Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a concealed hinge in which a door frame and a door are connected with a connecting arm so as to be opened and closed. Specifically, the structure of the concealed hinge that can easily form a guide rail for sliding the connecting arm on an adjustment block. Regarding technology.

Conventionally, the description of Patent Document 1 is known as a hidden hinge. According to Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 8, the hidden hinge 40 has two sets of connecting arms 43 that connect the door frame 41 and the door 42 so as to be freely opened and closed, and are attached to a pair of adjustment blocks 47 and 47. The adjustment blocks 47 and 47 are fixed to the accommodating portions 41a and 42a formed in the door frame 41 and the door 42 by a fixing screw 50 via a pair of casings 44 and 45, respectively.

Each of the connecting arms 43 is a link member having the same configuration having a substantially “C” or “<” shape in plan view, which is paired on the left and right sides, and is hinged so as to be able to rotate around the vertical rotation shaft 46 while shifting the position in the vertical direction. Is done.

One end of the connecting arm 43 can be rotated by a pin support portion (not shown), and the other end 48 is slidably moved by a slide shaft (not shown) at the upper and lower end portions thereof in a concave groove rail portion 49 provided in the adjustment block 47. Thus, the door 42 can be opened and closed.

Here, when the depths of the accommodating portions 41a and 42a are limited, it is necessary to substantially shorten the depth length of the concave groove rail portion 49 by tilting the concave groove rail portion 49 in the horizontal plane.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 06-288139

However, if the grooved rail portion 49 is tilted in a horizontal plane, there is a problem that when the adjustment block 47 is formed by die casting, the die cannot be cast because the movable die cannot be pulled out after casting.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a hidden hinge by die casting that can easily form a concave groove rail portion having an inclination in a horizontal plane in an adjustment block. And

According to the first aspect of the present invention, two sets of connecting arms for connecting the door frame and the door so as to be openable and closable are connected to a pair of adjustment blocks so as to be rotatable about a vertical rotation axis, and one end of the connecting arm is pinned. The other end of the support portion is a slide support portion, and each of the adjustment blocks attached as a pair of the pin support portion and the slide support portion of each of the two sets of connecting arms is incorporated into a pair of hinge casings and a door frame. A concealed hinge that is attached to a receiving portion provided on a door, wherein the slide support portion includes a slide shaft provided in the connecting arm and a pair of guides provided in the adjustment block for slidably supporting upper and lower ends of the slide shaft. The guide rail is formed of a rectangular parallelepiped guide body that is separate from the adjustment block, with the grooved rail portion interposed between the guide block and the adjustment block. The groove rail section with mounted perpendicular to the exposed surface of the click is being formed to be inclined in a horizontal plane relative to the longitudinal axis of the guide body.

The invention of claim 2 is the structure of the hidden hinge according to claim 1, wherein a hole is formed in the adjustment block and a U-shaped block inserted into the hole is formed in the guide body. The both sides of the U-shaped block are provided with locking portions that lock with the hole.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the other ends of the two sets of connecting arms that connect the door frame and the door so as to be openable and closable are the slide support portions, and the slide support portions include the slide shaft provided in the connection arms and the slide. It consists of a pair of guide rails provided in the adjustment block to support the upper and lower ends of the shaft in a slidable manner, and this guide rail is formed by sandwiching a groove groove on a rectangular parallelepiped guide body separate from the adjustment block Is done.

For this reason, since the guide body can be mounted perpendicularly to the exposed side surface of the adjustment block, die casting can be easily performed. In addition, since the grooved rail part itself can be formed with a tilt in a horizontal plane by rolling a separate guide body, the required length of the grooved rail part is limited even if the depth of the door frame and the door accommodating part is limited. Can be secured.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, simply by inserting the U-shaped block formed on the guide body into the hole portion of the adjustment block, the locking portions provided on both side surfaces of the U-shaped block are the holes. The guide body can be securely and easily attached to the adjustment block.

<Embodiment of the present invention>
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

<Structure of hidden hinge structure>
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the structure of the hidden hinge 1 in the embodiment of the present invention is a combination of two sets of “C” -shaped cross sections that connect the door frame 2 and the door 3 so as to be freely opened and closed. The arms 4 a and 4 b are connected to the vertical rotation shaft 5 and are accommodated in a pair of adjustment blocks 6 a for the door frame 2 and an adjustment block 6 b for the door 3. Each of the connecting arms 4a and 4b includes a rotation shaft 7 as a pin support portion at one end S and a slide support portion Q at the other end T.

Now, with the door 3 fully opened, the left and right directions are the X axis, the vertical (vertical) direction is the Y axis, and the axes perpendicular to the X and Y axes are the Z axis (front direction) toward the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b. And

The slide support portion Q is a pair of slide shafts 8 that are rotatably attached to the connecting arms 4a and 4b, and a pair of adjustment blocks 6a and 6b that are provided at the upper and lower ends of the slide shaft 8 so as to be slidable. A pair of rotating shafts 7 and slide shafts 8 of the two sets of connecting arms 4a and 4b are attached to each of the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b including the slide rails 13 and 14, respectively. The pair of adjustment blocks 6 a and 6 b are assembled into the pair of hinge casings 1 a and 1 b, respectively, and attached to the housing portions 2 a and 3 a provided on the door frame 2 and the door 3.

Here, the adjustment block 6b of the hinge casing 1b has a structure partially protruding from the bottom. However, the hinge casing 1a and the hinge casing 1b are structures of the same shape in which the bottom 31 is partially opened so that the hinge casings 1a and 1b can be shared. For this reason, it is preferable to block the gap etc. which generate | occur | produces on the back side of the hidden hinge 1 with resin etc. so that the internal surface of accommodating part 2a, 3a cannot be directly seen from the outside.

A claw portion 9 made of a leaf spring for preventing the adjustment block 6a from falling off is provided at the lower end portion of the hinge casing 1a of the door frame 2 in the vertical direction. And the convex-shaped latching | locking part 10 latched with the nail | claw part 9 is provided in the lower end part of the adjustment block 6a of the door frame 2 corresponding to the nail | claw part 9. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) to 2 (a) and 2 (b), each of the two sets of connecting arms 4a and 4b is closed from a state where the door 3 is opened to a state where it is half-opened. 1, one end S is supported by the rotation shaft 7 with the vertical rotation shaft 5 as a center and is rotated while the other end T is slidably supported by the slide rails 13 and 14 on the slide shaft 8.

Further, a more detailed description of the hidden hinge 1 will be described along the assembly procedure.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 3 (b), 4 (a), and 4 (b), an opening 12a that penetrates the adjustment block 6a for the door frame 2 and the adjustment block 6b for the door 3 in the Y-axis direction. 12b, and slide rails 13 and 14 formed separately from the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b are mounted on the upper and lower portions of the openings 12a and 12b, respectively.
The slide rails 13 and 14 have a rectangular parallelepiped shape (width M and height N), and are attached to the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b in the Z-axis direction. The slide rails 13 and 14 are formed with concave groove rail portions 13a and 14a having a rectangular cross section with a width M4 and a depth N1, and the concave groove rail portions 13a and 14a are opened only on one end side of the slide rails 13 and 14, respectively. . The concave groove rail portions 13a and 14a are linear and inclined with respect to the Z axis of the slide rails 13 and 14 so as to face each other at an angle α in the X axis direction. Due to this inclination, the required lengths of the recessed groove rail portions 13a and 14a can be secured even if the depths of the accommodating portions 2a and 3a of the door frame 2 and the door 3 are limited. It can respond also to the frame thickness of 24 mm of a general door frame material.

Concave groove rail portions 13a and 14a are formed at positions surrounded by widths M1 and M3 from both width ends of the slide rails 13 and 14, respectively. Since the slide rails 13 and 14 have an angle α, a relationship of M2> M4 is formed.

Locking portions 15 are formed on the surfaces 13b and 14b of the slide rails 13 and 14 opposite to the grooved rail portions 13a and 14a. The locking portion 15 is U-shaped in cross section and has a triangular prism-shaped projection as a locking portion on both side surfaces 15a (length T, height S, width K between both side surfaces 15a) protruding from the surfaces 13b and 14b. 15b includes a length T1, a protruding width K1 from the side surface 15a, and a height S1 up to the mounting position on the side surface 15a.

ここで、K=K2、T=T2、S1=S2の関係である。   A rectangular hole 16 has a length T2, a width K2, and a thickness S1 of the hole 16 at the upper and lower portions of the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b. Here, the relationship is K = K2, T = T2, and S1 = S2.

For this reason, after the protrusion 15b is inserted into the hole 16 with the gap between the side surfaces 15a being narrowed, the protrusion 15b is locked to the edge of the hole 16 by returning the both side surfaces 15a to the original position. Thereby, the slide rails 13 and 14 are fixed to the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b.

A pair of elongated holes 20 for attaching the adjustment block 6a to the hinge casing 1a so as to be adjustable left and right are provided above and below the adjustment block 6a, and the adjustment block 6b is adjusted in the front direction with respect to the hinge casing 1b above and below the adjustment block 6b. Screw holes 21 are provided for possible attachment. Convex locking portions 10 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the adjustment block 6a.

The hinge casings 1a and 1b, the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b, and the connecting arms 4a and 4b are made of an aluminum die-cast material. The vertical rotation shaft 5 and the slide shaft 8 are made of stainless steel, and the slide rails 13 and 14 are made of resin molding.

M4=M5に形成される。   As shown in FIG. 5, the set of connecting arms 4a includes a shaft hole 7a for inserting the rotating shaft 7 at one end S and a shaft for inserting the slide shaft 8 (outer diameter = M5) at the other end T. A hole 8a and a shaft hole 5a for inserting the vertical rotation shaft 5 at a substantially central portion are provided. M4 = M5.

Then, the connecting arm 4a is housed in the adjustment block 6a as indicated by an arrow, and the slide shaft 8 is inserted into the shaft hole 8a at the other end T. At this time, the arm reinforcing plate 18 of the connecting arm 4a includes a pair of holes 18a, and the upper end of the connecting arm 4a includes a pair of convex portions 18b. Due to the engagement between the hole 18a and the convex portion 18b, the arm reinforcing plate 18 can be prevented from being displaced from the connecting arm 4a. Further, a set screw 19 for fixing the vertical rotating shaft 5 is screwed into the shaft hole 5a.

The purpose of the arm reinforcing plate 18 is that the connecting arm 4a is brittle because of the aluminum die-cast material, and the longitudinal length of the shaft hole 5a, shaft hole 7a, and shaft hole 8a is long, so that the opening and closing operation is being performed due to the load of the door. In addition, a squeaking noise is generated due to contact with each shaft, and the connecting arm 4a may be chipped or broken.

For this reason, the arm reinforcing plate 18 is formed of stainless steel, and the shaft holes formed in the arm reinforcing plate 18 are slightly smaller than the diameters of the shaft hole 5a, the shaft hole 7a, and the shaft hole 8a. Safety can be improved because the load can be directly handled.

The adjustment block 6a is provided with a pair of long holes 20 for attaching the adjustment block 6a to the hinge casing 1a.

Next, the other set of connecting arms 4b will be described in the adjustment block 6b with reference to FIG. 6, but the same components as those shown in FIG. The description that has been made will be omitted. The connecting arm 4a and the connecting arm 4b have the same shape.

As shown in FIG. 6, the connecting arm 4b is inverted upside down from the connecting arm 4a and is stored in the adjustment block 6b as indicated by an arrow. In addition, an arm reinforcing plate 18 is attached to the lower end of the connecting arm 4b. The adjustment block 6b is provided with a pair of screw holes 21 for attaching the adjustment block 6b to the hinge casing 1b.

As shown in FIG. The vertical rotating shaft 5 is inserted into the shaft hole 5a at the substantially central portion of each of the connecting arms 4a and 4b and fixed to the set screw 19 so that the connecting arms 4a and 4b are rotatably connected.

Next, the adjustment block 6 b is fixed in the hinge casing 1 b on the door 3 side, and the hinge casing 1 b is fixed in the accommodating portion 3 a of the door 3 with a fixing tool 30 such as a screw through the hole 26.

The left and right adjustment screws 25 are screwed into the upper and lower screw holes 21 of the adjustment block 6b, and the distal ends of the left and right adjustment screws 25 are rotatably fixed by a hinge casing 1b and a not-shown caulking. For this reason, the position adjustment of the left-right direction of the door 3 can be performed by adjusting the screwing allowance of the upper and lower left-right adjustment screws 25.

Next, the hidden hinge 1 in the state shown in FIG. 7 is brought close to the door frame 2. At this time, the hinge casing 1 a is assembled in advance on the door frame 2 side (not shown). For this reason, the adjustment block 6a is inserted into the hinge casing 1a, and the locking portion 10 of the adjustment block 6a is locked to the claw portion 9 and is easily temporarily fixed. After the temporary attachment, the adjustment block 6a of the door frame 2 is permanently fixed to the hinge casing 1a.

<Operation of the structure of the hidden hinge>
The above-described adjustment block 6a for the door frame 2 and the adjustment block 6b for the door 3 have openings 12a and 12b penetrating in the Y-axis direction, and the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b are formed above and below the openings 12a and 12b. The slide rails 13 and 14 are mounted separately from each other.
For this reason, since the slide rails 13 and 14 can be attached perpendicularly to the exposed side surface of the adjustment block, the movable mold can be reliably pulled out, so that die casting can be easily performed. Further, since the groove groove rail portions 13a and 14a themselves are formed with an inclination α in the horizontal plane across the guide body, the necessary length of the groove groove rail portion can be easily ensured.

After the projection 15b is inserted into the rectangular hole 16 and the gap between the side surfaces 15a is narrowed and inserted into the hole 16, the side surfaces 15a return to their original shape due to elasticity, and the projection 15b is locked to the edge of the hole 16 By doing so, the slide rails 13 and 14 can be easily and reliably fixed to the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described based on drawing, all said Example shows an example of this invention, and it cannot be overemphasized that this invention should not be limited to these.

For example, the slide rails 13 and 14 may be directly attached to the adjustment blocks 6a and 6b with an adhesive or the like without using the locking portion 15. In this case, the hole 16 is not necessary.
