Abstract
Description
Claims (30)
- 流体導管を連通して取り付けるための端末装置であって、
近位端、近位開口部、および遠位端を有する流体を輸送するための導管と、
軸方向穴および近位面を有する実質的に円筒状のハウジングとを備え、導管の近位端が、軸と平行に軸方向穴内に格納され、かつ導管が近位面を破り、熱可塑性ポリマーが導管およびハウジングを接着するように、軸方向穴が、液化された熱可塑性ポリマーによって裏込めされる、端末装置。 - 導管が、溶融シリカチューブである、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- 溶融シリカチューブが、ポリイミド被覆を有する、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- ハウジングが、ステンレス鋼である、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- ハウジングが、センターレス研削材料から生成される、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- 近位端での軸方向穴の直径が、近位面での導管の外径に実質的に一致するように狭くなる、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- 導管の近位端が、ハウジングの近位面を越えて延びる、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- 近位面が、実質的に平らである、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- ハウジングおよび近位面が、ポートと流体的に封止可能な接合部をもたらす、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- ハウジングが、ポートを補足する実質的に平らな封止接合部をもたらす、請求項9に記載の端末装置。
- ハウジングが、ポートを補足する実質的に円錐形の封止接合部をもたらす、請求項9に記載の端末装置。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリアリールケトン、フルオロポリマーケトン、およびポリオレフィンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
- ポリアリールケトンが、ポリアリールエーテルケトンである、請求項12に記載の端末装置。
- ポリアリールエーテルケトンが、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンである、請求項13に記載の端末装置。
- 近位面と一体でハウジングの近位端に配置される実質的に円筒状のフランジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の端末装置。

- 平らな近位面およびキャップの平らな表面のうちの少なくとも1つが、導管の近位開口部と流体連通するチャネルを有し、チャネルは、各流体流が導管のうちの1つによって画定される2つ以上の流体流を連通して配置されることを可能にする、請求項18に記載の端末装置。
- ガスケットが、流体封止を提供するために、キャップ要素と平らな近位面との間に設置される、請求項19に記載の端末装置。
- ガスケットが、導管の近位開口部と流体連通するチャネルを有する、請求項20に記載の端末装置。
- ガスケットが、流体封止を提供するために、キャップ要素と平らな近位面との間に設置される、請求項18に記載の端末装置。
- ガスケットが、導管の近位開口部と流体連通するチャネルを有する、請求項22に記載の端末装置。
- 流体導管間の流体連通のための端末装置を製造する方法であって、
軸方向穴、および近位端に近位面を有する実質的に円筒状のハウジングを設けるステップと、
軸方向穴内に軸を平行にして流体導管を配置するステップと、
導管が近位面を破るように、軸方向穴内に熱可塑性ポリマーを配置するステップと、
導管が軸方向穴内のハウジングに接着されるように、熱可塑性ポリマーを溶融しかつ冷却するステップとを含む、端末装置を製造する方法。 - 導管に嵌合する内径、および軸方向穴内に嵌合する外径を有するポリマープリフォームが、軸方向穴内で導管に配置される、請求項24に記載の端末装置を製造する方法。
- ポリマーが、ポリアリールケトン、フルオロポリマーケトン、およびポリオレフィンからなる群から選択される、請求項24に記載の端末装置を製造する方法。
- ポリアリールケトンが、ポリアリールエーテルケトンである、請求項26に記載の端末装置を製造する方法。
- ポリアリールエーテルケトンが、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンである、請求項27に記載の端末装置を製造する方法。
- 端末装置が、非酸化性雰囲気内で製造される、請求項24に記載の端末装置を製造する方法。
- 接着表面積および機械的キーイングを増大させるために、軸方向穴壁の表面を粗くするステップをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の端末装置を製造する方法。
