Description

The present invention relates to a fitting used as a room partition or the like of a building.

Conventionally, various fittings are known. For example, a suspension door disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known.
This suspension door is supported by hanging a roller provided at the top of the door in contact with the upper guide rail provided on the ceiling side so that the upper portion of the door can be freely moved along the upper guide rail. An anti-sway member provided at the lower part is inserted into a rail groove of a lower guide rail provided on the floor part to prevent the lower part of the door from shaking greatly.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-23735

The rail groove of the lower guide rail used in the above-mentioned conventional hanging door has an upward U-shape, and the bottom surface of the rail groove is fixed to the floor material mounting portion (for example, joists) of the floor portion with a fixing tool. The depth of the rail groove is deep enough to correspond to the thickness of the flooring.
As described above, since the rail groove is deep, a human toe or the like is likely to be caught in the rail groove and easily tripped. Moreover, it is difficult to clean the inside of the rail groove.

In order to eliminate the foregoing, in the above-described conventional hanging door, both sides of the opening of the lower guide rail are slightly blocked with a pair of projecting edges, and an elastic body and a cover body are provided in the rail groove, The cover body is in contact with the projecting edge to close the opening, and a steady member provided at the lower part of the door pushes down the cover body and inserts it into the rail groove.

In this way, human toes do not get stuck in the rail groove and are not tripped, and the rail groove can be easily cleaned.
However, since the steady rest member pushes down the cover body, the sliding resistance between the steady rest member and the cover body is large, and a large force is required to move the door.

The object of the present invention is that it is difficult for human toes to get stuck in the rail groove of the lower guide rail, it is difficult to trip, the inside of the rail groove is easy to clean, and the panel body can be moved with a small force. Is to provide joinery.

The present invention is a joinery in which the lower part of the panel body is guided by the lower guide rail,
The lower guide rail has a substantially upward U-shaped rail groove having a bottom surface side portion and an opening side portion having a groove width smaller than the bottom surface side portion with the stepped portion as a boundary,
Guide the lower guide portion of the panel body at the opening side portion,
A groove closing member is provided in the bottom side portion of the rail groove of the lower guide rail,
In the fitting, the width of the upper portion of the groove closing member is smaller than the groove width of the bottom side portion and larger than the groove width of the opening side portion.

In the present invention, the upper surface of the upper portion of the groove closing member can be concave upward.
By doing in this way, dust etc. are easy to accumulate on the upper surface of the groove closing member.

In the present invention, the groove closing member can be made of a material that is more easily elastically deformed than the material of the lower part of at least both sides in the width direction.
In this way, the groove closing member can be easily pushed into the bottom side portion of the rail groove and can be easily pulled out and removed from the rail groove.

In the present invention, the lower guide rail is fixedly attached with a fixing tool from the bottom surface of the rail groove,
The lower part of the groove closing member has a pair of legs, and the pair of legs can contact the bottom surface of the rail groove so as not to interfere with the head of the fixing tool.
In this way, the pair of leg portions can be provided in contact with the bottom surface of the rail groove so as not to interfere with the head of the fixing tool, so that the groove closing member can be stably provided.

According to the present invention, the upper surface of the groove closing member provided in the bottom surface portion of the rail groove of the lower guide rail becomes the substantial bottom surface of the rail groove, so that the substantial depth of the rail groove of the guide rail is shallow. Become.
Therefore, it is difficult for human toes to get stuck in the rail groove of the lower guide rail, and it is difficult to trip.
Further, since dust or the like entering from the opening side portion is collected on the upper surface of the groove closing member and does not enter from the bottom surface side portion to the bottom surface, the inside of the rail groove can be easily cleaned.
Further, it is possible to move the panel body with a small force.

In addition, since the widthwise both side portions of the upper portion of the groove closing member do not contact the left and right side surfaces of the bottom portion of the rail groove, the upper portion of the groove closing member is not deformed in the state of being provided in the rail groove. Since the groove closing member maintains a predetermined shape in the rail groove, the above-described function is not impaired.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper part of a panel body 1 such as a door or a shoji is suspended and supported along a guide rail 2 mounted on the ceiling side, and the lower part of the panel body 1 is supported on a floor or the like. The door is guided by the lower guide rail 3 attached to the door while being steady, and is a hanging door type fitting.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a roller 4 is attached to the upper part of the panel body 1, and this roller 4 is suspended and supported in contact with the upper guide rail 2 so that the lower part of the panel body 1 serves as a guide part. An anti-sway member 5 is attached, and the anti-sway member 5 is inserted into the rail groove of the lower guide rail 3 to guide the anti-sway, and the panel body 1 is linearly formed along the upper and lower guide rails 2 and 3. Move freely.
In addition, the folding door type suspension door which made the panel body 1 foldable may be sufficient.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lower guide rail 3 is fixedly attached to the floor material attaching portion 6a of the floor portion 6 with a fixing tool 7, and the groove depth of the rail groove 3a of the guide rail 3 is the same as that of the floor member 6b. Deep enough to correspond to the thickness.
As shown in FIG. 3, the rail groove 3a of the lower guide rail 3 has an upward U-shape on the left and right side surfaces 10 and 10 and the bottom surface 11, and the dimension between the left and right side surfaces 10, that is, the groove width of the rail groove 3a. is larger than the groove width of H 2 groove width H 1 of the lower nearer the top closer to the vertical middle portion as a boundary as shown in FIG. 4, at its boundary portion has a downward stepped portion 12.
In other words, the rail grooves 3a groove width H 1 is greater bottom portion 3a-1 and the groove width H 2 is small as a border a downward stepped portion 12 (H 1> H 2) stepped having an opening portion 3a-2 Shape.

A groove closing member 20 is provided in the bottom surface side portion 3 a-1 of the rail groove 3 a of the lower guide rail 3.
Width H 3 of the top 21 of the groove closing member 20 is greater than the groove width of H 2 the opening portion 3a-2 as shown in FIG. 4, smaller than the groove width H 1 of the bottom portion 3a-1 The both side portions 22 of the upper portion 21 in the width direction are located below the step portion 12 of the rail groove 3a.
The groove closure member widthwise side portion 22 in the upper 21 of the 20 projects in the width direction side than the both widthwise side surfaces 23a of the lower 23, the width H 4 of the lower 23 is smaller than the width H 3 of the upper 21, and smaller than the groove width of H 2 opening portion 3a-2 of the rail groove 3a.

Thus, since the upper surface 20a of the groove closing member 20 becomes a substantial bottom surface of the rail groove 3a, the substantial depth of the rail groove 3a is changed from the opening edge end surface of the opening side groove portion 3a-2 to the upper surface of the groove closing member 20. It becomes shallow at 20a.
Accordingly, it is difficult for human toes or the like to get stuck in the rail groove 3a of the lower guide rail 3, and it is difficult to trip.

Further, dust or the like entering from the opening (opening side portion 3a-2) of the rail groove 3a is accumulated on the upper surface 20a of the groove closing member 20, and does not enter the bottom surface 11 of the rail groove 3a. Easy to clean.
Further, simply providing the groove closing member 20 in the lower guide rail 3 reduces the number of parts, reduces the cost, and facilitates assembly.
Further, the steadying member 5 of the panel body 1 may be inserted into the opening side portion 3a-2 of the rail groove 3a so as to face the upper surface 20a of the groove closing member 20, and does not need to be pressed against the upper surface 20a. It is possible to move the body 1 with a small force.

Moreover, since the width direction both side part 22 of the upper part 21 of the groove | channel closing member 20 and the width direction both side surface 23a of the lower part 23 do not contact the right and left side surfaces 10 of the bottom face side part 3a-1 of the rail groove | channel 3a, 20 is not deformed, the groove closing member 20 is not deformed in the rail groove 3a, and the groove closing member 20 maintains a predetermined shape in the rail groove 3a. Absent.

Next, the specific shape of the lower guide rail 3 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the lower part of the pair of vertical pieces 13, 13 is integrally connected by the connecting piece 14, and the flange 15 is integrally provided on the upper part of the pair of vertical pieces 13. As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting piece 14 is fixed to the floor material mounting portion 6a with the fixing tool 7, and each flange 15 is pressed against the floor material 6b for mounting.
The opening side portion 3a-2 of the lower guide rail 3 has the same groove width from the bottom to the top, but may have a shape in which the upper groove width is wider than the lower portion.

Next, a specific shape of the groove closing member 20 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper surface 20a of the groove closing member 20 has an upward concave shape. For example, it is a concave shape in which the central portion in the width direction is low and gradually increases toward both sides in the width direction.
By doing so, dust and the like are easily collected on the upper surface 20 a of the groove closing member 20.

Further, the closing member 20 is made of a material in which at least the width direction side portions 22 of the upper portion 21 are more easily elastically deformed than the material of the lower portion 23.
Since it is like this, when the groove closing member 20 is pushed into the rail groove 3a of the lower guide rail 3, the both side portions 22 in the width direction described above are elastically deformed.
Further, from the state where the groove closing member 20 is provided in the rail groove 3a as shown in FIG. 5, one end of the groove closing member 20 is lifted up in the longitudinal direction, and sequentially lifted up in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. Can be removed.
Moreover, since the lower part 23 is a material which is hard to be elastically deformed, the entire groove closing member 20 is difficult to bend and deform when a person steps on it.

The lower portion 23 of the groove closing member 20 is formed by a pair of leg pieces 24, 24, and the pair of leg pieces 24 and the upper portion 21 has a substantially downward cross-sectional shape.
Since it is like this, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of leg piece 24 can contact | connect the bottom face 11 so that it may not interfere with the head 7a of the fixing tool 7, and the groove | channel closure member 20 can be supported stably.
Further, since the pair of leg pieces 24, 24 are formed in a C-shape that expands downward, they can be provided in a stable state without rolling in the rail groove 3a.

In this embodiment, the thickness (vertical dimension) of the width direction side portions 22 of the upper portion 21 of the groove closing member 20 is made smaller than the thickness near the center of the upper portion 21 to facilitate elastic deformation.
Furthermore, since the lower surfaces of the width direction both side portions 22 are inclined, it is easy to push the groove closing member 20 into the rail groove 3a.
Further, since it is difficult to produce only the width-direction both side portions 22 protruding from the lower portion 23 with a material that is easily elastically deformed, the upper portion 21 is an upper portion having the width-direction side portions 22 (shaded portions in FIG. 4). The upper part is made of a material that is easily elastically deformed.
In this way, the groove closing member 20 can be easily formed by two-color molding using a soft resin that is easily elastically deformed and a hard resin that is not easily elastically deformed, and the pair of leg pieces 24 and 24 of the lower portion 23 are formed on the upper portion. Since it is integrally formed in the lower part of 21 which is hard to be elastically deformed, the pair of leg pieces 24, 24 can be provided in the rail groove 3a in a stable state.
Further, by manufacturing the upper portion with a material having a low sliding resistance, the sliding resistance can be reduced even if the steady rest member 5 comes into sliding contact with the upper surface of the upper portion 21.
As the aforementioned soft resin, a thermoplastic elastomer or the like is used.
As the above-mentioned hard resin, polypropylene, ABS resin or the like is used.
