Description

The present invention relates to a sewing glove, and more particularly relates to a sewing glove excellent in wearing comfort with a soft feeling at the stitching portion of the sewing glove and less feeling of tingling.

As a glove excellent in cutting prevention, for example, Patent Document 1 describes an invention of a glove using a crimped yarn of para-aramid fiber, and discloses a sewing glove obtained by cutting a fabric into a hand shape and sewing it. However, the stitching part has a strong feeling of wear and is inferior in wearing comfort such as fit and soft feeling. Incidentally, in a knitted glove by a glove knitting machine, since there is no stitched portion, such a problem of wearing comfort does not occur.

Further, it may be coated or laminated with a gas permeable and liquid impermeable elastomer such as porous or nonporous polyurethane or porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in order to prevent stuffiness. An elastomeric glove such as rubber may be further processed on the glove. A special curing agent may be coated to prevent puncture. For example, when a resin-coated fabric is used on the palm side and a breathable mesh fabric on the back side of the hand or a fabric having moisture permeability such as a porous or nonporous film is used, the feeling of stuffiness is reduced. In addition, when resin-coated on a fabric having fluff, if necessary, fluffing and fluffing (heat setting or sizing) may be performed by known means.

Further, natural leather such as pig leather or artificial leather may be used on the surface of the sewing glove, and the back surface may be constituted by a cloth using polyketone fiber.
The sewing thread for sewing the gloves may be composed of polyketone fibers or may be composed of fibers other than polyketone fibers.
Examples of the shape of the glove include various types such as a five-finger type and a mittens type.
Specific examples of the use of sewing gloves include iron making, welding, painting, fire fighting, car racing racing, etc. In the present invention, particularly in the precision machine industry, because of excellent wearing comfort. It is suitable for fields that require delicate work, such as the aircraft industry, information equipment industry, medical surgery, and hygiene.
Furthermore, the sewing glove of the present invention has excellent wearing comfort, and in particular, the sewing glove using filament thread is for protecting medical personnel such as doctors from scalpels and injection needles in medical practice such as surgery. It is optimal as a so-called inner glove used inside an elastomer glove such as rubber.
