Description

The present invention continuously conveys a carrier tape and a material to be conveyed used for conveying parts whose predetermined supply timing is determined, such as an assembly processing apparatus (transfer machine), a plating apparatus, a coating apparatus, and a press process. The present invention relates to a processing method of a transported object that is processed while being processed.

Conventionally, as a carrier tape, the techniques of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 can be cited.
In the technique of Patent Document 1, storage portions for storing components are formed at equal intervals in the length direction of the tape body, and the depth of the storage portion is made shallower than the height of the components. Is a depth at which approximately 50% or more of the height of the component can be accommodated. The component whose upper part protrudes from the accommodating portion is covered with a cover tape, and is sandwiched and accommodated between the tape body and the cover tape.
In the carrier tape in which the storage portions for storing the components in the longitudinal direction of the tape main body are formed at equal intervals, the depth of the storage portion is made shallower than the height of the components, so that the component whose upper portion protrudes from the storage portion is The parts are covered with the cover tape, and the parts are sandwiched and stored between the tape body and the cover tape, and the parts are prevented from moving in the storage part due to vibration or shaking during transportation, and a stable mounting state is maintained. Further, it is possible to eliminate the case where the electrode portion of the component is damaged due to rubbing with the bottom portion of the storage portion or the like and the component cannot be mounted.
In Patent Document 2, an object to be plated is put in each storage recess of a carrier tape in which a large number of storage recesses are formed at intervals, and the carrier tape is passed through the plating tank while feeding the carrier tape. A method is disclosed in which a metal plating layer is formed on the surface of an object, thereby enabling efficient plating without deformation or the like of small parts.
JP 2005-178786 A JP-A-2005-23398

The conventional carrier tape of Patent Document 1 is such that the object to be conveyed is sandwiched and stored between the tape body and the cover tape, the number of parts of the carrier tape is large, the handling is troublesome, and the productivity is good. There wasn't.
Further, the carrier tape of Patent Document 1 is stored in a state in which electronic components and the like are surrounded by the wall of the storage recess, and the electronic components and the like are stored in the storage recess after being plated. It has been impossible to perform plating or the like with electronic parts or the like housed in a carrier tape.
On the other hand, Patent Document 2 provides a method of performing plating in a state where electronic components and the like are housed in a carrier tape. However, since the object to be plated is movable in the housing recess, the carrier tape disclosed in Patent Document 2 has been difficult to accurately cope with the accuracy of the transport distance and the setting of the plating area.

Accordingly, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional problems, and with the object to be conveyed attached, the carrier movement pitch of the object to be conveyed is accurate and can be cleaned, plated, assembled, etc. as necessary. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for processing a tape and an object to be conveyed.

The carrier tape according to claim 1 is a tape body made of a strip-shaped resin tape, and a projecting portion to be transported to be repeatedly positioned with respect to the tape body at a predetermined pitch. An attachment portion capable of locking the transported object at a positioning position of the transported object by the convex portion provided on the tape body and releasing the locked state by an external force, and the transported object is the tape body And an opening provided in the tape main body that partially exposes the object to be conveyed when in the locked state.
Here, the tape body made of the strip-shaped resin tape is made of a material that is rich in workability, and may be a resin material that does not easily expand and contract at a temperature and tension in a specific use range. Moreover, the convex part which positions the said to-be-conveyed object in the said tape main body should just have a predetermined volume and can maintain the shape of the grade which does not deform | transform easily from the said tape main body. And the attachment part which locks the said to-be-conveyed object may be formed by cutting and raising from a tape main body, forming a protrusion, and fixing by elasticity. Further, the opening hole that can partially expose the object to be conveyed is set corresponding to the object to be conveyed, and even a single opening hole having a large area has a small diameter. May be provided with a large number of openings. In other words, any opening may be used depending on the usage such as cleaning, plating, assembly, welding, and press working.

The carrier tape according to claim 2, when the tape main body is wound around a reel, due to an influence of a force for winding the conveyed object around the reel, the carrier tape in the attachment portion is pressed more than necessary, The convex part is set to a height dimension and shape that do not release the attachment of the conveyed product.
Here, the setting of the convex portion needs to be set high enough to prevent the mounting portion from pressing or releasing the object to be transported or to have a predetermined shape, and as a result, the convex portion However, a distance (height) structure having a mechanical strength that does not press or unintentionally release the object to be conveyed due to the influence of the force wound around the reel is required.

The said convex part which positions the said to-be-conveyed object of the carrier tape of Claim 3 is divided | segmented into plurality. Here, what the said convex part was divided | segmented into plurality may be divided into several in the width direction of the said tape main body, or may be divided into multiple in the length direction of the said tape main body. Okay, both.

The attachment part which locks the said to-be-conveyed object of the carrier tape of Claim 4 is used as the latching | locking part of the edge part of the said standing piece formed in the both sides of the said opening hole. Here, what is formed in the edge part of the said standing piece formed in the both sides of the said opening hole of the said latching | locking part is a part which forms the said opening hole, and the said standing piece and the said latching | locking part are It can be configured as formed or formed by cutting and raising from the vicinity of the opening hole. Note that the ratio between the rising piece and the locking portion is determined by the object to be transported and the pressing force thereof.

The mounting portion of the carrier tape according to claim 5 is configured so that a state in which the object to be conveyed is locked by the locking portion is determined by a jig that releases a relative distance of the locking portion formed at an end of the rising piece. It is a thing to cancel.
Here, the jig for separating the relative distance of the locking portion of the opening hole can be a robot hand, and can be a rotation or push-out of a specific metal fitting. In other words, the jig for releasing the locked state of the object to be transported is not particularly limited as long as it disengages the relative distance of the locking portion of the opening hole, and the shape thereof is not limited. Or it can be moved on the jig side.

The attachment portion that locks the object to be conveyed of the carrier tape according to claim 6 is an elastic part on a side portion of the convex portion that positions the object to be conveyed. Here, the position of the elastic part on the side of the convex part is determined by the thickness of the object to be conveyed, but the elastic part of the material of the tape body and the curved position of the convex part determine the position of the convex part. Since the elasticity of the side portion is determined, the elastic portion is determined by the elasticity and the thickness of the conveyed object.

The carrier tape according to claim 7, when immersed in a plating solution in a state where the tape body is wound around a reel, improves the liquid around the transported object, and from the tape body and the transported object. It has a structure with improved liquid drainage. Here, when immersed in the plating solution, the structure around the transported object that improves the liquid around the transported object and the liquid drainage from the transported object is improved. The structure which can be discharged | emitted, without plating solution accumulating in a contact part with a part and a convex part is meant. Therefore, a structure in which irregularities, wrinkles, small holes, and filaments are formed on the surface of the tape main body can also be used.

The processing method of the to-be-conveyed object of Claim 8 positions the to-be-conveyed object which is going to convey to the tape main body which consists of a strip-shaped resin tape at a predetermined pitch, and is in the positioning position of the said to-be-conveyed object of the said tape main body. The object to be conveyed is restrained from moving in the surface direction of the tape main body, and is also restrained from moving in the perpendicular direction to be conveyed to a press machine, and the object to be conveyed by the tape body in the press machine. Is stopped, press working is performed with the transported object attached to the tape body, and transported to the next step.
Here, the tape body in which the object to be transported is positioned at a predetermined pitch means that the object to be transported is attached at a pitch according to the processing, and the restriction of movement from the tape body is performed when pressing. It means a locked state that does not easily disengage due to processing vibration and deformation sites.

The said to-be-conveyed object attached to the said tape main body of the processing method of the to-be-conveyed object of Claim 9 is set as the structure which exposes the said press work part from the said tape main body, and is restrained except the press-working part of the said to-be-conveyed object Is to be locked.
Here, the structure in which the pressed portion is exposed from the tape body does not ask the size of the exposed area, but means that the processed portion is exposed so as not to interfere with the pressing.

The carrier tape according to the first aspect of the present invention transports a transported object to be transported at a predetermined pitch with respect to the tape main body by a convex portion and a mounting portion of the tape main body. An object is brought into a locked state, and the locked state is released by an external force, and when the conveyed object is in a locked state, the conveyed object is partially exposed from an opening hole provided in the tape body. It is.
Therefore, the object to be transported is positioned by the convex portion provided on the carrier tape, and is locked to the carrier tape, and while the object to be transported is attached to the carrier tape in this state, the object to be transported is washed, It is possible to plate or to assemble other parts to the transported object, and to process the transported object continuously with the transported object attached to the carrier tape. It is possible to save the processing steps and perform efficient work.

The carrier tape of the invention of claim 2 has a height dimension and a shape such that when the tape main body is wound around a reel, the attachment portion does not release the locked state with the object to be conveyed due to the influence of the winding force. Since the convex portion is set, in addition to the effect of claim 1, even when the tape main body is wound around a small-diameter reel and bent, the object to be conveyed is securely locked by the mounting portion. Dropping from the tape body can be prevented.

In the carrier tape of the invention of claim 3, since the convex part for positioning the object to be conveyed is divided into a plurality of parts, in addition to the effect of claim 1 or claim 2, The object to be transported is positioned, the exposed surface of the surface of the object to be transported is increased, and the object to be transported is also exposed at the opening hole portion of the tape body, and the periphery of the object to be transported is Since the circulation efficiency of the fluid surrounding the substrate is improved, the object to be transported can be immersed in a plating tank while being attached to the tape body, and plating can be performed, while the object to be transported is attached to the tape body. These parts can be welded to the conveyed object.

The mounting portion that locks the object to be transported of the carrier tape according to claim 4 is formed by forming the locking portions at the end portions of the rising pieces formed on both sides of the opening hole. Therefore, in addition to the effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the object to be conveyed can be locked to the tape body by the locking portions provided on both sides of the opening hole. Since the object to be conveyed can be held with the surface exposed at the locking portion, the object to be conveyed is exposed at the opening hole portion of the tape body, and the object to be conveyed is attached to the carrier tape while remaining in the plating tank. It is possible to carry out the plating by immersing the substrate in the substrate and to weld other parts to the object to be conveyed while the object to be conveyed is attached to the carrier tape.

The carrier tape according to a fifth aspect of the present invention releases the locked state of the object to be conveyed by the locking portion by a jig that separates the relative distance of the locking portion formed at the end of the rising piece. Therefore, in addition to the effect of claim 4, when the object to be conveyed is attached to the carrier tape, the object to be conveyed can be attached without using a jig, and the locking portion is Since the object to be transported can be released by releasing with a jig, it is easy to attach or remove the object to / from the carrier tape, and the mounting stability and reliability are improved.

Since the attachment part which makes the said to-be-conveyed object of the carrier tape of the invention of Claim 6 latched is an elastic part of the side part of the said convex part which positions the said to-be-conveyed object, Claim 1 In addition to the effect according to any one of claims 3 to 3, since the object to be conveyed is attached by elasticity of a side portion of the convex portion, the object to be conveyed is attached with a simple structure. Therefore, the installation and removal work can be simplified.

The carrier tape of the invention of claim 7 improves the liquid periphery around the object to be transported when immersed in a plating solution with the tape body wound on a reel, and the tape body and the object to be transported. In addition to the effect described in any one of claims 1 to 6, in addition to the effect described in any one of claims 1 to 6, when plating is performed in a plating tank, and the plating liquid is removed from the plating tank. When the liquid is drained, it is possible to immerse the entire transported object in the plating solution at substantially the same time, or to drain it, so that a uniform plating layer can be formed on the transported object. Needless to say, the carrier tape can be continuously passed through the cleaning tank to clean the object to be conveyed.

In the method for processing an object to be conveyed according to the invention of claim 8, the object to be conveyed is positioned at a predetermined pitch to be conveyed to a belt-shaped resin tape main body, and the object to be conveyed is positioned at the positioning position. Constrain the movement in the surface direction of the tape body and the movement in the direction perpendicular to the tape body, transport it to the press machine, stop the transportation, perform the pressing process with the transported object attached to the tape body, and Since it is transported to the process, the parts to be pressed can be transported to the press position with accurate timing, so that press processing with high processing accuracy is possible. Further, since the conveyance timing can be made uniform, an operation without waste in the movement distance (stroke) of the press die can be performed. And unmanned processing can be performed.
Therefore, it is possible to continuously process the object to be transported while the object to be transported is attached to the tape main body, and it is possible to save labor in the processing process of the object to be transported and to perform efficient work.

In the processing method of the conveyed product of invention of Claim 9, the said conveyed product attached to the said tape main body is set as the structure which exposes the said press work part from the said tape main body, and except the press processed part of the said conveyed product. In addition to the effect of the eighth aspect, in addition to the effect of claim 8, the structure in which the pressed portion is exposed from the tape main body has the tape main body interposed between molds as an elastic body. Since pressing can be performed without pressing, pressing can be performed with high accuracy and with no wasteful pressure.

It is a perspective view from the back side shown expanding. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the main part of the front side of the carrier tape according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention attached to the carrier tape, and FIG. 9 shows the object to be conveyed on the carrier tape according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. It is a principal part perspective view of the back side of the attached state.

In FIG. 1, the carrier tape of the first embodiment is formed of a strip-shaped resin tape, which is sequentially fed by the rotation of a plurality of feed sprockets 2 arranged at a predetermined interval, and is fed to a take-up reel 3. It is to be wound up. Further, the take-up reel 3 side can be rotated without rotating the sprocket 2 and the take-up reel 3 can be directly taken up. A plurality of articles 4 can be attached to the carrier tape at predetermined intervals.

In the present embodiment, the transported object 4 is a crimp-type electric wire terminal as shown in the perspective views of FIGS. 2 and 3 has a connection part 42 formed continuously from the tip of a terminal part 41 formed in a plate shape, and the connection part 42 is provided at both ends of the bottom part 42a in the front-rear direction. A plurality of caulking pieces 42b are erected upward, and an end portion of the electric wire is placed on the bottom 42a of the connecting portion 42 as shown in FIG. 3, and the plural caulking pieces 42b are caulked. The electric wire 50 can be crimped to the connecting portion 42 by pressing the end portion toward the bottom portion 42a.

As shown in FIG. 4, the carrier tape of the present embodiment is continuous at a predetermined pitch at predetermined intervals in the length direction on one end side in the width direction of the tape body 1 made of synthetic resin constituting the whole. A feed hole 5 is formed, and the teeth of the feed sprocket 2 described above are fitted into the feed hole 5, and the carrier tape is sequentially fed at a predetermined timing in the length direction by the rotation of the feed sprocket 2. Presents.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the transported object 4 formed on the tape main body 1 is protruded to the front surface side, and a plurality of convex portions are formed on the feed hole 5 side of the width of the tape main body 1. 12 is integrally formed. The convex portion 12 is formed with a positioning portion 12a cut out in a U-shape inside. On the bottom side of the positioning portion 12 a of the convex portion 12, a placement surface 8 b that receives a part of the transported object 4 is formed. An opening hole 9 penetrating the front and back of the tape main body 1 is formed on the center side of the mounting surface 8b, and on the opposite side of the opening hole 9 from the feed hole 5, a rising piece is directed upward. 10a and 10b are integrally formed from the tape body 1, and the locking portions 11a and 11b are integrally formed to be inclined from the upper ends of the rising pieces 10a and 10b to the opening hole 9 side. .

On the opposite side of the opening hole 9 from the feed hole 5, convex parts 6 and 7 that are divided into two and are raised upward are formed integrally with the tape body 1. Between the convex part 6 and the convex part 7 which are divided into two and swelled upward, a placement surface 8a on which the article 4 can be placed is formed. That is, the convex portion 6 and the convex portion 7 are formed on the opposite side of the mounting surface 8b, and the mounting surface 8a is the open edge 1a of the tape body 1, and the convex portion 6 and the convex portion 7 are opposed to each other. The wall surfaces to be operated, that is, the facing inner rising surfaces are the positioning wall surfaces 6a and 7a. By restricting the movement of the object 4 in the surface direction of the tape body 1 by the wall surfaces 6a and 7a, the object 4 can be attached as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the rising heights of the convex portions 6, 7, and 12 are set to be higher than the vertical height of the rising pieces 10a and 10b.

That is, the terminal portion 41 of the object to be conveyed 4 is disposed on the opening hole 9, the lower ends of the locking portions 11a and 11b are located on the upper surface side of the terminal portion 41, and the object to be conveyed 4 is locked, and at the same time the terminal portion The leading end of 41 is positioned by the positioning portion 12a of the convex portion 12, and the connecting portion 42 of the conveyed object 4 is well positioned between the positioning wall surface 6a of the convex portion 6 and the convex portion 7 and the positioning wall surface 7a. In the mounted state of the transported object 4, the connecting portion 42 side of the transported object 4 is arranged outside the open edge 1 a of the tape body 1. The positioning wall surface 6a and the positioning wall surface 7a can be in a predetermined elastic contact state with the object 4 to be conveyed. The elastic contact between the positioning wall surface 6a, the positioning wall surface 7a, and the conveyed object 4 has a large elastic force when accurately positioned, and weakly sets the elastic force when held slightly deformed. And can maintain a stable mounting state.

The difference between the convex portion 12 and the convex portion 6 and the convex portion 7 in the present embodiment is that there is a placement surface 8 a and a placement surface 8 b between the convex portion 6 and the convex portion 7, and the tape body 1. Whether the perpendicular direction is open or not, and when the perpendicular direction is open, when washing and / or plating treatment is performed by dipping in a washing tank or a plating tank, Improves cleaning solution and plating solution. That is, if the convex part 12, the convex part 6, and the convex part 7 are divided | segmented into plurality, the cutting | disconnection of a washing | cleaning liquid and a plating solution can be improved according to the divided | segmented position.

To attach and remove the article 4 to / from the carrier tape 1, it can be performed as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
First, a part of the object to be conveyed 4 is brought into contact with the placement surface 8b of the positioning part 12a of the convex part 12 of the tape main body 1, and the object to be conveyed 4 is gradually placed on the positioning wall 6a of the convex part 6 and the convex part 7. , 7a to move the mounting position. Immediately before coming into contact with the positioning wall surfaces 6a and 7a, both sides of the conveyed object 4 come into contact with the locking portions 11a and 11b arranged on both sides of the opening hole 9. At this time, both sides of the terminal portion 41 of the conveyed object 4 are moved and attached in a direction in which the locking portions 11a and 11b and the rising pieces 10a and 10b are expanded. When the object to be conveyed 4 is inserted while being moved to the positioning wall surfaces 6a and 7a of the convex portions 6 and 7, the object to be conveyed 4 is moved in the plane direction of the tape body 1 by the convex portions 6, 7, and 12. In addition, both sides of the terminal portion 41 of the conveyed object 4 are pressed by the end portions of the locking portions 11a and 11b, and the surface of the tape body 1 cannot move in the vertical direction.
That is, the conveyed object 4 is dropped below the end portions of the locking portions 11a and 11b, and as a result, the terminal portion 41 and the end portions of the locking portions 11a and 11b are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval or at predetermined intervals. The end portions of the locking portions 11a and 11b can be positioned by elastic contact with no gap.

As described above, the tape main body 1 made of the strip-shaped resin tape has the object 4 to be conveyed positioned by the convex portion 6 and the convex portion 7 and the convex portion 12 provided on the tape main body 1, and the locking portion. 11a and 11b are locked to the tape body 1, and in this state, the transported object 4 is washed or plated while the transported object 4 is attached to the tape body 1, and the transported object 4 Parts can be attached, the transported object 4 can be continuously processed with the transported object 4 attached to the carrier tape, and the processing process of the transported object 4 can be labor-saving to improve efficiency. Work well.

When attaching the to-be-conveyed object 4 to the carrier tape of this Embodiment 1, it can also carry out using a jig | tool.
FIG. 10 is an operation explanatory diagram for attaching the object to be conveyed, and FIG. 11 is another operation explanatory diagram for attaching the object to be conveyed to the carrier tape according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The jig 60 shown in FIG. 10 protrudes upward and is integrally formed with pressing members 61a and 61b. When the jig 60 is pushed into the opening 9 of the tape body 1 from below, the pressing members 61a and 61b are formed. The raised pieces 10a and 10b are raised to the outside of the opening hole 9 and the interval between the locking portions 11a and 11b is widened. In this state, the conveyed object 4 is dropped onto the opening hole 9 from above. Thus, the object to be conveyed 4 can be attached, and when the jig 60 is extracted downward, the upright pieces 10a and 10b are inclined toward the opening hole 9 side, and the objects to be conveyed 4 by the locking portions 11a and llb. Is locked to the tape body 1.

In addition, the jig 60 including the robot arm shown in FIG. 11 is integrally formed with pressing portions 62 a and 62 b that project downward and press, and gripping portions 63 a and 63 b that hook the object to be conveyed 4. When the pressing portions 62a and 62b of the jig 60 are pushed into the opening hole 9 of the tape body 1 from above, the pressing members 62a and 62b are pressed by the pressing members 62a and 62b, so that the locking portions 11a and 11b are pressed to the outside of the opening hole 9. The interval between the stop portions 11a and 11b is widened. In this state, the object to be conveyed 4 can be dropped onto the opening hole 9 from above and attached to the tape body 1.
Further, when the pressing portions 62 a and 62 b of the jig 60 are pushed into the opening hole 9 of the tape body 1 from above, the pressing members 62 a and 62 b are pressed and the locking portions 11 a and 11 b are pressed outside the opening hole 9. The interval between the locking portions 11a and 11b is widened. In this state, when the gripping parts 63a and 63b that hook the transported object 4 grip the transported object 4 and pull out the jig 60 upward, the transported object 4 is not affected by the locking parts 11a and 11b. Can be taken out by the gripping portions 63a and 63b.

The transported object 4 of the present embodiment is attached at a predetermined interval in the length direction of the carrier tape, that is, the feeding direction, and the transported object 4 is washed in the cleaning process in the attached state, and then plated in the plating process. After that, the electric wire 50 can be assembled as shown in FIG. 3 in the assembly process. Moreover, the to-be-conveyed object 4 can be removed from a carrier tape as a finished product in the state which assembled | attached the electric wire 50 like FIG. Thus, the to-be-conveyed object 4 of this Embodiment can perform a washing | cleaning, plating, and an assembly | attachment process continuously in the state attached to the carrier tape.

The washing step and the plating step can be performed while feeding the carrier tape in the length direction one by one. Further, the washing step and the plating step can be carried in the washing tank or the plating tank as it is wound on the take-up reel 3 shown in FIG. Cleaning and / or plating can be performed, and a large amount of plating can be performed in a state where a large number of articles 4 are attached to the carrier tape.

Further, in the assembling step, as shown in FIG. 3, the caulking step for assembling the electric wire 50 to the connecting portion 42 can be successively performed while feeding the carrier tape. Furthermore, while feeding the carrier tape, a nut or the like can be attached to the transported object 4 by spot welding, and this can be performed continuously with the transported object 4 still attached to the carrier tape.

In this way, a large number of the objects to be conveyed 4 are attached at predetermined intervals in the carrier tape feeding direction, and in the attached state of the objects to be conveyed 4, the connecting portions 42 of the objects to be conveyed 4 are arranged outside the carrier tape. Further, since the opening 9 is exposed not only on the front side but also on the back side of the terminal portion 41 of the object 4 to be conveyed, it is immersed in the washing tank or the plating tank in such a state. Then, the connecting part 42 and the terminal part 41 can be washed or plated well, and if the opening holes 9 and the like penetrating vertically are opened on the carrier tape mounting surfaces 8a and 8b, the object 4 to be conveyed. Can be satisfactorily plated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the caulking pieces 42b and 42b can be caulked by fitting the electric wire 50 into the connecting portion 42 with the transported object 4 still attached to the carrier tape. If the heights of the convex portions 6, 7 and 12 of the carrier tape are set high to some extent, the carrier tape can be wound well on the take-up reel 3 as shown in FIG. It can be taken out, and can be immersed in a plating tank or the like as it is wound on the take-up reel 3 to perform a large amount of plating treatment at the same time. Of course, the same applies to cleaning.

A plurality of opening holes 9 may also be formed so as to penetrate vertically on the carrier tape mounting surfaces 8a and 8b. If the opening holes 9 are formed in the mounting surfaces 8a and 8b in this way, the exposed area of the object to be conveyed 4 becomes larger, and the object to be conveyed 4 is attached to the carrier tape and passed through the cleaning tank. Thus, the cleaning liquid can be permeated into the outer periphery of the transported object 4 to clean the transported object 4 well, and the carrier tape is fed into the plating tank so that the transported object 4 held by the carrier tape is The plating solution can be permeated into the outer periphery, and the object to be conveyed 4 can be plated well and continuously.

That is, when the tape body 1 of the carrier tape is wound around the reel 3 and dipped in the plating solution, the liquid around the transported object 4 is improved and the liquid from the tape body 1 and the transported object 4 is improved. Since it is cut well, when plating in the plating tank and when removing the plating liquid from the plating tank, the plating liquid is immersed in the entire transported object 4 almost simultaneously. Can be cut. Needless to say, the carrier tape can be continuously passed through the cleaning tank to clean the object to be conveyed.

The plating process of the present embodiment may be a doubly-dipped plating apparatus, but an electrode is arranged along the supply direction of a power supply (not shown), that is, the feeding direction of the carrier tape, and the carrier tape is placed on this electrode. If it arrange | positions so that the end surface of the crimping | crimping piece 42b of the to-be-conveyed object 4 which protrudes to the width direction outer side may contact, the crimping | crimping piece 42b will contact an electrode and it can energize the to-be-conveyed object 4 favorably. Or if it arrange | positions so that any position of the to-be-conveyed object 4 may be contacted, it can energize the to-be-conveyed object 4 from an electrode. As a result, the electroplating can be satisfactorily applied to the object to be conveyed 4, and the object to be conveyed 4 is continuously passed through the washing tank and the plating tank while being attached to the carrier tape, so that the cleaning and plating are good. Can be done.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the left and right upright pieces 10a and 10b of the above embodiment are formed in a slanted long dimension, so that the interval between the respective locking portions 11a and 11b on the front and rear sides is provided. Can be set narrow, so that even if the transported object 4 is small, the pair of locking portions 11a and 11b can reliably prevent the dropout. In particular, when the carrier tape is wound around the reel 3 with a small diameter, the carrier tape is considerably bent and the transported object 4 is easily dropped. However, if the rising pieces 10a and 10b are set long, the reel 3 Even when the carrier tape is bent and wound, it is possible to reliably prevent the transported object 4 from falling off.

That is, the state when the carrier tape is wound around the reel 3 is as shown in FIG. 12 (the reel 3 is not shown).
FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of a main part wound with the transported object attached to the carrier tape according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 12, when the tape body 1 is wound around the reel 3, a pressing force is applied to the lower layer side by the winding pressure. As described above, the height of the convex portions 6, 7, and 12 is the rising pieces 10a and 10b. Since the winding pressure is applied to the convex portions 6, 7, and 12 and no pressing force is applied to the engaging portions 11a and 11b, the winding is applied to the reel 3. However, the transported object 4 is not pressed by the locking portions 11a and 11b, and even if the tape body 1 is wound around the reel 3 with the transported object 4 attached, the lateral movement and vertical movement of the transported object 4 to some extent are performed. Since the movement is maintained in an allowed state, even if the tape body 1 is wound around the reel 3 and placed in the cleaning tank or the plating tank, the cleaning liquid or the plating liquid around the transported object 4 is excellent. Infiltrated and conveyed object It becomes capable of satisfactorily plating the entire circumference of the.

Thus, when the tape body 1 is wound around the reel 3 and immersed in the plating solution, the liquid around the transported object 4 is improved, and the liquid from the tape body 1 and the transported object 4 runs out. With the improved structure, when plating in a plating tank and when removing the plating solution from the plating tank, the plating solution can be immersed in the entire transported object 4 almost simultaneously. can do. Of course, the transported object 4 can be cleaned well by continuously passing the carrier tape through the cleaning tank.
[Embodiment 2]

FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the main part on the front side in a state in which the object to be conveyed is attached to the carrier tape according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
The carrier tape of the present embodiment has zigzag end portions 11A and 11B at the open end portions of the locking portions 11a and 11b that are bent from the left and right rising pieces 10a and 10b of the above embodiment. Forming. The zigzag end portion 11A and end portion 11B can equalize the pressure for elastic contact with the object to be conveyed 4 to a predetermined value, reduce the area in contact with the object to be conveyed 4, and Due to the pressure change during movement, the zigzag end portion 11A and end portion 11B can partially change the contact pressure along with the conveyance so that the plating solution and the cleaning solution can be circulated and drained.
[Embodiment 3]

FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the main part on the front side in a state in which the object to be conveyed is attached to the carrier tape according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
The carrier tape according to the present embodiment has arc-shaped end portions 11C and 11D at the open ends of the locking portions 11a and 11b that are bent from the left and right upright pieces 10a and 10b of the above embodiment. Forming. The arc-shaped end portion 11C and the end portion 11D can equalize the pressure for elastic contact with the object to be conveyed 4 to a predetermined value, reduce the area in contact with the object to be conveyed 4, and Due to the pressure change during the movement, the arc-shaped end portion 11C and the end portion 11D can partially change the contact pressure along with the conveyance, and the plating solution and the cleaning solution can be circulated and drained.

Further, the positioning portion 12a cut out in a U-shape inside the convex portion 12 of the tape body 1 is formed with a locking portion 12A and a locking portion 12B made of a substantially hemispherical projection, The object 4 is fixed. That is, the transported object 4 is sandwiched between the placement surface 8b and the locking portion 12A and the locking portion 12B. When the locking portion 12A and the locking portion 12B made of this kind of substantially hemispherical protrusion are used, the loading and unloading of the transported object 4 can be performed only with an external force. The locking portion 12A and the locking portion 12B, which are substantially hemispherical projections, are given elasticity by the surface of the positioning portion 12a cut out in a U-shape inside the convex portion 12. Accordingly, the locking portion 12A and the locking portion 12B have an elastic function as a whole, and can be an elastic portion described later.
[Embodiment 4]

FIG. 15 is another explanatory view of the work when the object to be transported is attached to the carrier tape according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

A substantially L-shaped receiving part 11aa and receiving part 11bb are formed at the open ends of the locking parts 11a, 11b formed by bending from the left and right rising pieces 10a, 10b, and the receiving part 11aa, receiving part An engaging portion 12E and an engaging portion 12F made of substantially hemispherical protrusions are formed from the upper surface of 11bb to the position of the thickness of the conveyed object 4, and the receiving portion 11aa and the engaging portion 12E are connected to each other and the receiving portion 11bb. Positioning can be performed by sandwiching both ends of the transported object 4 between the stoppers 12F and elastically contacting the stoppers 11a and 11b. The locking portion 12E and the locking portion 12F, which are substantially hemispherical protrusions, are given elasticity by the surfaces of the locking portions 11a and 11b formed by bending from the left and right rising pieces 10a and 10b. Therefore, since the receiving part 11aa and the receiving part 11bb, the locking part 12E, and the locking part 12F generally have an elastic function, they can be used as an elastic part to be described later.

A pressing portion 64a, 64b that protrudes downward and presses downward is integrally formed on a jig 60 including a robot arm or the like shown in FIG. When the pressing portions 64a and 64b of the jig 60 are pushed into the opening hole 9 of the tape body 1 from the upper side, the pressing members 64a and 64b push the locking portions 11a and 11b to the outside of the opening hole 9, The interval between the stop portions 11a and 11b is increased. In this state, when the object to be conveyed 4 is further pressed onto the opening hole 9 from above, the receiving part 11aa and the receiving part 11bb are opened, and the holding state of both ends of the object to be conveyed 4 is released. 4 can be dropped from the tape body 1. In addition, by using the jig 60 as an electromagnet, it is possible to release the object to be conveyed 4 from between the locking part 12E and the locking part 12F and to remove the object 4 from the tape body 1.

Further, when the pressing portions 64a and 64b of the jig 60 are pressed from the lower side of the opening hole 9 of the tape body 1, the pressing members 64a and 64b are pressed by the pressing member 64a and 64b. The engagement between the stop portions 12F is released, and the conveyed object 4 can be taken out without being affected by the receiving portions 11aa and 11bb.

In this way, the jig 60 that moves up and down is provided at the position where the transported object 4 is attached to the carrier tape and the position where it is taken out, and the jig 60 is moved up to bring the rising pieces 10a and 10b upright, or The interval between the locking portions 11a and 11b can be increased, and the object to be transported 4 can be attached to and detached from the tape main body 1 satisfactorily.

The transported object 4 of the above embodiment has been described as an example of a complicated shape. However, in the transported object 4 having other shapes, the locking portions 11a and 11b that can lock the transported object 4 to the tape body 1 are also described. And the protrusions 6, 7, and 12 that can position the object to be conveyed 4, and the opening hole 9 that exposes the object to be conveyed 4 in a state where the object to be conveyed 4 is attached. Cleaning, plating, and assembly can be performed continuously in the attached state. Furthermore, the operation of spot welding nuts or the like to the terminal portion 41, the connecting portion 42, etc. can be continuously performed with the transported object 4 still attached to the tape body 1.
[Embodiment 5]

FIG. 16 is a schematic configuration diagram of the carrier tape according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 17 is a cut line XX of FIG. 16 in a state in which the object to be conveyed is attached to the carrier tape according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. It is sectional drawing by.
In FIG. 16, the carrier tape according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention is formed of a strip-shaped resin tape, and rotates a plurality of sprockets 2 through feed holes 5 that are formed in two rows and that are continuous at a predetermined pitch. Are sequentially fed and taken up on the take-up reel 3. Further, the take-up reel 3 side can be rotated without rotating the sprocket 2 and the take-up reel 3 can be directly taken up.

The carrier tape is formed with two rows of feed holes 5 which are continuous at a predetermined interval at a predetermined interval in the length direction on one end side in the width direction of the synthetic resin tape body 1 constituting the entire carrier tape. The teeth of the feed sprocket 2 described above are fitted into the feed holes 5, and the carrier tape is sequentially fed in the length direction by the rotation of the feed sprocket 2.

The attachment portion of the transported object 4 formed on the tape body 1 protrudes to the surface side of FIG. 16, and four convex portions 72 are integrally formed at symmetrical (center line axisymmetric, point symmetrical) positions. ing. A mounting surface 78 for receiving a part of the object to be conveyed 4 is formed on the convex portion 72. An opening hole 9 is formed inside the mounting surface 78, and a receiving surface 72a that is easily elastically deformed is formed on the opening hole 9 side of the four convex portions 72.

Locking portions 74 are formed between the convex portions 72 formed on both sides of the tape body 1. The distal end portion of the locking portion 74 slightly protrudes inward from the opening end of the opening hole 9 and presses the upper surface thereof, so that the transferred object 4 can be locked. The shape and size of the opening hole 9 is such that the object to be conveyed 4 is placed on the tape body 1 at a predetermined position, and the object to be conveyed 4 is not dropped from the tape body 1 without being dropped. It can be conveyed and further machined at a predetermined position.

Further, when the transported object 4 is removed from the four convex portions 72 formed on the tape body 1, at least the transported object 4 is pushed upward from behind to bend the locking portion 74. Further, an operation for bending the tape body 1 in a direction perpendicular to the length direction is added as necessary. Of course, when the cleaning, plating, and assembling steps are continuously performed with the transported object 4 attached to the wound carrier tape, the transported object 4 is attached to the tape body 1 on the inner diameter side, When the transported object 4 is wound so as to be wound, the transported object 4 is not easily dropped. On the other hand, when the transported object 4 is removed from the wound carrier tape, if the transported object 4 is bent with respect to the tape body 1 so that the transported object 4 is positioned on the outer side, the transported object 4 can be easily removed. You can take it out.

In the present embodiment, the conveyed object 4 is a disk component as shown in the perspective view of FIG. The transported object 4 is attached at a predetermined interval in the length direction of the carrier tape, that is, in the feed direction, and the transported object 4 is washed in the cleaning process, and then plated in the plating process, and then assembled. It is assembled with other parts in the process. And in the state which assembled the to-be-conveyed object 4 like FIG. 16, the to-be-conveyed object 4 can be removed from a carrier tape as a finished product. Thus, the to-be-conveyed object 4 of this Embodiment can perform a washing | cleaning, plating, an assembly | attachment process, a press work process, etc. continuously in the state attached to the carrier tape.

In other words, the tape main body 1 made of a strip-shaped resin tape has the object to be conveyed 4 positioned by the four convex portions 72 provided on the tape main body 1 and the tape by the elastic portion 72a that is easily elastically deformed. Locked by the main body 1, the transported object 4 is washed or plated while the transported object 4 is attached to the tape body 1 in this state, and other parts are attached to the transported object 4. It is possible to continuously process the transported object 4 with the transported object 4 attached to the carrier tape, and to efficiently work by reducing the labor of the processing process of the transported object 4. Can do.
[Embodiment 6]

FIG. 18 is a schematic configuration diagram of a carrier tape in press working according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 18A shows the state before pressing, FIG. 18B shows the pressing, and FIG. 18C shows the after pressing.
In FIG. 18, the conveyed product 4 is positioned by four convex portions 72 provided on the tape body 1 as shown in FIG. 16, and the locking portion 74 presses the upper surface thereof. Thus, the transported object 4 is restrained from moving in the surface direction of the tape main body 1 and moving in the direction perpendicular thereto. The tape body 1 to which the object to be conveyed 4 is attached at a predetermined pitch is conveyed at a predetermined timing by two rows of feed holes 5 that are continuous at a predetermined pitch.

The press machine 100 includes an upper die 80 having a protrusion 80a and a lower die 90 having a recess (not shown) corresponding to the protrusion 80a, and a convexity is formed on the article 4 to be conveyed therebetween. The shape of the lower mold 90 is formed smaller than the shape of the opening hole 9 of the conveyed object 4, and the lower mold 90 is directly received by the lower surface of the conveyed object 4 at the press processing position. That is, at the press processing position, the press processing is performed without a part of the tape main body 1 being interposed between the lower surface of the conveyed object 4 and the lower mold 90.

As described above, the carrier tape according to the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a strip-shaped resin tape, and the transported object 4 to be transported to the strip-shaped resin-made tape main body 1 has a predetermined pitch. The four protrusions 72 are used to position the protrusions 80a by restricting the movement of the transported object 4 in the surface direction of the tape body 1 and the movement in the direction perpendicular thereto at the positioning position of the transported object 4 of the tape body 1. Transport to the press machine 100 having the upper mold 80 and the lower mold 90 having a recess (not shown) corresponding to the protrusion 80a, and stop the transport of the article 4 to be transported by the tape body 1 by the press machine 100; Press work is performed with the transported object 4 attached to the tape body 1 and transported to the next step, which can be regarded as a processing method for the transported object.

Therefore, the object to be conveyed 4 to be conveyed to the belt-shaped resin tape main body 1 is positioned at a predetermined pitch, and the object to be conveyed 4 is moved in the surface direction of the tape main body 1 at the positioning position and the direction perpendicular thereto. The movement is restrained and conveyed to the press machine 100, the conveyance is stopped, the workpiece 4 is pressed in a state where the object to be conveyed 4 is attached to the tape body 1, and conveyed to the next process. Since the parts to be processed can be conveyed to the press position with accurate timing, press processing with high processing accuracy is possible. In addition, since the conveyance timing can be made uniform, a stroke operation can be performed without waste in the moving distance of the mold composed of the upper mold 80 and the lower mold 90 of the press. And unmanned processing can be performed day and night.
Therefore, the transported object 4 can be continuously processed while the transported object 4 is attached to the tape body 1, and the processing process of the transported object 4 can be saved, and an efficient work can be performed. it can. Further, the transported object 4 can be used in a state of being attached to the tape main body 1 in a plurality of processes as required, such as a cleaning process, a plating process, an assembling process, and the like as well as a pressing process.

Further, the transported object 4 attached to the tape main body 1 has a structure in which the pressed portion is exposed from the tape main body 1, and performs locking for restraint other than the pressed portion of the transported object 4. Therefore, the structure in which the pressed portion is exposed from the tape main body 1 can be pressed without the tape main body 1 being an elastic body between the molds, so that the pressing can be performed with high accuracy and no wasteful pressure. Processing can be performed.

The carrier tape of the above-described embodiment is a convex body 6, 7 that is repeatedly formed at a predetermined pitch for positioning a tape main body 1 made of a strip-shaped resin tape and an object 4 to be transported to the tape main body 1. , 12, 72, and the positioning position of the article 4 to be conveyed by the convex portions 6.7.12, 72 provided on the tape body 1, and is attached by the attaching portion comprising the engaging portion 11 or the elastic portion 72a for attaching. The transported object 4 is brought into a locked state, and is transported by a mounting portion made up of a locking portion 11 or an elastic portion 72a that can be released by an external force, and convex portions 6, 7, and 12 provided on the tape body 1. When the article 4 is in the positioning position and the article to be conveyed 4 is in the locked state, the opening 4 is provided in the tape main body 1 that partially exposes the article to be conveyed 4.

Mounting comprising convex parts 6, 7, 12, 72 repeatedly formed at a predetermined pitch for positioning the article 4 to be conveyed on the tape body 1, and the locking part 11 or the elastic part 72a of the tape body 1 The transported object 4 is brought into the locked state by the portion, and the locked state is released by an external force. When the transported object 4 is in the locked state, the transported object 4 is opened in the tape body 1. Is to be partially exposed.

Accordingly, the object to be conveyed 4 is positioned by the convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72 provided on the carrier tape, and is locked to the carrier tape by the mounting portion including the locking portion 11 or the elastic portion 72a. With the transported object 4 attached to the carrier tape in the state, the transported object 4 can be cleaned, plated, and other parts can be attached to the transported object 4, and transported to the carrier tape. The object 4 can be processed continuously with the object 4 attached, and the processing process of the object 4 can be saved and work can be performed efficiently.
Here, as the attachment portion composed of the locking portion 11 or the elastic portion 72a, the convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72 for positioning the transported object 4 on the tape body 1 may be used directly, or the locking portion. 11 may be formed separately.

In the carrier tape of the above embodiment, when the tape body 1 is wound around the reel 3, the attachment portion composed of the locking portion 11 or the elastic portion 72 a is locked with the object to be transported 4 due to the influence of the winding force. The convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72 are set in height dimensions and shapes that are not released.
Therefore, even when the tape body 1 is wound around the reel 3 having a small diameter and bent, the transported object 4 is securely locked by the mounting portion including the locking portion 11 or the elastic portion 72a, and the tape body 1 is removed. Dropout can be prevented.

In the carrier tape of the above embodiment, the convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72 for positioning the object to be conveyed 4 are divided into a plurality of convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72.
Accordingly, the object to be conveyed 4 is positioned by the convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72, the surface of the object to be conveyed 4 is exposed, and the object to be conveyed 4 is also exposed at the opening hole 9 portion of the tape body 1. Since the circulation efficiency of the fluid surrounding the object to be conveyed 4 is improved, the object to be conveyed 4 can be immersed in the plating tank while being attached to the tape body 1, and plating can be performed. The other parts can be welded to the transported object 4 while the transported object 4 is attached to the tape body 1.

In the carrier tape of the above embodiment, the locking portion 11 that locks the object to be conveyed 4 is formed at the end of the rising piece 10 that the locking portion 11 forms on both sides of the opening hole 9. Is.

In the carrier tape of the above embodiment, the locking portion 11 that locks the object to be conveyed 4 is formed at the end of the rising piece 10, and the relative distance between the locking portions 11 on both sides of the opening hole 9 is set. The released jig 60 releases the locked state of the article 4 to be conveyed by the locking portion 11. Therefore, since the latching portion 11 can be released with the jig 60 and the transported object 4 can be opened, the transported object 4 can be attached without using the jig 60 when the transported object 4 is attached to the carrier tape. In addition, when the object to be conveyed 4 is taken out from the carrier tape, the object to be conveyed 4 can be easily released from the locking portion 11 by the jig 60, so that the object to be conveyed 4 can be extracted from the carrier tape. .

The locking portion 11 of the carrier tape of the above embodiment is formed in parallel with the tape body 1 at the position of the end portion of the rising piece 10. Accordingly, since the object to be conveyed 4 is attached by the elasticity of the side portions of the convex portions 6, 7, 12, 72, the object to be conveyed 4 is attached with a simple structure. Can be

When the carrier tape of the above embodiment is immersed in the plating solution with the tape body 1 wound around the reel 3, the liquid around the transported object 4 is improved, and the tape body 1 and the transported object are provided. 4 is a structure with improved liquid drainage from 4.
Therefore, when plating in the plating tank and when removing the plating solution from the plating tank, the entire transported object 4 can be immersed in the plating solution or drained at substantially the same time. A uniform plating layer can be formed. Of course, the transported object 4 can be cleaned well by continuously passing the carrier tape through the cleaning tank.
