Abstract
【解決手段】 同軸のクラッドとコア部の屈折率が同一になるように構成し、導光がよりどころにする屈折率分布の中心はコアから光ファイバーが有する半径上にシフトする。即ち光はコアとその同軸のクラッド間で伝導することとなる。この新しい設計は従来技術における光ファイバーの製造後に生じる屈折率分布の中心くぼみ問題を防止するだけでなく、本発明が制御する同軸シングルモード(SM)光ファイバーに基づく光束密度が従来のSM光ファイバーよりも大きいので、通信距離が増加する。

Description
一、同軸光導光ファイバーは上述の一つ目の欠点を解決することが出来る。光導同軸光ファイバーの導光屈折率分布の依拠を新たに半径上に設定すると、光波エネルギーが主に集中通過した屈折率分布の中心が半径の中段部にシフトするので、予備成型体を製造する際に採用される管内堆積製造工程のMCVD法及びPCVD法の堆積工程は最外殻層の屈折率依拠によりドーピング材料の配分を行い、内層に向かって一層一層屈折率が増加するように順番に堆積させ、並びに内層になるほど厚みが増す。屈折率分布中心の最高屈折率層の堆積が完了すると、屈折率層の堆積を徐徐に低下させる。最後に外殻石英管の純ケイ素材料と同じ屈折率の数層純ケイ素堆積工程か完了する時、透明な予備成型管が完成し、すぐに溶解収縮工程に進めることができる。

図15に示すように、同軸光ファイバー、同軸光源及び同軸光検出器により組み合わせられた同軸一体化光ファイバー及び送受信端構造を実施例とする。本発明の実施例で詳しく述べている各種細部で引用されている各参考番号の構成要素はみな同じ或いは機能上類似している構成要素であり、且つ簡略化した図解方式で重要な実施特徴を示す。従って、前記図は実施例のすべての特徴並びに描かれた部品の相対する寸法を描いているわけではなく、従って示されている図は比例に基づいて描かれているわけではなく、本発明の同軸光導基本精神により描かれている。

前記厚さ7μmの円環状平板層導波路構造は同軸半導体レーザー入射のシングルモード光波をシングルモード導波路方式及び、ガラスの零分散波長1.3μmにより同軸光ファイバー内で遠く離れた場所にある同軸光検出半導体端まで伝送することができる。図15の光ファイバーBに示すとおりである。

図16は同軸光システムの実施例2の構造簡略化断面図である。同軸の半導体送受信機を同軸構造で基板1602上に設置することで、唯一の同軸光ファイバー801を共有し、光ファイバーの応用例を省くことができる。従来の光ファイバーの送受信機は光源発射器及び光信号受信の光検出器が別別に製造された後、一つに組み立てられる。光ファイバー自身が二方向の光導波路能力を有するので、本発明の同軸半導体光送受信機を同軸構造で同一基板上に設置することで、多くのハードウェア構造のコストを省くことができる。三つのものが同軸であるので、容易に上下に重ねて一体化構造となり、各種応用の組み合わせが可能である。前記送受信機の上層がAPD光検出器で、1103がn+-半導体層,1201がp型倍増層、1104がInP本質半導体層(INTRINSIC)、1105がp型半導体層、1107が反射層で、1601は絶縁層の下端が部分反射面(PARTIAL REFLECTOR)となっており、1604は上層光検出器の外環導体である。下層はDFBレーザーで、1603は下層同軸外環導体、1501~1505は実施例1の光源構造構成要素と同じで、1101は送受信機の共用軸中心正極である。実施例2における右図の電気の供給順序により光ファイバー使用者の送受信状態が決定され、1605はレーザーが動作していない時、上層APD光検出器が高圧で電気を供給していることを表示し、逆バイアスで光検出衝撃を提供すると共に倍増電流の光検出作用を生じる。光ファイバー使用者が送受信している時、下層DFBレーザーは高圧で電気を供給し1606、単周波光波射出が生じ、同時に上層の光検出器が低圧で電気を供給し1607、且つInPエネルギー間隔が光子エネルギーよりも大きいので、低圧逆バイアスの時光線に対して透明で、故に大量の光パワーを通過させ同軸光ファイバー入力環状コア802に送信できる。同時に光子により生じた電流を吸収するだけでレーザー発射パワーのフィードバックパワーモニター機能となる。このように構成された同軸光送受信機は大量に建設されたネットワークコストを減らすことが可能で、光ファイバー送受信ネットワークの半分の経費を節約できる。
Claims (13)
- 軸中心殻と環状コア層と外殻の三部分を含み、主に光を伝導し、軸中心殻と外殻の間にあり、且つその屈折率が純酸化ケイ素よりも高い環状コア層と、Fused Silica或いはその他の導光材料により製造された軸中心殻と外殻により形成されている同軸光ファイバー構造であって、光ファイバーの屈折率分布の依拠が半径にあり、光が二つの同一の屈折率である軸中心殻と外殻により形成される同軸導光構造において、屈折率分布により処理される導波路方式が伝送する同軸光導構造を特徴とする同軸光ファイバー構造。
- 屈折率分布により処理される導波路方式構造の光ファイバーがシングルモード導波路形式であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載する同軸光ファイバー構造。

- 基板に形成される同軸の電気を供給する二つの内外導体であり、前記内外導体の間隔が多層同心円環状の半導体層或いは導体層からなる半導体光検出構造であって、形成された正負同軸の両電極が中心に対する光検出作用の円環状半導体層が同軸で電気を供給すると円環状光検出半導体空乏層が同軸光ファイバーから伝送される光波の光子エネルギー、或いは光学システムが受信した映像光子エネルギーを直接吸収し、一定の半径が電界に対する作用の下で、励起した電子と正孔対の分離による推進電流を検出する目的を達成させることができる構造を特徴とする同軸半導体光検出器構造。
- 前記形成された正負同軸の両電極が中心に対して配置した円環状半導体光検出層が生じる光検出作用の構造が、円環状光検出半導体層に入った光子を吸収し電子と正孔の推進電流の光検出作用を生じる同軸半導体PNフォトダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載する同軸半導体光検出器構造。
- 前記形成された正負同軸の両電極が中心に対して配置した円環状半導体光検出層が生じる光検出作用の構造が、円環状光検出半導体層に入った光子を吸収し電子と正孔の推進電流の光検出作用を生じる同軸半導体PINフォトダイオード構造であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載する同軸半導体光検出器構造。
- 前記形成された正負同軸の両電極が中心に対して配置した円環状半導体光検出層が生じる光検出作用の構造が、光子が高電界のインパクトイオン化層を有する円環状光検出半導体層に入り衝突により加速された或いは高エネルギーとなった電子と正孔を発生させ、さらに多くの新しい電子と正孔の倍増電流の光検出作用を続ける同軸APDアバランシェフォトダイオード構造であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載する同軸半導体光検出器構造。
- 請求項5に記載する同軸半導体光源構、請求項1に記載する同軸光ファイバー構造、請求項8に記載する同軸半導体光検出器構造の少なくとも一つを含み、同軸光システムの通信とセンサーの目的を実行することを特徴とし、同軸半導体光源と同軸光ファイバーとの組み合わせ、同軸光ファイバーと同軸半導体光検出器との組み合わせ、同軸光ファイバーと同軸半導体光源と同軸半導体光検出器との組み合わせで使用することを特徴とする同軸光システム。
- 同軸半導体光源と同軸半導体光検出器の同軸構造を同じな基板に製造し同軸光システムの通信及び検知を実行することを目的とすることを特徴とする請求項12に記載する同軸光システム。
