Abstract
【解決手段】異なる材料からなる構成要素、特に、セラミックマトリックス複合材(CMC)18と金属製エンジン構成要素を取り付けるために利用される簡単なCMC固定システム10が提供される。このシステムは、金属から製作される取り外し可能なサブアッセンブリブラケットで構成される。ブラケット14は、一方の端部に取り付けられた金属製エンジン構成要素と、他方の端部に取り付けられたCMC構成要素とを備える。ブラケット14は、CMC18と金属製エンジン構成要素とをリベット26またはピンを用いて一体に取り外し可能に固定し、これらのリベット26またはピンは、CMC18を介して開口部に挿入され、隣接する部品をしっかりと固定する。

Claims (23)
- セラミックマトリックス複合材を非セラミックマトリックス構成要素に固定する固定装置であって、
複数の開口部を備えた形状を有する取り外し可能なサブアッセンブリブラケットと、
前記複数の開口部を貫通して受けることが可能な複数の留め具と、
を備え、
前記ブラケットは、前記複数の留め具によって前記セラミックマトリックス複合材に固定された第1の端部と、前記非セラミックマトリックス構成要素に固定された第2の端部とを有することを特徴とする固定装置。 - 前記ブラケットと前記セラミックマトリックス複合材との間のスロットに挿入され、振動を減衰させることが可能な板ばねをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材を貫通し、前記ブラケットの複数の開口部と位置合わせされる複数の開口部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の複数の開口部および前記ブラケットの複数の開口部は、前記複数の留め具を挿入できるように整列することを特徴とする請求項3記載の固定装置。
- 前記複数の留め具は、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の複数の開口部と前記ブラケットの複数の開口部とに挿入されるリベットまたはピンであり、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材を前記ブラケットに取り外し可能に固定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記リベットは、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の複数の開口部を通って挿入される以前に、スリーブの内側に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の固定装置。
- 前記リベットは、単一のフレア状端部のリベットであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の固定装置。
- 前記リベットまたは前記ピンと、前記ブラケットとの間に配置された皿ばねをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の固定装置。
- 前記非セラミックマトリックス構成要素は、金属であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、該ブラケットが可撓性となるように中央に垂直間隙を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、該ブラケットに連結されたブリッジクランプメカニズムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットを貫通する前記複数の開口部および前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の複数の開口部は、長細い形状または円形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、一点取付または多点取付を用いて前記セラミックマトリックス複合材に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定装置。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材を金属エンジン構成要素に固定する固定装置であって、
複数の開口部と1つのスロットを備えた形状を有する取り外し可能なサブアッセンブリブラケットと、
前記スロットを貫通し、前記複数の開口部内で受けることが可能な複数の留め具と、
を備え、
前記ブラケットは、一方の端部の前記スロットにおいて、前記複数の留め具によって前記ブラケットに固定される前記セラミックマトリックス複合材を受けており、該ブラケットは、反対側の端部において前記金属エンジン構成要素に固定されることを特徴とする固定装置。 - 前記ブラケットと前記セラミックマトリックス複合材との間に配置された板ばねをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材を貫通する複数の開口部をさらに備え、該複数の開口部は、前記複数の留め具を挿入することを可能にする前記ブラケットの複数の開口部と整列することを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記複数の留め具は、前記ブラケットを貫通する複数の開口部および前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の複数の開口部で受けることができる複数の単一のフレア状端部のリベットまたはピンであり、前記ブラケットを前記セラミックマトリックス複合材に取り外し可能に固定することを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記リベットは、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の複数の開口部を通って挿入される以前に、スリーブの内側に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材の一方または両方の側に皿ばねをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、該ブラケットが可撓性となるように垂直の凹部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、該ブラケットに連結されるブリッジクランプメカニズムを備えることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットを貫通する複数の開口部および前記セラミックマトリックス複合材を貫通する複数の開口部は、細長い形状または円形状であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、一点取付または多点取付を用いて前記セラミックマトリックス複合材に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項14記載の固定装置。
