上記表面の印刷層は、個々の蓋体の外形寸法(但し、熱湯注入口開口用摘み片7の突出部を含む縦・横寸法)を、図1において、縦が169.5mm、横が189.5mmとして、その中に納まる寸法で設けたものである。
また、易剥離性ニス層5の易剥離性ニスには、ニトロセルロース樹脂にシリコーン樹脂を添加し、更にピンク色の着色剤を添加して作製したニスを使用した。
(b)アルミニウム箔3には、厚みが7μmのアルミニウム箔を使用し、それを前記紙1の易剥離性ニス層5を形成した面にポリオレフィン系熱接着性樹脂層2として低密度ポリエチレンを厚み15μmに用いて押し出しラミネート法で貼り合わせた。
(c)次いで、上記積層シートのアルミニウム箔3面に、イージーピール性シーラント層4として、線状低密度ポリエチレン30質量部、ハイインパクトポリスチレン30質量部、スチレン−ブタジエンブロック共重合体30質量部、スチレン−ブタジエンエラストマー10質量部をブレンドしてなるブレンド樹脂を厚み25μmに押し出しコートして積層し、蓋体100用の積層シートを作製した。

〔3〕次に、上記積層シートを、表面側の印刷層と位置合わせして個々の蓋体の形状に打ち抜いた後、プラスチック製のメッシュ10として、網目が、一辺の長さが各2mmの四辺形で、網目線の太さが0.4mmのポリエチレン製のメッシュを使用して、それをイージーピール性シーラント層4面に、前記枠状のハーフカット線9で囲まれる部分を覆うように、枠状のハーフカット線9の外側周縁部にメッシュ熱接着部11で示されるように熱接着して実施例1の湯切り機能を備えた蓋体とした。
尚、上記湯切り機能を備えた蓋体の各部の寸法は、以下の通りである。
蓋体100の外形で、熱湯注入口開口用摘み片7の突出部を除いた部分の縦・横寸法は、縦が165mm、横が185mmである。
また、枠状のハーフカット線9で囲まれる湯切り口の形状は図示した通りで、その寸法は、湯切り口開口用摘み片6側から蓋体100の中心部側に向かって、その最大部の長さが33mmで、それと直交する幅方向の長さは35mmとした。
