エポキシ基含有成分と硬化剤とを含み、重合性ビニル基含有溶剤を含まない、溶射被膜の封孔処理剤であって、
前記エポキシ基含有成分は、1分子中に含まれるエポキシ基の数が3個以上のポリグリシジルエーテル化合物を必須成分とし、1分子中に含まれるエポキシ基の数が2個のアルキレンジグリシジルエーテル化合物および環状脂肪族ジエポキシ化合物から選ばれた少なくとも1つを含む混合物であり、前記硬化剤を除く、前記エポキシ基含有成分全体に対して、ポリグリシジルエーテル化合物が 10〜80 重量%配合され、前記硬化剤が脂環式アミノ化合物であることを特徴とする封孔処理剤。
