本発明は、大きさや材質が異なる種々の廃棄物を自動選別する装置に関する。   The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically sorting various wastes having different sizes and materials.

建設現場などからでる産業廃棄物は、木くず、瓦礫、ビニールシート等の大きさや材質の異なるものが混在しており、自動で選別するのは難しい。少なくも大きさや比重で選別すると、以後の細かな選別が容易である。
また、砂浜における流木などの廃棄物と砂を自動で選別する装置はなかった。
そこで、本発明者の発明(特許文献1)になる装置を使用して廃棄物の選別をしてみたが、木くずや石だけでなく種々の材質のものが混合しているので、うまく選別できなかった。

これを要するに、本発明は、廃棄物を移送するベルトコンベアのベルトの中央部を両端部分より下方に突出させて断面半円形状にすると共に、このベルトコンベアの上に、所定間隔離間して廃棄物選別用ロールを取付け、この廃棄物選別用ロールの回転軸を、ベルトの進行方向と平行に配置し、当該廃棄物選別用ロールに、複数の弾性部材の基端部を取付け、当該弾性部材の先端部に廃棄物選別用杆を取付け、廃棄物選別用杆の先端とベルトコンベアのベルトとの間隙をベルトコンベアの上流側に取付けるものほど広くする。
よって、大きさ、材質の異なるものが混在した廃棄物を、大きさにより連続して選別できると同時に、弾性部材の弾性率を適宜変えて重さによる選別も行うことができる。
さらに、ベルトコンベアの廃棄物排出側端部を凸曲面にしたので、シート状の廃棄物などを、ベルトコンベアの端に引っ掛けることなく円滑にベルトの外に掃出できる。

図1は本発明の廃棄物選別装置の側面図であり、廃棄物の運搬が分かり易いよう、ベルトは底面のみを記載した。図2は、モータ及び動力伝達機構を省略した廃棄物選別用装置の正面図である。

さらに、この廃棄物選別用ロール4の外周に、放射状に複数本のコイルバネ10を分散して配置する。そして、このコイルバネ10の先端部に廃棄物選別用杆11を固定する。
この廃棄物選別用杆11の先端部は、円柱形等であってもよいが、廃棄物を掃出し易いようボートのオール状や熊手状にしてもよい。また、適宜コイルバネ10に対し折曲して取り付けてもよい。
7はモータであり、動力伝達用ベルト8を介して前記廃棄物選別用ロール4の中心に固定した回転軸9に動力を伝達する。

A motor 7 transmits power to a rotating shaft 9 fixed at the center of the waste sorting roll 4 via a power transmission belt 8.

着脱自在の場合は、廃棄物選別用杆11に廃棄物が絡まって取れなくなった場合や、廃棄物選別用杆11が摩耗して短くなった場合でも、廃棄物選別用杆11を取り外し、廃棄物を取除いたり、廃棄物選別用杆11を交換したりするだけでよい。
なお、6は、コイルバネ10を廃棄物選別用杆11に固定するためのスクリュボルトである。

この廃棄物選別装置の廃棄物の選別(大きさ及び比重による選別)は、以下のとおりである。
先ず、ベルトコンベア1で搬送されてきた廃棄物15が、廃棄物選別用ロール4の下に移動すると、廃棄物選別用杆11とベルト2との間隙dより径が大である廃棄物151H,151Lは、廃棄物選別用杆11と接触し、廃棄物選別用杆11の回転に伴い上方へと搬送される。この搬送中に、重いもの151H(その重さにコイルバネ10が耐えられず折曲するもの)はコイルバネ10が折曲して(図6)掃出されず、そのままベルト2上を移動する。軽いもの151L(その重さにコイルバネ10が耐えて折曲しないもの)は、廃棄物選別用杆11と接触したまま搬送されてベルト2外へ掃出される(図5)。
上記間隙dより径が小である廃棄物152は、廃棄物選別用杆11と接触しないか、一旦接触しても廃棄物選別用杆11が回転する途中で、間隙dより落下し、いずれも掃出されることなくベルト2上を移動する(図7)。
廃棄物選別用杆11とベルト2との間隙dを上流側ほど広くすると、廃棄物は径の大きいものより順次掃出される。
さらに、コイルバネ10の弾性率を、間隙dが同じであれば、上流側ほど小にすると、軽い(比重の小)ものから順に掃出される。
よって、上流側ほど大きくて比重が小のものが排出される。
廃棄物選別用杆11の先端とベルト2との間隙dを、最終的に略0にすると、微小な廃棄物まで円滑に選別できる。
掃出した(選別した)廃棄物151Lは、ベルトコンベア1に併設された排出用ベルトコンベアで所定の容器(図示せず)に向け搬送する。

Further, if the elastic modulus of the coil spring 10 is the same as the gap d, the coil spring 10 is swept in order from the lighter (smaller specific gravity) when the gap is made smaller toward the upstream side.
Therefore, the larger upstream one with a smaller specific gravity is discharged.
When the gap d between the tip of the waste sorting basket 11 and the belt 2 is finally set to substantially zero, even fine waste can be sorted smoothly.
The swept (sorted) waste 151L is transported toward a predetermined container (not shown) by a discharge belt conveyor attached to the belt conveyor 1.

なお、前記実施形態では、廃棄物選別用杆11を、コイルバネ10の先端部に取付けているが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、所定の弾性率を有する弾性部材の先端部に取付ければよく、板バネや棒状のゴム等の先端部に取付けてもよい。また、廃棄物選別用杆11と弾性部材を同じ部材で一体に形成してもよい。
さらに、廃棄物選別用杆11とコイルバネ10は、間隙d、弾性率を同じものを一列配列したのでは、一度廃棄物15を掃出し損なうと以後そのまま掃出されないおそれがあるので、図4のように複数列設けるとよい。
