Description

The present invention relates to a protective cover for protecting a tubular body and a heat insulating material covering the tubular body surface, and more particularly to a tubular body bent portion protective cover for protecting a bent portion of the tubular body.

Conventionally, pipes for supplying high-temperature or low-temperature gases and fluids are coated with a heat insulating material to prevent heat exchange between the internal gas / fluid and the outside air. Arranged. Since such a heat insulating material has a relatively low durability, in order to protect the heat insulating material and to effectively exhibit the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating material, a pipe including the heat insulating material is formed on the heat insulating material. It is common to attach a protective cover formed of an iron plate or stainless steel so as to cover the entire body.

As such a protective cover, a dedicated protective cover adapted to each of the straight pipe portion and the bent portion is used. In particular, for the protective cover used at the bent part, the outer diameter cover body that covers the outer peripheral surface of the bent part of the pipe and the inner diameter cover body that covers the inner peripheral surface of the bent part of the pipe body from both sides are integrated by an elastic material. The inner diameter cover body is provided with an end portion that is slidably opposed so as to be attached to the tube body, and the end portions are configured to be engageable with each other (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing an embodiment of the above-described conventional bent portion protection cover 100 of a tubular body. As shown in FIG. The outer diameter cover body 51 formed so as to cover the outer diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 50 including the inner diameter cover body 52 formed in a shape along the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 50 is integrally connected. is doing. The inner diameter cover body 52 has two inner diameter covers corresponding to both side surfaces of the bent portion of the tube body 50 at a portion corresponding to the inner diameter of the tube body 50, separated and separated in a direction intersecting the circumferential surface of the tube body 50. Formed on the bodies 52 and 52, the opposing end portions of the two inner diameter cover bodies 52 and 52 are configured to be engageable and connectable to each other.

And as an engaging mechanism which engages these two inner diameter cover bodies 52 and 52, the mechanism which inserts and latches one inside the other, and what is called a male-female structure is employ | adopted and comprised.
Public Utility Sho 60-194696

However, here, in the engaging portion 53 adopting this male-female structure, the female engaging portion is formed in an opposing structure for inserting the male engaging portion, so that the thickness in this female engaging portion is It is unavoidable that the protrusions 55 are formed so as to protrude from the inner surface of the inner diameter cover body 52 toward the tube body. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, since the protruding portion 55 protrudes with substantially the same width as the plate width of the inner diameter cover body 52, the protruding portion 55 has an inner diameter of the opening portion 56 from which the tubular body 50 is extended from the protective cover 100 when mounted. When the bent portion protection cover 100 is attached to the tube body 50, the protrusion 55 is formed on the inner diameter surface of the tube body 50, that is, the inner diameter surface of the heat insulating material 60 that covers the tube body 50 in FIG. There has been a problem of interference and interference with mounting.

Further, since the protruding portion 55 interferes with the inner diameter surface of the tube body 50, the inner diameter cover body 52 is pressed from the inside toward the outside, and the opposing angle formed by the left and right inner diameter cover bodies 52, 52 is made. It will change minutely. Therefore, when the male engaging portion is inserted into the female engaging portion and engaged, an appropriate insertion angle cannot be maintained, and the work of engaging both inner diameter cover bodies 52 and 52 becomes complicated. There was also a problem.

Further, the protruding portion 55 interferes with the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 50 and the heat insulating material 60, so that the bent portion inner diameter surface of the tube body 50 and the heat insulating material 60 and the engaging portion of the bent portion protection cover 100 attached thereto. A stepped portion 58 is formed between the first and second portions 53 and the appearance is bad.

Further, the female engaging portion in the bent portion protective cover 100 of the conventional tube body 50 has a three-fold opposing structure in which a sheet metal constituting the inner diameter cover body 52 is bent at three bent portions. After being formed, the shape of the inner diameter cover body 52 was removed by the mold, so that the cut surface was exposed at the side end portion of the engaging portion, and it would be injured if care was not taken in handling. There was a fear.

In addition, in order to solve this problem, when the engagement portions of both inner diameter cover bodies are positioned on the outer surface side of the inner diameter cover body, although the mounting property to the tube body can be improved, the finished appearance is poor, Since the corners of the engaging part are exposed on the cover surface, there is a problem that if the care is not taken carefully during handling such as sales or assembly work, there will be a problem of injury, and a solution has been desired. .

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and prevents the engaging portion to be engaged and connected when mounting to the tube from interfering with the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube, thereby improving the mounting property. Provided is an improved bent body protective cover for a tubular body.

In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention according to claim 1, an outer diameter cover body that covers the outer peripheral surface of the bent portion of the tubular body, and an inner diameter cover body that covers the inner peripheral surface of the bent portion of the tubular body, In the bent portion protective cover of the tubular body made of an elastic material, the first inner diameter cover body is formed by separating and separating the inner diameter portion of the inner diameter cover body in a direction intersecting the circumferential surface of the pipe body. And a second inner diameter cover body, and the opposite end portions of each of the first inner diameter cover body and the second inner diameter cover body are separated from each other. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the tubular body bent portion protective cover according to any one of the first to third aspects, the inner diameter cover body includes the engagement tooth and the engagement tooth. At least one of these is provided in a plurality of stages continuously in a direction away from the opposite end portions.

In the present invention according to claim 1, the outer diameter cover body that covers the outer peripheral surface of the bent portion of the tubular body and the inner diameter cover body that covers the inner peripheral surface of the bent portion of the tubular body are integrally connected. In the bent portion protective cover of the tubular body made of an elastic material, the first inner diameter cover body and the second inner diameter cover body are separated and separated in the direction intersecting the circumferential surface of the tubular body. And the opposite end portions of the first inner diameter cover body and the second inner diameter cover body which are separated and separated from each other are respectively connected to the end portions. When the opposing end portions are engaged and connected, the engaging connection portion gradually increases in the thickness direction toward the tube body when the opposing end portions are engaged and connected. Cover for bent portion of tubular body, characterized in that it is configured to be as narrow as possible For this reason, the inner diameter cover bodies formed so as to become gradually narrower toward the end portions of the inner diameter cover bodies are engaged with each other so that the vicinity of both end portions overlap. By making the projecting part in the engaging connection part as small as possible and reducing the thickness at the side edge part of the engaging connection part as much as possible, the inner diameter cover body is attached to the tube body. It is possible to prevent interference with the inner diameter surface of the bent portion of the tubular body, improve the mounting property to the tubular body, and effectively protect the bent portion of the tubular body.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the bent portion protective cover for a tubular body according to the first aspect, one of the first and second inner diameter cover bodies has an inner end facing inward. The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of a bent portion protective cover for a tubular body according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the bent portion protective cover for the tubular body according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a tube according to the present embodiment. FIG. 4 is a side view of a bent portion protective cover for a tubular body according to the present embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the bent portion protective cover 10 (hereinafter also simply referred to as a bent portion protective cover 10) of the tubular body according to the present embodiment has an outer peripheral surface of the bent portion of the tubular body 5. An outer diameter cover body 1 for covering and an inner diameter cover body 2 for covering the inner peripheral surface of the bent portion of the tubular body are integrally connected.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer diameter cover body 1 is formed by bending a plurality of strip-shaped sheet metals 20 and 21 into a semi-cylindrical shape and joining them together by welding or the like to cope with the bent shape of the tubular body. Thus, the substantially semi-cylindrical body is formed in a shape curved at approximately 90 degrees.

The outer diameter cover body 1 is integrally formed with an inner diameter cover body 2 formed by bending a sheet metal so as to cover the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 5 and narrowing toward the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 5. It is connected.

The inner diameter cover body 2 includes a first inner diameter cover body 2a formed by separating and separating a portion corresponding to the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body in a direction intersecting the circumferential surface of the tube body, and a second inner diameter cover body 2b. Each of the opposing end portions is configured to be engageable and connectable with each other at the engaging portion 3.

When the bent portion protection cover 10 is attached to the bent portion of the tubular body 5, the tubular body 5 is bent by covering the bent portion of the tubular body 5 from the outer diameter side with the two inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b. The inner cover body 10 is accommodated in the inner cover cover 10, and the engagement portion 3 of the inner diameter cover body 2 is engaged and attached at the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 5. The bent portion protective cover 10 is characterized by the engaging portion 3, which will be described in detail below.

Further, the outer diameter cover body 1 and the inner diameter cover body 2 are formed of an elastic material so that they can be brought into close contact with the bent portion of the tube body 5 to be mounted as much as possible.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing, in an enlarged manner, the engaging portion 3 in the inner diameter cover body 2 of the bent portion protection cover 10 of the tubular body according to the present embodiment. FIG. (b) has shown the side view.

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the engaging portion 3 is formed in a so-called male-female structure in which one end portion is inserted into the other end portion and engaged, The female engagement portion 3a provided at the end portion of the inner diameter cover body 2a and the male engagement portion 3b provided at the end portion of the second inner diameter cover body 2b.

The female engaging portion 3a has a facing structure in which the male engaging portion 3b can be inserted, and this facing structure has three bent portions at the end of the first inner diameter cover body 2a. The facing structure is formed on the inner surface side of the first inner diameter cover body 2a.

The female engaging portion 3a includes a primary bent portion 7 formed by bending an end portion of the first inner diameter cover body 2a inward, and an extended portion from the primary bent portion 7 outward in the middle. And a secondary bent portion 8 formed by facing the same secondary bent portion 7 and a third bent portion formed by bending an extension portion from the secondary bent portion 8 inward. An engagement receiving tooth 9 is provided, and a substantially V-shaped groove portion 11 into which a male engagement portion 3b described later is inserted is formed in a facing portion between the secondary bent portion 8 and the primary bent portion 7. is doing.

Further, the female engaging portion 3a gradually decreases in width as the three bent portions 7 to 9 move from the primary bent portion 7 through the secondary bent portion 8 to the tertiary bent portion 9. It is formed as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, in the width direction of the female engaging portion 3a, the side edge of the primary bent portion 7 is opposed to the side edge of the inner diameter cover body 2a in a substantially tapered shape. And the inner edge cover body is configured so that the side edge of the secondary bent portion 8 faces the side edge of the primary bent portion 7 in a substantially tapered shape and is further positioned inward. The thickness formed on the female engaging portion 3a of 2a is configured to gradually become thinner from the central portion of the female engaging portion 3a toward the side edge.

That is, as shown in FIG. 6, in the female engaging portion 3a, the plate width L1 of the primary bent portion 7, the plate width L2 of the secondary bent portion 8, and the engagement tooth 9 that is a tertiary bent portion. The plate width L3 is formed so that L1> L2> L3, and the portion of the plate width L3 is configured to be the thickest in the engaging portion 3 and the thickness gradually decreases toward both side edges. It is composed.

As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the male engagement portion 3b inserted and engaged in the substantially V-shaped groove portion 11 of the female engagement portion 3a is formed on the second inner diameter cover body 2b. In the vicinity of the end portion, a plurality of engagement teeth 19 are formed to be engaged with the engagement receiving teeth 9 of the female engagement portion 3a. The engaging teeth 19 are convex bodies that protrude from the outer surface side to the inner surface side of the second inner diameter cover body 2b, and are arranged in three rows and three stages near the end of the second inner diameter cover body 2b. They are arranged.

The engaging teeth 19 are provided in the vicinity of the end of the second inner diameter cover body 2b with three rows and three rows of cut portions 18 formed with cuts in the width direction thereof, and the side edges of the cut portions 18 are arranged on the outer surface. It protrudes by pushing from the side to the inner surface side to form a convex shape.

FIG. 7 is an enlarged explanatory view showing the protruding shape of the engaging tooth 19. As shown in FIG. 7, the engaging tooth 19 is formed in a convex shape by protruding the side end portion of the cut portion 18. Therefore, the end side 18a which is one side of the cut portion 18 is in a protruding state. The end side 18a locks the engagement tooth 9 provided in the female engagement portion 3a.

Thus, since the engagement teeth 19 to be engaged with the engagement receiving teeth 9 of the female engagement portion 3a are formed in a plurality of stages, the engagement position can be adjusted in accordance with the diameter of the tube body 5 provided therein. For this reason, when manufacturing the bent portion protective cover 10, it is possible to manufacture the bent portion protective cover 10 at a low cost with a margin in dimensional accuracy.

The engaging teeth 19 include, for example, teeth capable of forming a cut portion by sandwiching a sheet metal constituting the second inner diameter cover body 2b from both sides, and pressing the cut to one side to form a convex portion. It can be easily formed by using a tool or the like provided with a formable protrusion.

In the present embodiment, the engaging teeth 19 are formed in three rows and three stages, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the first and second inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b are securely connected to each other. Any configuration that can be engaged is acceptable. For example, it is good also as a structure which provides this engagement tooth 19 in 2 rows and 1 step | paragraph, and makes it the structure which provided the one engagement tooth 19 formed by extending to the width direction of the 2nd internal diameter cover body 2b. You can also.

When the male engaging portion 3b is engaged with the female engaging portion 3a, the male engaging portion 3b is formed between the primary bent portion 7 and the secondary bent portion 8 of the female engaging portion 3a. It is inserted into the V-shaped groove, and is inserted and engaged until the engagement receiving tooth 9 gets over the engagement tooth 19. The engaging portion 3 engaged in this manner is subjected to a force in a direction in which the inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b are separated from each other by applying an elastic force or an external force of the bent portion protection cover 10 itself. In the second inner diameter cover body 2b, the engagement receiving teeth 9 of the female engagement portion 3a abut on the end sides 18a of the engagement teeth 19 in any one of the engagement teeth 19 aligned in three steps. By being locked, the inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b are prevented from moving in a direction away from each other, and can be reliably engaged.

And when it is set as the state which both inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b were mutually engaged in the engaging part 3 in this way, the engaging part 3 has the thinnest side edge part in the thickness direction, and this side end The thickness is gradually increased in the direction away from the edge.

Specifically, the thickness increases from the side edge of the engaging portion 3 toward the center of the engaging portion 3 at an angle of approximately 45 degrees. In addition, the angle which forms this thickness should just be 45 degrees or less, and is not specifically limited.

Here, in order to form the female engaging portion 3a and the male engaging portion 3b as described above, first, the front end side of the sheet metal constituting the first inner diameter cover body 2a is set to the second inner diameter cover body. 2b is formed by extending the primary bent portion 7, the secondary bent portion 8 and the tertiary bent portion 9 by a necessary length from the length of the sheet metal constituting 2b, and constitutes both inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b. Each sheet metal is formed by being punched with a metal frame so as to gradually narrow toward the tip.

And in the metal plate which comprises the 1st internal diameter cover body 2a, the edge part is bent inward, the primary bending part 7 is formed, and the extension part from this primary bending part 7 is outside on the way The secondary bent portion 8 is formed by folding back and the extension portion from the secondary bent portion 8 is bent inward to form the engagement receiving teeth 9. It can be configured to gradually narrow toward the tip of the engagement receiving tooth 9 through the next bent portion 8.

The plate width at the tip of the male engaging portion 3b is formed to correspond to the plate width of the primary bent portion 7 in the female engaging portion 3a, and the primary bent portion 7 and the secondary bent portion 8 The shape is such that it can be easily inserted into the substantially V-shaped groove 11 formed therebetween. The male engagement portion 3b has a plate width that can be reliably engaged when inserted into the substantially V-shaped groove 11 of the female engagement portion 3a and engaged with the engagement tooth 9. What is necessary is not particularly limited to this.

When the bent portion protection cover 10 of the tubular body configured in this way is attached to the tubular body 5, the end portions of the first inner diameter cover body 2a and the second inner diameter cover body 2b are expanded in a direction away from each other. At the same time, the tube body 5 is mainly sandwiched between the first inner diameter cover body 2a and the second inner diameter cover body 2b from the outer diameter side of the bent portion. Since the outer diameter cover body 1 and the inner diameter cover body 2 are formed of an elastic material, the tube body 5 can be housed in a state of being in close contact with the bent portion of the tube body 5. Then, the first and second interior cover bodies 2 a and 2 b are engaged with each other by the engaging portion 3 and attached to the tube body 5.

As described above, the side edge of the engaging portion 3 is formed as thin as possible, and the protruding portion 15 is formed as small as possible. When mounting on the bent portion of the body 5, the projecting portion 15 is prevented from interfering with the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 5, thereby improving the mountability.

FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment in which the bent portion protective cover 10 is attached to the bent portion of the tubular body 5. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the peripheral surface of the tubular body 5 is covered with the heat insulating material 6 and the bent portion protection cover 10 is mounted on the heat insulating material 6. Hereinafter, the tube 5 covered with the heat insulating material 6 may be simply referred to as a tube 5.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the bent portion protective cover 10 is attached to the bent portion of the tubular body 5 by engaging the engaging portions 3 a and 3 b with each other, the tube 16 is opened from the opening 16 of the bent portion protective cover 10. The straight pipe portion of the body 5 is extended. At this time, the straight pipe portion of the pipe body 5 extending from the opening portion 16 is internally provided at an angle of about 45 degrees with respect to the engagement portion 3 of the inner diameter cover body 2.

In addition, the inner diameter surface of the bent portion of the tubular body 5 is in close contact with the peripheral portion of the opening portion 16 and is curved so as to be close to the protruding portion 15 of the engaging portion 3 inside the bent portion protective cover 10. Decorated.

Here, the engaging part 3 is formed by making the side edge part as thin as possible and making the protruding part 15 as small as possible. Specifically, the engaging portion 3 is configured to gradually form a thickness at an angle of approximately 45 degrees inward from the side edge. Therefore, when the tubular body 5 is installed, the engaging portion 3 does not interfere with the inner diameter surface of the tubular body 5, and the inner diameter surface of the tubular body 5 is in close contact with the side edge of the engaging portion 3. It can be decorated with.

Further, in this way, by bringing the protruding portion 15 as close as possible to the inner diameter surface of the bent portion of the tube body 5, both end edges of the first and second inner diameter cover bodies 2a and 2b in the engaging portion 3 are connected to the tube. The bent portion protection cover 10 is more tightly attached to the tube body 5 in contact with the inner surface of the bent portion of the body 5.

At the time of mounting, the projecting portion 15 can perform a smooth mounting operation without interfering with the inner diameter surface of the bent portion of the tubular body 5, and therefore, the female engaging portion 3a and the male engaging portion 3b can be connected to the male engaging portion 3b. The engaging portion 3b can be positioned at an appropriate facing angle that can be easily inserted into the substantially V-shaped groove portion 11, the engaging operation can be easily performed, and the mounting operation can be performed smoothly.

When the bent portion protection cover 10 is attached to the tube body, the projecting portion 15 can perform a smooth attachment operation without interfering with the inner diameter of the bent portion of the tube body 5, and the female engaging portion 3a and the male portion can be connected. The engaging portion 3b can be positioned at an appropriate facing angle that can be easily inserted into the substantially V-shaped groove portion 11, the engaging operation can be easily performed, and the mounting operation can be performed smoothly.

As mentioned above, although one embodiment of the bent part protective cover for the tubular body according to the present invention has been described, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the bent part protective cover for the tubular body according to the present invention is within the scope of the technical idea.
