Claims (11)
- 粒子(100)を選別する方法であって:
粒子の屈折率を変えるために粒子をマーキングする段階と、
支持体(108)の少なくとも一の導波路(104)上に前記粒子(100)を配置する段階と、
前記導波路を介して光照射Rを入射して、前記導波路上の粒子を変位し、粒子を分離する段階と、を備えた粒子選別方法。 - 前記粒子が導波路(104)上にクラスター(114,116,118)を形成する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 選別される粒子が同一の組成であるが、異なる寸法を有する請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 選別される粒子が同一若しくはほぼ同一の寸法を有するが、異なる組成である請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が細胞、マクロ分子、又は、ミクロボールである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 入射される照射は近紫外と赤外との間のスペクトル範囲である請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子がミクロボールであり、ミクロボールが細胞をマークし、照射が赤外の範囲である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子のうちのいくつかは金属であるか、又は、金属粒子によってマークされている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子のうちのいくつかは金属粒子であるか、又は、金属粒子によってマークされている請求項8に記載の方法。
- 導波路に入射される光は磁気的横波(TM)モードで偏光している請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が液体媒体に浸漬される請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
