Description

According to the present invention, an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the back sheet, and a plurality of elastic elastic members are provided between the base sheet at the back waist portion and / or the ventral waist portion. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a paper diaper and a paper diaper in which stretchable sheets bonded in an expanded state are disposed and elastic elastic force is applied along the waistline direction, and a cutter roll device used therefor.

For disposable wearing articles such as disposable diapers and disposable pants, in order to improve the adhesion to the wearer, it is required that the waist circumference, the leg circumference, the trunk circumference and the like be formed to be stretchable. In this case, it may be possible to use a woven fabric (stretch fabric) in which the material itself has a stretching force, but the cost is too high for use in a disposable wearing article. For this reason, conventionally, a non-stretchable sheet such as a non-woven fabric or a plastic film is bonded to a non-stretchable sheet in a stretched state such as a thread or belt, thereby producing a stretchable sheet capable of stretching the nonstretchable sheet. It was affixed on the sheet | seat which comprises the trunk periphery of a disposable wearing article.

As a method for producing an elastic sheet, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 below, a laminate in which a plurality of thread-like, net-like, and sheet-like elastic members are arranged in an expanded state between sheet surfaces or upper and lower sheets. A large number of convex portions are arranged in a predetermined area on the surface, and at least a part of the convex portions are changed in the convex portion arrangement interval in the roll axis direction, and the linear pressure of the convex row along the roll axial direction is changed. The laminated body is allowed to pass between the adjusted first roll and the second roll facing the first roll, and the elastic member of the laminated body is used as the convex portion of the first roll. A method for producing a stretchable sheet that is cut by at least one of pressurization and heating between the second rolls has been proposed.
JP 2002-273808 A

The stretchable sheet is cut to a predetermined size corresponding to the diaper width and then transported and adhered to a predetermined portion of the diaper. In the transport process after cutting, the stretchable sheet is shown in FIG. As described above, the elastic force of the elastic elastic member causes wrinkles (see (A) in the same figure) and turnovers (see (B) in the same figure) at both ends of the elastic sheet. There were problems such as sticking to the site, the appearance in the product state worsening, and wrinkles and turnings generated at the end obstructing the wearing feeling.

Therefore, the first problem of the present invention is that an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the back sheet, and a plurality of portions between the base sheet and the back waistline region and / or the abdomen waistline region. In the disposable diaper in which the elastic elastic member of the strip is bonded in the stretched state so as to give elastic elastic force along the waistline direction, there is no crease or turning over at the end of the elastic sheet, It is to improve the appearance in the product state and to improve the wearing feeling.

A second problem is to provide a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned paper diaper, and a third problem is to provide a cutter roll device for that purpose.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, as the present invention according to claim 1, an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the back sheet, and at the back waistline part and / or the abdomen waist part, In a disposable diaper in which a plurality of elastic elastic members are bonded in a stretched state between base material sheets, and elastic elastic force is applied along the waistline direction,
In the stretchable sheet, an elastic stretchable member present in a corresponding region overlapping with the absorber and an elastic stretchable member present in a region corresponding to both the back side end portion and / or the belly side end portion of the diaper are finely cut. A disposable diaper is provided.

In the first aspect of the present invention, in particular, the elastic elastic member existing in the region corresponding to the both ends of the back side and / or both sides of the belly side of the elastic sheet is finely cut. Therefore, in the process of cutting and sticking the stretchable sheet to the diaper, the tension by the elastic stretchable member does not act at both ends of the stretchable sheet, so that it is possible to prevent wrinkles and turning.

As the present invention according to claim 2, an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the back sheet, and a plurality of strips are provided between the base sheet at the back waistline part and / or the abdomen waistline part. In the method for manufacturing a disposable diaper, in which an elastic sheet of elastic stretch member is disposed in a stretched state and elastic elastic force is applied along the waistline direction,
The elastic sheet includes a continuous base material sheet in which a plurality of elastic elastic members are disposed between the sheets, a first roll in which a plurality of convex portions are arranged in a predetermined region on the surface, and the first roll. In the step of passing an elastic body cutter roll device composed of a second roll opposite to the elastic body, the elastic elastic member present in the corresponding region overlapping the absorber, and the region corresponding to the back side end portion or the abdominal side end portion of the diaper A region corresponding to the back side end portions or the abdominal side end portions of the diaper after being cut finely by at least one of pressurization and heating between the first roll and the second roll. A method for producing a disposable diaper is provided in which the stretchable sheet is cut at the center of the sheet and bonded to a sheet constituting the back waistline region and / or the abdomen waistline region.

The invention according to claim 2 describes a specific method for manufacturing the disposable diaper according to claim 1. In particular, in the step of passing the cutter roll device, the elastic elastic member present in the corresponding region overlapping with the absorber, and the elastic elastic member present in the region corresponding to the back side end portion or the belly side both end portion of the diaper Since at least one of pressurization and heating between the first roll and the second roll is finely cut, only one elastic cutter roll device is required. In addition, by cutting the stretchable sheet at the center of the region corresponding to the back side end portion or the abdominal side both end portions of the diaper, it is possible to efficiently form a non-acting region of elastic force at both end portions of the stretchable sheet member. It becomes possible.

The present invention according to claim 3 comprises a first roll in which a large number of convex portions are arranged in a predetermined region on the surface, and a second roll facing the first roll, and a plurality of elastic elastic members between the sheets. Is a cutter roll device that finely cuts the elastic elastic member by at least one of pressurization and heating between the first roll and the second roll in the process of passing a continuous base material sheet on which is disposed. And
A number of convex portions formed on the surface of the first roll correspond to one or a plurality of convex portion groups for finely cutting the elastic elastic member present in the corresponding region overlapping with the absorber, and the back side end portions of the diaper. There is provided a cutter roll device comprising one or a plurality of convex portion groups for finely cutting an elastic elastic member existing in a region.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the back sheet, and a plurality of base material sheets are provided between the back side waist part and / or the abdomen side waist part. In the disposable diaper in which the elastic elastic member of the strip is bonded in the stretched state so as to give elastic elastic force along the waistline direction, the wrinkles and turning of the end of the elastic sheet are eliminated, It is possible to improve the appearance in the product state and to improve the wearing feeling.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially broken development view of a disposable paper diaper according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a transverse sectional view, and FIG.

[Disposable diaper structure]
In FIG. 1, a disposable diaper 1 is made of cotton-like pulp or the like, has a certain degree of rigidity, for example, an hourglass shape (or rectangular shape), and is surrounded by crepe paper 5, and the absorbent body 4. A liquid-permeable top sheet 3 made of a perforated or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a perforated plastic sheet disposed so as to cover the surface side (use surface side), and disposed on the back side of the absorbent body, The diaper comprises a leak-proof sheet 6 made of polyethylene or the like disposed so as to cover the entire area of the absorbent body 4 and a non-woven fabric provided on the outer surface side (non-skin contact surface side) of the leak-proof sheet 6. The outer back sheet 2 defining the outer shape and the three-dimensional gather BS standing on the front side are formed on both sides of the paper diaper. The both sides of the diaper are supported together with the leak-proof sheet 6 and the back sheet 2. The side nonwoven fabric 7, 7 for composing the Dofurappu unit SF, and is mainly composed of mechanical joining type fastening tapes 10, 10 Metropolitan provided on the diaper dorsal sides. Further, at the abdomen waist portion and the back waist portion of the paper diaper, the outer back sheet 2, the leak-proof sheet 6 and the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 extend together, and an end flap portion EF where the absorbent body 4 does not exist is formed. ing. In order to improve the adhesion to the wearer, a plurality of elastic elastic members 13, 13... Are stretched between the outer back sheet 2 (including the leakproof sheet 6) and the sheet 14 around the waist on the back side of the diaper. The elastic sheet 12 adhered in the above is stuck, and elastic elastic force is given along the waistline direction.

In attaching, as shown in FIG. 3, the front and back bodies of the disposable diaper 1 are respectively applied to the wearer's body, and then the fastening tapes 10 and 10 are brought to the ventral side, A paper diaper is mounted in direct engagement with the surface.

In the following, each configuration will be specifically described in detail.
The absorbent body 4 is made of, for example, fluffy pulp and a water-absorbing polymer. In the illustrated example, the absorbent body 4 has a substantially hourglass shape having constricted portions on both sides in order to reduce the contact with the legs. The water-absorbing polymer is mixed in the pulp constituting the absorber, for example, as granular powder. Examples of the pulp include chemical fibers obtained from wood, cellulose fibers such as dissolved pulp, and artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate. Softwood pulp having a longer fiber length than hardwood pulp functions and It is preferably used in terms of price. When the absorbent body 4 is surrounded by the crepe paper 5 as in the illustrated example, the crepe paper is interposed between the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 and the absorbent body 4 as a result, and the absorbency is excellent. The crepe paper 5 quickly diffuses body fluid and prevents urine and the like from returning.

As the liquid-permeable top sheet 3, a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet is preferably used. Examples of the material fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric include synthetic fibers such as polyethylene or polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton. A nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a lace method, a spun bond method, a thermal bond method, an air through method, a melt blown method, or a needle punch method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in terms of flexibility and the spunbond method is excellent in drapeability, and the thermal bond method and the air-through method are excellent in terms of being bulky and soft.

The leak-proof sheet 6 is made of a sheet material having at least a water shielding property such as an olefin resin sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and is installed in a range covering at least the entire area of the absorber 4 in order to prevent leakage. In recent years, those having moisture permeability are preferably used from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness. This water-impervious / breathable sheet is a microporous sheet obtained by, for example, melt-kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. If the sheet thickness is the same, the rigidity is lower than that of the non-porous sheet, which is superior in terms of flexibility.

As the side nonwoven fabric 7, a water-repellent treated nonwoven fabric or a hydrophilic treated nonwoven fabric can be used from the viewpoint of an important function. For example, if importance is placed on functions such as preventing the penetration of urine, etc., or enhancing the feeling of touch, use a water repellent nonwoven fabric coated with a silicone, paraffin, or alkylchromic chloride water repellent. Is desirable. In addition, if importance is attached to absorbability of body fluids, a method of polymerizing a compound having a hydrophilic group, for example, an oxidation product of polyethylene glycol, in the production process of synthetic fibers, or a metal such as stannic chloride Use a non-woven fabric that has been treated with salt to make the synthetic fiber swelled or porous, such as by partially dissolving the surface to make it porous and depositing metal hydroxide, and applying hydrophilicity by applying capillary action. It is desirable to make it.

The liquid-permeable top sheet 3 protrudes slightly outward from the side edge of the absorber 4 and is joined to the leak-proof sheet 6. The side nonwoven fabric 7 has an outer portion extending to the outer edge rather than the vicinity of the side edge portion of the absorbent body 4 and is joined to the leakage preventing sheet 6 and the outer back sheet 2, and the laminated sheet portion constitutes a side flap SF. Yes.

In the side flap portion SF, a plurality of elastic elastic members 8 and 8 in the illustrated example are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the paper diaper, and a planar gather is formed. The flat gathers hold the paper diaper tightly around the legs when worn, thereby improving fit and preventing the paper diaper from shifting.

On the other hand, a three-dimensional gather BS standing on the surface side is formed by the nonwoven fabric sheet portion on the inner side of the fixed portion of the side nonwoven fabric 7. The three-dimensional gather BS has a standing end near the side edge of the absorbent body 4, and the tip thereof is double-folded along the longitudinal direction of the paper diaper. One elastic elastic member 9 is formed inward of the folded portion. If necessary, a plurality of elastic elastic members are provided, and the three-dimensional gather BS is erected using the elastic force.

As the elastic elastic members 8 and 9, materials such as styrene rubber, olefin rubber, urethane rubber, ester rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, styrene butadiene, silicon, polyester and the like that are usually used can be used. .

The material fibers constituting the side nonwoven fabric 7 can be synthetic fibers such as polyethylene or polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester or polyamide, recycled fibers such as rayon or cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton. In particular, the side that constitutes the side flap portion SF The non-woven fabric 7 is preferably made of a non-woven fabric excellent in air permeability by suppressing the basis weight in order to eliminate the feeling of stickiness and prevent stuffiness.

The mechanical joining type fastening tape 10 has a base of a fastening base material 10A such as plastic, polylaminated nonwoven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, etc. joined to a diaper. A hook element 10B is provided on the protruding piece portion of the fastening substrate 10A and on the surface side (surface on the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 side). The hook element 10B is bonded to the fastening base material 10A with an adhesive so as not to be peeled off. The hook element 10B has a large number of engaging pieces 10b, 10b,. Examples of the shape of the engagement piece 10b include a letter shape, a J shape, a mushroom shape, and a T shape, but any shape may be used. Preferred is a T-shape.
(About the elastic sheet 12)
In the case of the conventional elastic sheet 50, as shown in FIG. 4, wrinkles occur at both ends in the arrangement direction of the elastic elastic member 51 due to the elastic force of the elastic elastic member 51 at both ends (see FIG. A)), turning over (FIG. (B)), the appearance of the product state (designability) was impaired, and the feeling of touch was reduced by the gathering of the sheets. Therefore, in the present invention, in order to prevent the absorber 4 from being contracted, in addition to finely cutting the elastic elastic members 13, 13... The elastic elastic members 13, 13... That are present are finely cut to prevent the elastic expansion / contraction parts 13, 13. To prevent. Note that the cut boundary of the elastic body in the corresponding region overlapping with the absorbent body 4 may not be aligned with the periphery of the absorbent body 4. The elastic elastic members 13, 13... May be cut at a position where they slightly enter the absorber, or may be cut at a position slightly outside the absorber 4.

The details will be described below.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the manufacturing process of the stretchable sheet 12 is such that the base sheet 14 is unwound from the roll, and a plurality of elastic stretchable members 13 are unwound from the roll and adhered to the peripheral surface by the coater 30. The adhesive is applied and adhered to one side region of the sheet 14 under a predetermined tension (see FIG. 7A) to produce a continuous stretchable sheet 12 ′. A one-side region where the elastic member 13 is not bonded is folded back to form a sheet in which a plurality of elastic elastic members 13, 13... Are bonded in an extended state between the base sheets 14, 14 (see FIG. 7B), and thereafter An elastic cutter roll device comprising a first roll 24 in which a large number of convex portions are arranged in a predetermined area on the surface of a continuous base sheet 12 ′, and a second roll 25 facing the first roll 24. In the process of passing 1, it corresponds to the corresponding region overlapping the absorber 4, that is, the elastic elastic members 13, 13... Existing in the central cutting region 16 shown in FIG. Of the elastic stretch members 13, 13... Existing in the both-end cut regions 15, 15 shown in FIG. 7C, and the pressure and heating between the first roll 24 and the second roll 25. Finely cut at least one of the above. In addition, as a method of adhering the plurality of elastic elastic members 13 to the base material sheet 14, there is also a method of applying an adhesive on the base material sheet 14 side and arranging the elastic elastic members 13 on the upper surface thereof. As described above, the method of applying the adhesive to the peripheral surface of the elastic stretchable member 13 makes the elastic stretchable member 13 and the base sheet 14 firmly bonded to each other, so that the elastic stretchable member generated during cutting can be reduced. Desirable in terms. As a result, it is possible to finely cut the elastic stretchable member 13 existing in the region with a surface shape that is exactly aligned with the convex portion cutting region pattern formed on the first roll 24.

Further, when the method of applying the adhesive to the peripheral surface of the elastic elastic member 13 is used in combination with the method of applying the adhesive to the base sheet 14 side, the entire surface of the sheet is firmly bonded with the adhesive and then the rubber thread. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a product having such a strength that the base sheet does not open due to insufficient adhesive force during diaper mounting.

Here, the elastic cutter roll device 21 will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 8, the cutter roll device 21 is a first roll in which a large number of convex portions 26, 26. 24 and a second roll 25 opposite to the first roll 24, and in the process of passing a continuous base sheet 14 in which a plurality of elastic elastic members 13, 13. It is an apparatus for finely cutting the elastic elastic members 13, 13... By at least one of pressurization and heating between the first roll 24 and the second roll 25. A large number of convex portions 26, 26... Formed on the surface of the first roll 24 finely cuts the elastic elastic member 13 existing in the corresponding region (central portion cutting range 16) overlapping the absorber 4. In the illustrated example, one or a plurality of illustrated examples in which two sets of convex portions 27 and 27 and the elastic elastic member 13 existing in the region corresponding to the back side both ends of the diaper (both ends cut range 15) are cut finely. Then, it is composed of two sets of convex portions 28 and 28. The surface of the second roll 25 may be a smooth surface, or the same convex portion may be formed so as to face the convex portions 26 of the first roll 24. Further, at least one of the first roll 24 and the second roll 25 has a heating function.

FIG. 9 schematically shows a state where the elastic member is cut by this method. In the figure, it is assumed that the sheet is traveling toward the right and shows both end cutting ranges 15. 13A of uppermost elastic elastic members are cut | disconnected by the convex part 26a of the 1st roll 24, and are divided | segmented into the two elastic elastic members 13a and 13b. Furthermore, the elastic elastic member 13b is cut by the convex portion 26b of the next strip and divided into elastic elastic members 13b and 13c. Similarly, the elastic elastic member 13A is finely cut by the convex portions 26c, and the elastic elastic member 13 is released from the tensile state in the both-end cutting range 15. Similarly, in the center cutting range 16, the elastic elastic member 13 is finely cut and released from the tension state.

The continuous stretchable sheet 12 ′ is then sent to the 90 ° reversal conveying device 22, where the center of the area corresponding to the back end portions of the diaper (both ends cut range 15) (FIG. 7C). After being turned at 90 ° in the process of being conveyed on the drum, the outer back sheet 2 (leak-proof sheet) sent from another system 6) is affixed to the part corresponding to the back waistline in the process of reversing the rotating drum 23, and sent to the next diaper assembling process.
