Therefore, when the papermaking raw material is supplied into the sealed casing 1 through the papermaking raw material supply passage 3, rotation from a motor (not shown) is transmitted via the belt 8 and the rotating shaft 9, and when the rotor 7 rotates, foreign matter in the papermaking raw material is removed. The papermaking raw material that cannot pass through the screen 2 but is stored in the first chamber 1A and passes through the screen 2 is guided to the outside of the sealed casing 1 through the second chamber 1B and the carefully selected papermaking material discharge passage 4. .
In the middle of the screen 2, the diluting water from the diluting water introduction port R1 is affected so that the flow of the papermaking raw material toward the downstream side is obstructed. In addition, the papermaking raw material passes through the screen 2 on the upstream side, and the papermaking raw material having a high concentration is diluted with diluting water, so that the effect of separating high-quality fibers is improved. Undissolved pieces in the papermaking raw material that are provided on the facing side and collide with the convex portion RT are
By receiving the action so as to be returned to the upstream side of the papermaking raw material, it is possible to further improve the effect of separating foreign substances and high-quality fibers in the papermaking raw material.
Further, on the downstream side of the screen 2 in the first room 1A, the water jet 10a of the first water supply passage 10 attached to the hermetic casing 1 faces the upper end surface 7T of the rotor 7, so that the rotor The water colliding with the center of the upper end surface 7T of FIG. 7 flows in a substantially horizontal direction and acts to inhibit the flow of the papermaking raw material from the opening 2A above the screen 2 toward the foreign matter discharge port 1c. The first chamber 1 </ b> A allows the fibers to flow toward the foreign matter discharge port 1 c after performing seal sealing.
It acts to push back to the upstream side of the paper to improve the effect of separating foreign substances and good quality fibers in the papermaking raw material.
It should be noted that the foreign matter discharge passage 5 and the heavy foreign matter discharge passage 6 are adjusted by a valve for opening and closing a passage (not shown) or by appropriately opening and closing the first room 1A.
The foreign matter stored inside is guided out of the sealed casing 1.

In the embodiment described above, the end of the lower portion 7A of the downstream stirring member 7a is extended to a position facing the dilution water inlet R1 (see FIG. 1). However, as shown in FIG. 6, the part of the stirring member 7a facing the dilution water inlet R1 may be deleted.
The upper end surface 7T of the rotor 7 is a flat surface (see FIG. 1).
Not limited to this, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a protrusion (shaving blade) 7 </ b> Z is provided, and the water from the water outlet 10 a is horizontally applied by utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the protrusion (shaving blade) 7 </ b> Z. The direction of the flow may be changed to further enhance the effect of the above-described reject sealing. Note that the arrows shown in FIG. 7 indicate the rotation direction of the rotor 7.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 9, the guide G which guides the water from the water jet 10a is used for the water jet 10a so that the water from the water jet 10a is close to the protrusion (scraper blade) 7Z. It may be provided in the periphery so as to face the surface of the guide G and the upper end surface 7T of the rotor 7.
Further, the opening width W in the circumferential direction of the ring portion R of the concave portion RO shown in FIG. 5 is smaller than the length L of the flat surface in the circumferential direction of the ring portion R of the convex portion RT. Not limited to this, as shown in FIG. 10, conversely, the opening width W in the circumferential direction of the ring portion R of the concave portion RO is larger than the length L of the flat surface in the circumferential direction of the ring portion R of the convex portion RT. You may make it enlarge.
