前記パルストランスの二次側から出力される前記搬送波信号に同相の矩形波でオン/オフし、フルブリッジ形を構成する第3のトランジスタ及び第4のトランジスタと、
前記パルストランスの二次側から出力される前記搬送波信号に逆相の矩形波でオン/オフし、フルブリッジ形を構成する第5のトランジスタ及び第6のトランジスタと、
フルブリッジ形を構成する前記第3乃至6のトランジスタに電圧を印加する電源と、
音声信号の有無によってオン/オフし、前記第3のトランジスタ及び前記第5のトランジスタのベースを、オン時にグランドレベルにする第7のトランジスタと、
