建物躯体に耐震壁を固定してある耐震壁固定構造であって、
耐震壁を各別に固定可能な複数の固定部を建物躯体に設け、
前記複数の固定部のうちから選択した予備固定部を残して、一部の前記固定部に耐震壁を取り外し可能に固定してある耐震壁固定構造。
