The present invention is a spun yarn which is a silospun spun yarn or a double roving spun yarn, and the fibers constituting the spun yarn are composed of short fibers of high strength fibers having a tensile strength of 10 cN / dtex or more.

The silospun spun yarn of the present invention is obtained by the following spinning method.
That is, the two rovings introduced into the pair of back rollers through different parallel travel paths into the draft region consisting of the pair of front roller, middle roller and back roller of the spinning machine are the draft of the spinning machine. Immediately after exiting the nip point of the front roller, it is obtained by being twisted by a twisting action of a ring traveler twisting mechanism and wound on a bobbin. A spinning method in which upper twist is applied to two single yarns while applying alternate twisting, and unlike a spinning method in which main twisting is applied to a single yarn, a direct twisted yarn can be obtained directly by a spinning machine.

In addition, the double roving spun yarn is obtained by aligning two roving yarns and introducing them into the back roller pair in the above production method, and similarly twisting them.
Here, the two rovings may be composed of the same material, or may be composed of different materials, for example, different fiber materials of high strength fibers or combinations other than high strength fibers and high strength fibers, The fineness and mass ratio of both may be selected as necessary within the range of, for example, 10 to 90/90 to 10, but the ratio of the high strength fiber in the spun yarn of the present invention is high strength. A fiber composed of 100% fiber is preferable, but fibers other than the above-described high-strength fibers may be mixed as necessary within a range of 70% by mass or less, particularly 50% by mass or less, and further 30% by mass or less. .

[Comparative Example 1]
Using 1670 dtex / 964f para-aramid fiber multifilament yarn (tensile strength 20 cN / dtex, tensile elongation 4.5%, tensile elastic modulus 500 cN / dtex), cut to a fiber length of 51 mm, and no short fiber fleece, When producing spun yarn with a ring spinning machine, the 280 dtex para-aramid fiber multifilament yarn is 1.05 times faster than the speed of the short fiber fleece (equivalent to the speed of the front roller of the spinning machine). To the front roller of the fiber, faster than the short fiber fleece, and the fineness of the sheath core structure in which the para-aramid fiber multifilament yarn mainly forms the sheath part, and the para-aramid fiber short fiber mainly forms the core part. A spun yarn (English cotton count, equivalent to 20/1's, Z twist of 15.7 twists / 2.54 cm) was obtained. The obtained spun and twisted yarn was a spun and twisted yarn having a structure in which a para-aramid fiber multifilament yarn was wound around a para-aramid fiber short fiber bundle having a real twist.
As a result of making and evaluating a glove with a 7 gauge glove knitting machine using five yarns obtained by twining these finely spun and twisted yarns by a conventional method, the feeling of stuffiness and coolness of the gloves Compared to Example 1, the soft texture (Δ to ×) and the wearing comfort (Δ to ×) were inferior. The cut resistance was 8N.

[Example 2]
Using a 1670 dtex / 1250f polyketone fiber multifilament yarn (Asahi Kasei Fibers Co., Ltd .; trademark Cyvalon; tensile strength 18 cN / dtex, tensile elongation 5%, tensile elastic modulus 350 cN / dtex), the fiber length was cut to 51 mm. A glove was produced and evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1 using the silospun spun yarn obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the yarn was used. ), Precision workability (◯ to Δ) and excellent as in Example 1. The cut resistance was excellent at 9N.

The present invention provides a spun yarn that can provide a glove with high breathability, a refreshing feeling, excellent stretchability, and extremely excellent wearing comfort.
