Description
図5は、テープを貼付された管45の供給部51の含浸を概略的に示す。ここで、管45は、矢印Cに示す方向へと、1組のゴム被覆引込みローラー52及び53によって、上面が開放された樹脂タワー54内へ引き込まれる。樹脂タワー54は、所定のレベルまで熱硬化性樹脂57で満たされ、含浸又はウェット・アウトされた管55を形成する。管45は、ローラー53を越えてタワー54の全長分だけ底部ローラー59まで下降し、底部ローラー59は、管45を上向き方向において1組のキャリブレーション・ローラー61及び62へと方向転換させる。タワー54は、高さが約6から14フィート(1.8288乃至4.2672メートル)の間とされるが、管45の外側の含浸可能な層をウェット・アウト及び含浸させるために十分な圧力水頭を提供するのに十分な、任意の高さでよい。含浸可能材料を含浸するのに十分な圧力水頭を提供するために必要な高さは、樹脂の粘度、含浸可能材料の厚さ、及びタワーを通過する速度に依存する。
Claims (13)
- 長手方向に強化された現場硬化型ライナーを作成する方法において、
樹脂含浸可能材料による第1の封止された管状部材を、平らに横たえられた状態で提供し、
前記管状部材における、ある平らにされた表面の少なくとも一部に、縦糸方向に、より大きな強度を有するスクリムを配置し、そして、
前記管状部材及びスクリムの上から樹脂不浸透性の被覆を配置する方法。 - 前記スクリムが、平らにされた前記管状部材の底部表面に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の方向に移動している不浸透性材料の管を連続的に提供し、そして、
前記内側の管状部材が反対方向へ移動するにつれて前記内側の管状部材を包むように、前記不浸透性材料の管を反転させて、そして、前記外側の不浸透性層と内側の不浸透性層の間で前記樹脂含浸可能材料及び強化用スクリムが封止され、かつ巻き付けられた管状ライナーを形成することによって、
前記外側の不浸透性被覆が、前記第1の管状部材の周りに配置されるようにした請求項1に記載の方法。 - 平らに横たえられた前記樹脂含浸可能材料に前記スクリムを配置して前記外側の被覆で包む前に、前記樹脂含浸可能材料を樹脂で含浸させるステップを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂含浸可能材料を含浸させるステップが、前記スクリムを前記樹脂含浸可能材料に配置する前に、前記第1の内側の管状部材を樹脂槽に通過させるステップを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 現場硬化型ライナーにおいて、
内側に不浸透性層を有する第1の封止された管状部材と、
ライナーの半径方向の伸張を妨げないように、平らにされた前記第1の管状部材の、ある表面における少なくとも一部に配置され、かつ縦糸方向により大きな強度を有する強化用スクリムと、
前記管状部材及びスクリムの周りに配置された外側の樹脂不浸透性層と、を有する現場硬化型ライナー。 - 前記スクリムが、平らにされた前記管状部材の底部表面に配置される請求項6に記載の現場硬化型ライナー。
- 前記管状部材が、内側に不浸透性層を有する請求項6に記載の現場硬化型ライナー。
- 前記管状部材が、一体化した内側の不浸透性層を有する請求項7に記載の現場硬化型ライナー。
- 現場硬化型ライナーにおいて、
樹脂含浸可能材料の第1の管状部材と、
ライナーの半径方向の伸張を妨げないように、平らにされた第1の管状部材の、ある表面における少なくとも一部に配置され、かつ縦糸方向により大きな強度を有する強化用スクリムと、
前記管状部材及びスクリムの周りに配置された外側の樹脂不浸透性被覆と、を有する現場硬化型ライナー。 - 前記スクリムが、平らにされた前記管状部材の底部表面に配置される請求項10に記載の現場硬化型ライナー。
- 前記管状部材が、内側に不浸透性層を有する請求項10に記載の現場硬化型ライナー。
- 前記管状部材が、一体化した内側の不浸透性層を有する請求項12に記載の現場硬化型ライナー。
