- バルーンカテーテルのバルーンに選択的な回転可能性と封止可能性を与える方法であって、
少なくとも1つを導電部材を有するカテーテル軸を提供する段階であって、少なくとも1つの導電部材の第1の部分をカテーテル軸の外側面から外部に露出させ、少なくとも1つの導電部材の第2の部分をカテーテル軸の外側面から外部に露出させる段階と、
バルーンを提供する段階と、
バルーンの近位くびれ部を、少なくとも部分的にEAP材料で構成された第1のカラーと係合させる段階と、
バルーンの遠位くびれ部を、少なくとも部分的にEAP材料で構成された第2のカラーに係合させる段階と、
カテーテル軸のまわりにバルーンを配置し、それにより第1のカラーの内側面が少なくとも1つの導電部材の第1の部分と電子通信可能になり、第2のカラーの内側面が少なくとも1つの導電部材の第2の部分に電子通信可能になるようにする段階と、
