Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 間隔を介した複数の電気的に伝導性のある引張り部材をもつエレベータ荷重支持部材の状態を監視する方法であって、
複数のパルスを備えるとともに約10%未満のデューティ比をもつ選択された電気信号を前記引張り部材の少なくとも一つに印加するステップを備えてなる状態監視方法。 - 一度につき前記引張り部材の一つに前記信号を印加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態監視方法。
- 少なくとも2つの隣り合わない引張り部材を電気的に通流するように結合させて前記電気信号をこの結合した引張り部材に印加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態監視方法。
- 前記信号を通電させる前記引張り部材が、ベルトアセンブリが使用される昇降路に関してカソードとなるように確立されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態監視方法。
- 前記電気信号の電位を前記昇降路の接地電位と比較して負となるように制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の状態監視方法。
- 前記電気信号が、一度につき互いに隣り合わない引張り部材に印加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態監視方法。
- 前記引張り部材の抵抗を印加された信号に基づいて測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態監視方法。
- 複数のパルスを備えるとともに約10%未満のデューティ比をもつ電気信号を引張り部材の少なくとも一つに選択的に印加するコントローラを備えてなるエレベータ荷重支持部材の状態監視装置。
- 前記コントローラと前記引張り部材との間に電気的に伝導性のある接続を確立するコネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の状態監視装置。
- 前記コネクタが、少なくとも2つの隣り合わない引張り部材を連結する少なくとも一つの連結部を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の状態監視装置。
- 前記電気信号を通電させる前記引張り部材が、ベルトアセンブリが使用される昇降路に関してカソードとなるように、前記コントローラが前記電気信号を印加することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の状態監視装置。
- 前記電気信号が、前記昇降路の接地電位と比較して負となる極性をもつことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の状態監視装置。
- 前記電気信号が、一度につき互いに隣り合わない引張り部材のみに印加されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の状態監視装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記引張り部材の抵抗を測定し、この測定された抵抗に基づき前記荷重支持部材の状態を測定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の状態監視装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記信号を複数の引張り部材全体に同時に印加することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の状態監視装置。
- エレベータ荷重支持部材アセンブリであって、
複数の導電性をもつ引張り部材と、
前記引張り部材を概ね囲んだ非導電性のジャケットと、
複数のパルスを備え、約10%未満のデューティ比を備える電気信号を前記引張り部材の少なくとも一つに選択的に印加するコントローラと、
を備えてなるエレベータ荷重支持部材アセンブリ。 - 前記コントローラと前記引張り部材との間に電気的に伝導性をもつ接続を確立するコネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のエレベータ荷重支持部材アセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタが、少なくとも2つの隣り合わない引張り部材を連結する少なくとも一つの連結部を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のエレベータ荷重支持部材アセンブリ。
- 前記電気信号が、前記アセンブリが使用される昇降路の接地電位と比較して負となる極性をもつことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のエレベータ荷重支持部材アセンブリ。
- 前記デューティ比が約1%未満であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のエレベータ荷重支持部材アセンブリ。
