Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a constant flow ejector having a constant flow rate function and an ion exchange apparatus using the constant flow ejector.
There is known an ion exchange apparatus that adsorbs and removes hardness components (calcium ions and magnesium ions), nitrate nitrogen (nitrate ions and nitrite ions), etc. contained in raw water such as tap water and groundwater by an ion exchange resin. Among these ion exchange devices, those that use cation exchange resin to replace the hardness in water with sodium ions or potassium ions are usually called soft water devices. On the other hand, among the ion exchange devices, those that use anion exchange resin to replace nitrate nitrogen with chloride ions are usually called nitrate nitrogen removal devices.
In the regeneration of the soft water device, in order to maintain the contact time between the ion exchange resin suitable for regeneration and the salt water as the regenerant stock solution, as described in
The inventor of this application has found that the following problem exists in the method of
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a constant flow rate ejector having a high suction force that prevents or suppresses a decrease in pressurized water head pressure and an ion exchange device that can supply a stable regenerant solution.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the invention according to
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the annular elastic body itself is also used as a nozzle, the driving pressure does not decrease on the upstream side of the nozzle, and the constant flow rate is reduced. That is, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the suction force of the ejector.
The invention according to
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the nozzle is located at a position before the expansion (decompression) of the fluid flow is finished by the annular elastic body, a decrease in the driving head pressure is suppressed, and a constant flow rate function is achieved. The pressure head pressure, that is, the suction force of the ejector can be prevented from decreasing.
Further, the invention described in
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect of the invention, the decrease in the pressurized head pressure in the constant flow ejector is prevented or suppressed, so that the stable and An efficient regeneration solution can be supplied.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a constant flow rate ejector having a high suction force that prevents or suppresses a decrease in driving head pressure and pressurized head pressure, and an ion exchange device that can supply a stable regenerant solution. .
An embodiment of the invention of the constant flow ejector will be described. The embodiment of the present invention is preferably implemented in an ion exchange device such as a soft water device.
(Embodiment 1)
According to the first embodiment, the annular elastic body functions as an ejector nozzle. That is, the driving liquid is depressurized when passing through the hole, and a sucking liquid such as a regenerant stock solution is sucked by this depressurization. Further, the annular elastic body functions as a constant flow rate means by elastic deformation. In the first embodiment, since the pressure reduction for the constant flow rate and the pressure reduction for the suction action of the ejector occur at the same time, a decrease in the driving head pressure and the pressure head pressure due to the pressure reduction for the constant flow rate is prevented. It is possible to prevent a decrease in suction force due to a decrease in pressurized hydraulic head pressure as in the prior art.
Next, components of the first embodiment will be described. The annular elastic body narrows the cross-sectional area of the driving liquid flow path when the driving liquid pressure (driving water pressure, hereinafter referred to as driving pressure) increases, and conversely when the driving pressure decreases, the driving liquid flow The shape and material are not limited to specific ones as long as it has a function of making the flow rate of the driving fluid constant with respect to fluctuations in the driving pressure by increasing the cross-sectional area of the path. The annular elastic body is formed with a hole through which the driving liquid passes at a substantially central portion thereof, and adjusts the cross-sectional area of the driving liquid channel by changing the diameter of the hole.
The ejector of the first embodiment (same as the second embodiment described later) includes a main body having a drive liquid inlet and a discharge liquid discharge port, and a nozzle provided between the drive liquid inlet and the discharge port in the main body. The main body is provided with a suction port for suction liquid at a position where the suction liquid is sucked by the reduced pressure liquid flow by the nozzle portion. The driving liquid is usually water, but may be liquid other than water depending on the application. Further, the driving liquid can be a fluid other than the liquid. In the first embodiment, the annular elastic body for constant flow rate also serves as the nozzle.
(Embodiment 2)
The present invention is not limited to the first embodiment, but includes the following second embodiment.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the annular elastic body is provided in the vicinity of the upstream side separately from the ejector nozzle. Here, “near the upstream side” means a position where the expansion of the driving liquid after passing through the hole of the annular elastic body does not end (decompression does not end).
According to the second embodiment, since the nozzle is located at a position before the pressure reduction for the constant flow rate is completed, the driving head pressure and the pressure head pressure are reduced due to the pressure reduction for the constant flow rate. It is possible to suppress the decrease in the suction force due to the decrease in the pressurized hydraulic head pressure as in the prior art.
The constant flow ejectors of the first embodiment and the second embodiment can be used as ejectors for sucking the regenerant stock solution of the ion exchange device. According to this ion exchange apparatus, the constant flow rate function can be exhibited by the constant flow rate ejector, and a decrease in suction force can be prevented or suppressed, so that the regenerant stock solution can be sucked stably and efficiently.
The ion exchange device is preferably a soft water device, but is not limited thereto. The soft water device is not limited to regeneration methods such as counter flow regeneration and parallel flow regeneration, and various regeneration methods and structures are applicable.
A constant flow ejector according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a longitudinal section of the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of an essential part cross section for explaining an operation state of the first embodiment, and FIG. 3 is an operation of the first embodiment. It is a characteristic view explaining an effect.
The
The
The annular
In the first embodiment, the annular
The operation of the first embodiment will be described. The driving liquid flowing in from the driving
In addition to such an ejector function, in the first embodiment, the annular
The operation and effect of the first embodiment will be described based on FIG. 3 by comparison with a comparative example (corresponding to Patent Document 1) in which constant flow rate adjusting means is separately provided on the upstream side of the
The following can be understood from the experimental example of FIG. The amount of driving water is substantially the same in Example 1 and the comparative example, and the constant flow rate function of the annular
As described above, according to the first embodiment, since the pressure reduction for the constant flow rate and the pressure reduction for the suction action of the ejector occur at the same time, the reduction of the driving head pressure due to the pressure reduction for the constant flow rate is prevented. It is possible to prevent a decrease in suction force due to a decrease in pressurized hydraulic head pressure as in the prior art.
Next, a constant flow ejector according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a longitudinal section of the second embodiment, and FIG. 5 is a characteristic diagram illustrating the operational effects of the second embodiment.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the annular
In FIG. 4, the
As in Example 1, this Example 2 was also tested by comparison with the comparative example, and it was confirmed that the decrease in the pressurized head pressure was suppressed. FIG. 5 shows the experimental results when the
The following can be understood from the experimental example of FIG. Although the amount of driving water is slightly smaller in Example 1 than in the comparative example, the constant flow rate function of the annular
(Modification of Examples 1 and 2)
The present invention is not limited to the first and second embodiments, and each component of the quantitative ejector can be variously modified without departing from the present invention. For example, the shape of the annular
Moreover, the shape of the said annular
(Application example of Examples 1 and 2 to ion exchange apparatus)
The said Example 1, 2 is used suitably for ion exchange apparatuses, such as a soft water apparatus. For example, the present invention is applied to the
In FIG. 10, the
The
Further, the
The
Here, the configuration of the
The
The
When the raw water is replenished into the
