Claims (21)
- セルラー通信ネットワークに使用するための移動端末であって、
i)最大アップリンク伝送電力未満の電力で信号を伝送する場合、可用アップリンク伝送電力を第1方式によって相違するチャンネル間に配分し、
ii)最大アップリンク伝送電力を超過したり、ちょうど超過しようとする電力で信号を伝送する場合、可用アップリンク伝送電力を第1方式とは異なる第2方式によって相違するチャンネル間に配分するように構成されることを特徴とする移動端末。 - ステップii)において、アップリンク伝送電力は、チャンネルの優先順位によって配分されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の移動端末。
- ステップii)において、可用アップリンク伝送電力は、パケットデータに対するチャネルの伝送電力が最も早くダウンスケーリングされるように配分されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の移動端末。
- 第2方式において、可用アップリンク伝送電力は、第1方式と対比して、DPDCH、DPCCH、E−DPCCH、E−DPDCH、及びHS−DPCCHのチャンネルのうち、1つ以上の間で再分配されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の移動端末。
- 第2方式は、端末が最大アップリンク伝送電力を超過したり、ちょうど超過しようとすると判定した後、その次のスロットでの伝送に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の移動端末。
- 第1及び第2方式において、相違するチャンネル間でアップリンク伝送電力を配分することを定めるために利得係数が使われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の移動端末。
- 第2方式の利得係数中の1つ以上は、第1方式の対応利得係数とは相違することを特徴とする請求項6記載の移動端末。
- 1つの利得係数は、DPCCHとHS−DPCCHとの間で伝送電力を配分することを定めることを特徴とする請求項7記載の移動端末。
- 通信ネットワークのネットワーク要素から第2方式と関連した1つ以上のパラメータを受信するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうち、いずれか1項記載の移動端末。
- 第1方式の1つ以上の利得係数とは相違する第2方式に対する1つ以上の利得係数を1つ以上のパラメータにより判定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の移動端末。
- セルラー通信ネットワークのネットワーク要素であって、
最大アップリンク伝送電力を超過したり、ちょうど超過する場合、アップリンク伝送電力を相違するチャンネル間に配分することを定める1つ以上のパラメータを決定するように構成され、かつ、そのパラメータのうち、1つ以上が最大アップリンク伝送電力を超過しない場合に、配分を定めるパラメータと相違することを特徴とするネットワーク要素。 - 1つ以上のパラメータは、DPCCH、E−DPDCH、及びHS−DPCCH間でアップリンク伝送電力を配分することを定める第2パラメータを決定するために使われる第1パラメータを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載のネットワーク要素。
- 1つ以上の他のネットワーク要素を経由して、1つ以上の第1パラメータを移動端末にシグナリングするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項11または12記載のネットワーク要素。
- 通信システムでのデータ伝送方法であって、
第1送受信器側により伝送される各々のチャンネルの伝送電力を配分するステップと、
各々のチャンネルの伝送電力の合算値である第1送受信器の総伝送電力が第1送受信器の最大伝送電力を超過するかどうかを監視するステップと、
第1送受信器の総伝送電力が第1送受信器の最大伝送電力を超過する場合、優先順位の低いチャンネルの伝送電力をダウンスケーリングすることで、各々のチャンネルの伝送電力を再配分するステップと、
各々のチャンネルを再配分された伝送電力を通じて第2送受信器側に伝送するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするデータ伝送方法。 - 低伝送電力を代表する利得係数を設定することによって、優先順位の低いチャンネルの伝送電力をダウンスケーリングすることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 低伝送電力を代表する利得係数を第2送受信器側がシグナリングすることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 伝送電力の再配分動作をスロット毎に遂行することを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 音声チャンネルの優先順位をパケットデータチャンネルの優先順位より高くすることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 制御チャンネルの優先順位をパケットデータチャンネルの優先順位より高くすることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 高速専用物理制御チャンネル(HS−DPCCH)をチャンネルとすることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 向上したアップリンク専用物理データチャンネル(E−DPDCH)、または、向上したアップリンク専用物理制御チャンネル(E−DPCCH)をチャンネルとすることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデータ伝送方法。
