Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically close a ventilating air duct by installing on a wall surface, a ceiling plate support fitting having ventilating holes on the upper and lower surfaces thereof, inserting the side end edge of a nonflammable ceiling plate in the support fitting and providing a ventilating air duct having a nonflammable volume expansion material enclosed therein between both members. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling plate support fitting 1 is installed and fixed on a fire protecting wall surface 7 through a vis 10, and one side end edge of a nonflammable ceiling plate 5 is inserted in the ceiling plate support fitting 1 so that the ceiling plate 5 is supported by the bent projecting ribs 3, 4 thereof. Subsequently, a ventilating air duct 6 is formed between the ceiling plate 5 and the inner peripheral wall surface of the ceiling plate support fitting 1, and the other side end edge of the ceiling plate 5 is fitted in the recessed area 13 of a tip concealing plate 12 hung down from a roof 11 to assemble an eaves ceiling. In the normal condition, the ventilation for a garret is performed by upper and lower ventilating holes provided on the ceiling plate support fitting 1 and the ventilating air duct 6 provided in the interior thereof. When any fire occurs and the hot air about 150 deg.C or more starts to enter from the ventilating holes 2, a nonflammable volume expansion material 9 is expanded to close the ventilating air duct 6 so that entering of hot air is prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional structure for attaching a ceiling plate to a ceiling through a ceiling plate support, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-255
Japanese Patent No. 442 is known. This technique is a technique in which a ceiling plate supporter having a U-shaped cross section is attached to a wall surface of a building, and an end portion of the ceiling plate is inserted into the ceiling plate supporter to form a ceiling. Further, as a structure in which a ventilation hole is provided on the parting edge of the ceiling, for example, the actual open flat 2-689
No. 23 publication is known. This technique is a technique in which a mesh interposing material is integrally provided on a part of the parting edge that can support the ceiling plate, and thereby the ceiling is ventilated by the parting edge.

However, the ceiling having a structure in which the ceiling board is supported by using the former ceiling board supporter having a U-shaped cross section has a simple structure and good workability. The ceiling of the structure used had the problem that ventilation was difficult. Also, when the ceiling is constructed by using the ceiling parting edge with mesh interposing material in the latter part, it is extremely convenient because ventilation can be done with the parting edge supporting the ceiling plate, but in the event of a fire There was a problem that the ventilation holes could not be closed automatically.

Therefore, when it is necessary to prevent fire in the case of a fire, it is common to attach a ventilation port with a damper that can be automatically closed at the heating temperature in the fire to a part of the ceiling. It was However, this ventilation port with a damper is relatively complicated and expensive, and in order to attach it to the ceiling, it is necessary to cut a part of the ceiling plate and assemble it, or to spend a lot of time on assembling the base of the attachment part. There was a problem that costly.

The other edge of the ceiling plate 5 is fitted into the recess 13 of the nose tip concealing plate 12 suspended from the roof 11 to construct an eave ceiling. Since the ventilation structure for the ceiling according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, in the normal state, as shown in FIG.
As shown in (A), the upper and lower ventilation holes 2 provided in the ceiling plate support fitting 1 and the ventilation air passage 6 provided therein can ventilate the attic.

The non-combustible volume expansion material 9 used in the above embodiment is an expansive graphite-based flameproof and smokeproof sealing material which is generally used as a noncombustible volume expansion material. It has the property of expanding about 10 times at a temperature of 150 ° C to 170 ° C. Examples of the noncombustible volume expansion material include "Intumex" manufactured by Austria Chemie Linz GmbH, JP-B-63-132968 (fireproof composition of the invention), and JP-A-3-235 (invention). Products and technologies shown in the name Fireproof / Fireproof coated mats, etc. are used. Therefore, when the space of the ventilation air passage 6 is about 3 to 4 times that of the non-combustible volume expandable material 9 when the non-combustible volume expandable material 9 expands, it is used for ventilation in a high density state. The air passage 6 can be closed. In addition, this graphite-based material is non-flammable and the heating temperature is 850
It has the property of not burning or melting even at ℃. In the above-mentioned embodiment, the non-combustible volume expansion material 9 is attached to the inner peripheral wall surface of the ceiling board support 1, but the non-combustible volume expansion material 9 is one of the ceiling boards 5 as shown in FIG. It is also possible to embed it in the part and attach it.

Since the ventilation structure for the ceiling according to the present invention has the above-described structure and operation, a ventilation device for fire protection can be easily constructed on the ceiling. Therefore, since it is not necessary to attach the ventilation opening with the fireproof damper as in the conventional case, it is possible to completely omit the work such as cutting the eaves ceiling board and assembling the foundation. Further, since the ceiling ventilation structure of the present invention can continuously provide ventilation openings around the ceiling, it is possible to perform a sufficient amount of ideal ventilation.

Further, since the ceiling ventilation structure according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the ventilation air passage is completely closed in a short time at the same time when a fire occurs and hot air starts to be blown from the ventilation holes. It can be shut off. Moreover, since the ceiling ventilation structure of the present invention is provided as a parting along the wall, it has a feature that the structure can be made extremely excellent in terms of design.
