(n−1)個(n:2以上10未満の任意の自然数)直列に接続した等価回路を設定し、
前記等価回路より得られる複素インピーダンスの周波数変化の計算値を前記複素インピーダンスの周波数変化の測定値にフィッティングさせることでn個の抵抗R1、R2、・・・RnおよびキャパシタC1、C2、・・・Cnを求め、
該n個の抵抗R1、R2、・・・RnおよびキャパシタC1、C2、・・・Cnと前記液体の誘電率ε2と前記液体の導電率σ2と前記粉体濃度xとから、次の2n+2個の式を用いて前記粉体の誘電率ε1を算出することを特徴とする粉体の誘電率測定方法。
