That is, the switching between the locking state and the free state is achieved by switching between the limiting piece 15 and the elastic positioning piece 23 in the positioning hole 211, and the limiting piece 15 can temporarily fix the first hinge body 1 and the second hinge body 2, so that the hinge member provided by the application is in the locking state.
In some examples, referring to fig. 4, the first hinge body 1 includes a first base 11, an adjusting base 12, an adjusting assembly 13, a first hinge 14, a first limiting member 15, and the like; the first base 11 is fixed inside the first member 601 and is used for connecting the first hinge body 1 and the first member 601 together; the first limiting member 15 is located on the first hinge 14. The adjustment base 12 is slidably connected with the first base 11 such that the adjustment base 12 can move in the axial direction of the first member 601.
The adjusting base 12 is provided with an adjusting assembly 13 and a first hinge 14, and the first hinge 14 is in sliding connection with the adjusting assembly 13, so that the first hinge 14 can move in the radial direction of the first member 601; the function of the adjustment assembly 13 is to move the first hinge 14 on the adjustment base 12, which adjustment base 12 can be moved in a vertical direction and the first hinge 14 can be moved in a horizontal direction, provided that the first member 601 is placed vertically.
In some examples, referring to fig. 4, the adjusting base 12 is composed of a sliding sleeve 121 and an adjusting plate 122, the sliding sleeve 121 is slidably connected with the first base 11, and the adjusting plate 122 is fixed on a second end of the sliding sleeve 121; the adjusting component 13 is arranged on the adjusting plate 122, and the first hinge 14 is connected with the adjusting component 13. The sliding sleeve 121 is in sliding connection with the first base 11, and the adjusting plate 122 is used for supplying the adjusting assembly 13 and the first hinge 14.
Further, a second limiting member 123 is added at the first end of the sliding sleeve 121, and the second limiting member 123 and the adjusting plate 122 are respectively located at two sides of the first base 11. The second limiting member 123 is used for limiting the moving distance of the sliding sleeve 121, so that the sliding sleeve 121 and the first member 601 are always connected.

In some examples, referring to fig. 4 and 7, the adjustment assembly 13 includes an adjustment screw 131 and an adjustment nut 132, the adjustment screw 131 being mounted on the adjustment base 12, the adjustment nut 132 being mounted on the adjustment screw 131 and being connected to the first hinge 14.
When the adjusting screw 131 rotates, the adjusting screw 132 can drive the first hinge 14 to move.
In other examples, the adjustment assembly 13 may be a first guide 124, the first guide 124 moving the first hinge 14 relative to the adjustment base 12. The first guide 124 may be a rail, a light bar.
Of course, when the adjusting screw 131 and the adjusting nut 132 are used, a lever or a rail may be used in combination to achieve better support for the first hinge 14, as shown in fig. 7.
In some examples, referring to fig. 5, the second hinge body 2 includes a second base 21, a second hinge 22, and an elastic positioning member 23; the second base 21 is fixed inside the second member 602, and the second hinge 22 is hinged to the first hinge 14 and slidably connected to the second base 21. The second hinge 22 being hinged to the first hinge 14 means that the first hinge body 1 and the second hinge body 2 can swing, that is, the first member 601 and the second member 602 of the foldable beam are folded by the swing of the first hinge body 1 and the second hinge body 2; the second hinge 22 is slidably connected with the second base 21, so as to increase the distance between the joint of the first member 601 and the second member 602 when the first member 601 and the second member 602 swing, so that the first member 601 and the second member 602 have a larger swing range, and folding is realized.
The elastic positioning piece 23 is used for extending into the positioning hole 211 after the first limiting piece 15 is separated from the positioning hole 211, so that the second hinge 22 and the second base 21 are temporarily fixed together, and the second hinge 22 and the second base 21 are prevented from sliding relatively.
It should be appreciated that when the first limiting member 15 is out of contact with the positioning hole 211 on the second hinge 22, the second hinge 22 and the second base 21 are in a free state, and there is a certain risk in this free state, so that the elastic positioning member 23 needs to be used for fixing.
In some examples, referring to fig. 8, the elastic positioning member 23 includes a positioning channel 231, a gear pin 232, and a spring 233, where the positioning channel 231 is located on the second base 21, the gear pin 232 is placed in the positioning channel 231, and two ends of the spring 233 are respectively abutted against the inner walls of the gear pin 232 and the positioning channel 231.
When the gear pin 232 is not subjected to external force, the spring 233 pushes one end of the gear pin 232 to extend out of the positioning channel 231 and insert into the positioning hole 211; when the shift pin 232 receives an external force, the shift pin 232 is retracted into the positioning channel 231.
In some possible implementations, the positioning channel 231 may be a blind hole formed in the second base 21.
In other possible implementations, the positioning channel 231 may be a nipple mounted on the second base 21.
In some examples, the sliding connection of the second base 21 and the second hinge 22 may use a second guide 24, and the second guide 24 may be a rail or a lever, and by providing the second guide 24 on the second base 21, the second hinge 22 may slide on the second guide 24.

The adjusting screw 131 is rotated, so that the adjusting screw 132 drives the first hinge 14 to move in the direction of hinging the first hinge 14 and the second hinge 22 in the horizontal direction, and meanwhile, because the second hinge 22 is slidably connected with the second base 21, the movement of the first hinge 14 in the horizontal direction also drives the second hinge to move in the horizontal direction at the same time, so that both the hinged ends of the first hinge 14 and the second hinge 22 move to the edge of the folding beam, and the hinge rotating shafts of the first hinge 14 and the second hinge 22 are located outside the edge of the folding beam (fig. 11).
The second member 602 is rotated, under the limiting action of the second limiting part 123, the first hinge 14 and the second hinge 22 are opened, so that the first limiting part 15 on the first hinge 14 is separated from the positioning hole 211 on the second hinge 22, and meanwhile, the elastic positioning part 23 stretches into the positioning hole 211 to fix the second hinge 22 and the second base 21. At this time, the first hinge body 1 and the second hinge body 2 are turned from the locked state to the free state, and the second member 602 is further folded to be side by side with the first member 601 (fig. 12 to 14), that is, folding of the folding beam is achieved.
