また、本発明では、前記のゴミ等収容部、ゴミ等受け部、及びゴミ等受け支持部は、それぞれ互いに折り畳み式として構成することも可能である。すなわち、例えば図１の側方カバー５を折り畳み・折り曲げ可能な柔軟な素材（布、ジャバラ構造のプラスチック板、中央部分からヒンジ部で左右に折り畳み可能に接続した２枚の板、など）で形成し且つゴミ等受け部２とゴミ等受け支持部３とをヒンジ部で接続することにより、ゴミ等受け部２とゴミ等受け支持部３とを互いに折り畳み可能とすることができる。また、例えば図１のゴミ等収容部１の側板を折り畳み・折り曲げ可能な柔軟な素材（布、ジャバラ構造のプラスチック板、中央部分からヒンジ部で左右に折り畳み可能に接続した２枚の板、など）で形成することにより、図１の前記ゴミ等収容部１の前記ゴミ等受け支持部３側の側板とこれに対向する側板とを互いに折り畳み可能とすることができる。このように構成したときは、ユーザーは本発明を使用しない場合は、前記のゴミ等収容部、ゴミ等受け部、及びゴミ等受け支持部をそれぞれ互いに折り畳んでコンパクトにした状態で倉庫などに収納しておくことができる。
