Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation structure for an eaves ceiling of a roof such as a lower house.

As an example of the eaves ceiling ventilation structure, the technique described in Patent Document 1 is known. This technology is a back of the eaves, and a plate-like member is arranged at a position facing the ventilation surface where the vents of the eaves ceiling material are arranged, and between the eaves ceiling material and the plate-like member, An air flow path that connects the vent hole of the eaves ceiling material and the attic is formed, and the air flow path is closed by being heated by the air flow path. It is characterized by providing a thermally foamed refractory material that blocks ventilation. According to this, since the thermally foamed refractory material is provided at the end of the plate-like member, the fired refractory material is heated and foamed by the heat of the flame when a fire occurs in a neighboring house, etc. Can be prevented, and the spread of fire from the neighboring house can be surely prevented.

The eaves ceiling member 7 is horizontally supported by a metal receiver 15 provided at the eaves portion of the lower house 2 and a metal receiver 23 fixed to the outer wall body 1. The metal objects 15 and 23 extend in the eaves direction (the direction orthogonal to the paper surface in FIG. 1), and the eaves ceiling materials 7 supported by the metal objects 15 and 23 are joined in the eaves direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, a concave groove 7 a is formed on the end surface of one eave ceiling material 7, and a convex strip 7 b is formed on the end surface of the other eave ceiling material 7. By fitting into the groove 7a, the eaves ceiling materials 7 and 7 are joined together.

According to the present embodiment, the received object 15 is provided in the eaves clearance S between the front end of the eaves ceiling material 7 of the lower house 2 and the eaves part of the lower house 2. Since they are provided apart from each other, the eaves gap S is not occupied by the received object 15. Therefore, sufficient ventilation can be taken from the eaves gap S.
Moreover, since the thermal expansion refractory material 22 is provided in the eaves part of the received object 15 and the lower house 2, the thermal expansion refractory material 22 expands in the event of a fire or the like, and the eaves gap S is closed.
Therefore, it is possible to provide an eaves material ventilation structure that can provide sufficient ventilation and fire resistance.

Moreover, since the communication part 21 which connects the eaves clearance S and the attic space is provided in the received article 15, the ventilation of the attic space can be reliably performed via the communication part 21.
Furthermore, when the front end portion of the eaves ceiling member 7 is engaged with the engagement hardware 17, the front end portion can be reliably supported. Further, since the lower surface and the side surface of the engagement metal piece 17 are covered with the parting metal object 18, the engagement metal part 17 is not exposed, and the parting process of the front end portion of the eaves ceiling material 7 is excellent.
In addition, since the engagement hardware 17 is fixed to the lower surface of the eaves tip portion by the fixing portion 17b, the front end portion of the eaves ceiling material 7 can be reliably supported by the engagement hardware 17. Moreover, since the parting object 18 is fixed to the lower surface of the eaves part by the fixing part 18b, the parting object 18 can be reliably fixed to the lower surface of the eaves part.
Further, the communication portion 21 is configured by the slit 20 formed in the parting portion 18a of the parting metal 18 and the gap S1 provided between the engaging part 17a of the engaging metal 17 and the lower surface of the eaves part. Therefore, the attic space can be reliably ventilated through the communication portion 21.

In the present embodiment, the case where the eaves ceiling ventilation structure according to the present invention is applied to the lower house 2 has been described as an example.
