Claims (4)

四角柱状の胴板部、底板部、注出口栓取付孔が穿孔された上板部から構成される紙複合容器の底板部がボトムシールされて製函され、液状の内容物が充填され、その後に上板部が折り曲げ線に沿って折り曲げられてトップシールされて製造される液体包装用の紙複合容器の製函充填機における液状内容物充填工程の前の段階に取り付けられる口栓取付装置であって、
注出口栓が、注出口栓供給部より紙複合容器の注出口栓取付孔まで供給される注出口栓供給工程、
供給された注出口栓が、注出口栓のフランジ部を紙複合容器の上板部の内面に、注出口栓の栓部を外側にして、紙複合容器の内側から外側に向けて注出口栓取付孔に挿入される注出口栓挿入工程、
注出口栓が挿入された紙複合容器に上部開口から溶着受けアンビルが挿入されるとともに超音波溶着手段が紙複合容器の注出口栓取付孔周面に外側から近接する注出口栓溶着準備工程、
注出口栓のフランジ部と紙複合容器の注出口栓取付孔の周面を、前記溶着受けアンビルと、紙複合容器の外側から注出口栓取付孔の周面を押圧する超音波溶着手段とによって互いに押圧して、注出口栓のフランジ部外側面と紙複合容器の内側面とを溶着する注出口栓溶着工程、
溶着受けアンビルと超音波溶着手段とが、紙複合容器から離れる溶着受けアンビル離脱工程、
上記各工程を経て、注出口栓を紙複合容器の内面に、外側に向かって取り付ける内付けタイプの口栓取付装置において、
前記紙複合容器が溶着受けアンビルから離脱している間に、溶着受けアンビルの注出口栓接触部分とその近傍に向けてエアブロー装置から発生させた清浄なエアを吹き付け、付着している異物を吹き飛ばすとともに、他方の口から吹き飛ばした異物をエアとともに吸引して回収する作業を行う、異物吹き飛ばし・回収工程を設けたことを特徴とする紙粉等の除去工程を設けた口栓取付装置。
