難燃性フィルム(アイセロ社製 商品名 ターダン 酸素指数30)に、アクリル系粘着剤(日本合成化学社製 コーポニールN−4135 酸素指数18)を表1に示すような条件でスジ塗り塗工し、難燃性フィルム粘着テープを得た。

以上の測定結果を表2に示す。表からわかるように、実施例1〜8のフィルム粘着テープは、基材フィルムの酸素指数を低下させることなく、また、著しい粘着力の低下も見られない。これに対し粘着剤を全面に塗工した比較例1は、粘着力こそ高いものの、酸素指数は著しく低下してしまう。また、塗布面積を100%にして、粘着剤厚さを薄くして、粘着剤塗布量を実施例1と同一にした比較例2は、粘着力は高い値を示したものの、難燃性が著しく低下した。更に、粘着剤の塗布面積を5%まで減らした比較例3は、著しい粘着力の低下が見られ、実使用不可能であった。また、粘着剤の塗布面積を95%まで増やした比較例4は、著しく難燃性が低下した。 The above measurement results are shown in Table 2.
