Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a lid for preventing content adhesion suitable for food containers such as yogurt, pudding, and jelly.
In addition,% is weight% throughout this specification and a claim.
As a lid for food containers such as yogurt, pudding, jelly, etc., one having a structure in which a heat seal material layer is laminated on the lower surface of a base material layer is used. As the heat sealing material layer, there is one in which a base material layer is coated with a hot melt mainly composed of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer or the like.
When the contents of the container are soft gel-like foods such as yogurt, the contents adhere to the surface of the heat sealant layer of the lid when the container is shaken during transportation or when the consumer tilts after purchasing the product. If the container is opened, the contents may pop out and dirty hands and clothes, or lick the contents on the lid and cut the tongue. There is also a problem that it looks bad when opened.
Accordingly, there is a demand for the appearance of a lid material to which contents such as yogurt do not adhere. For example, Patent Document 1 listed below discloses a nonionic interface in which a heat seal material layer has an adhesion preventing effect. Proposals have been made of polyolefins containing at least one activator or hydrophobic additive.
According to the proposed invention, for example, glycerin fatty acid ester or polyglycerin fatty acid ester is added in an amount of 0.5 to 10% with respect to polyolefin, and the substance is intended to be deposited on the surface of the heat seal layer by heat aging treatment. However, the thickness of the heat seal layer is limited (35 to 50 μm), and the amount of precipitation varies depending on the aging treatment conditions.
Therefore, the present applicant has solved the above-mentioned problem first, and it is difficult for soft contents such as yogurt to adhere to the heat sealing material layer surface of the lid. As a material, in a lid provided with a base material layer and a heat seal material layer formed thereunder, the heat seal material layer contains 40 to 70% of a wax component, and the average surface roughness of the heat seal material layer A thickness (Ra) of 0.05 to 5 μm and a maximum surface roughness (Rmax) of 10 μm or less have been proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 2005-350387).
The objective of this invention is providing the manufacturing method of the cover material for content adhesion prevention which solved said problem.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a content adhesion preventing lid material comprising a base material layer and a hot melt layer formed under the base material layer, wherein the hot melt layer contains 40 to 70 wax components. %, The average surface roughness (Ra) of the hot melt layer is 0.05 to 5 μm, and the maximum surface roughness (Rmax) is 10 μm or less. The process of applying hot melt to the surface of the base material layer with a gravure roll and the film subjected to release treatment on the surface of the hot melt layer formed on the surface of the base material layer are overlaid and pressed with a nip roll. It comprises a step of smoothing the surface of the hot melt layer to the surface roughness.
In the invention of claim 1, the content of the wax component in the hot melt layer is limited to 40 to 70%. If the content of the wax component is less than 40%, the content of yogurt or the like is prevented from adhering to the heat sealing material layer. This is because the effect is poor, and if it exceeds 70%, the sealing strength of the heat sealing material layer is lowered. The average surface roughness of the hot melt layer is limited to 0.05 to 5 μm and the maximum surface roughness is limited to 10 μm or less when the average surface roughness of the hot melt layer is less than 0.05 μm. Although the content adhesion prevention effect is large, a blocking phenomenon occurs when the lid is wound in a coil shape, and if it exceeds 5 μm, the content adhesion prevention effect is reduced, and the maximum surface roughness is reduced. This is because even if the thickness exceeds 10 μm, the effect of preventing the adhesion of the contents is reduced.
As a base material layer, there exist metal foils, such as aluminum foil with which the anticorrosion film was coat | covered, what laminated | stacked aluminum on the synthetic resin film, or what consists of a cardboard simple substance. Specific examples of the anticorrosion film include polyethylene terephthalate polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, and the like, and the thickness thereof is 10 to 50 μm.
Specific examples of the hot melt include those having an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer or the like as a main component. The composition of the hot melt is 40-70% wax added to the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, and if necessary, tackifiers such as rosin and terpene resins, anti-blocking agents such as silicon oxide and titanium oxide, etc. are added. The
Usually, an intermediate synthetic resin layer made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like is interposed between the base material layer and the hot melt layer in order to impart rigidity and cushioning properties during heat sealing. The thickness of the intermediate resin layer is 5 to 40 μm.
The gravure roll mesh is not particularly limited, but is generally about 40 to 100 mesh. If it is larger than 100 mesh, the mesh becomes fine and coating becomes difficult.
Invention of Claim 2 is the manufacturing method of the cover material for content adhesion prevention of Claim 1, While having a wax component 50 to 60%, average surface roughness is 0.1-2 micrometers, and maximum surface roughness Is 5 μm or less, and these ranges are particularly preferable among the ranges of the wax component, the average surface roughness, and the maximum surface roughness in the cover for preventing adhesion of contents according to claim 1.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the method for manufacturing a content adhesion preventing lid according to the first or second aspect, the nip roll pressure is 2 to 5 kg / cm 2 .
The pressurizing condition by the nip roll is preferably 2 to 5 kg / cm 2 , and particularly preferably 3 to 4 kg / cm 2 . When the pressure is less than 2 kg / cm 2 , a predetermined smoothing cannot be obtained because the applied pressure is weak, and when it exceeds 5 kg / cm 2 , the hot melt layer may be too thin.
The invention of claim 4 is the method for producing a cover material for preventing adhesion of contents according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the film is silicon-coated polyethylene terephthalate film or silicon coat It is characterized by using a nylon film.
Since the hot melt layer immediately after coating has a heat of about 130 to 190 ° C., polyethylene and polypropylene having a low melting point are not suitable, and the above synthetic resin having a high melting point is used. The thickness of the release-treated film is not particularly limited, but is usually 30 to 100 μm.
According to the method for manufacturing a cover material for preventing adhesion of contents according to the present invention, the mesh transferred to the surface of the hot melt by the gravure roll is smoothed by the nip roll, and the base layer and the hot material formed therebelow are smoothed. In the lid member provided with the melt layer, the average surface roughness (Ra) of the hot melt layer can be controlled to 0.05 to 5 μm and the maximum surface roughness (Rmax) can be controlled to 10 μm or less. As a result, the coefficient of friction of the surface of the hot melt layer that becomes the heat sealing material layer is lowered, soft contents such as yogurt are difficult to adhere to the hot melt layer surface of the lid, and the average surface roughness of the hot melt layer is 0. Since the maximum surface roughness is 0.05 to 5 μm and the maximum surface roughness is 10 μm or less, the surface of the hot melt layer becomes smooth and the contents hardly adhere to the hot melt layer surface of the lid. It becomes easy.
Further, since the film subjected to the mold release treatment is superposed on the surface of the hot melt layer and pressed with a nip roll, the smoothness of the film subjected to the mold release treatment can be directly transferred to the surface of the hot melt layer. Therefore, excellent smoothness of the surface of the hot melt layer can be easily obtained.
In order to specifically explain how the present invention is carried out, examples are shown below together with comparative examples.
