Description
a)患者をソファーに固定するステップと、
b)患者識別システムを患者に取付けるステップと、
c)患者を所望位置へもたらすステップと、
d)患者を識別するステップと、
e)好ましくは所望位置のデジタル式の受入れを患者識別システムの助けを借りて行うステップと、
f)患者の新たな位置決めに際して、ステップa〜cを繰返すステップと、
g)好ましくは患者の実位置のデジタル式の受入れを患者識別システムを用いて行うステップと、
h)実位置の受入れを比較するステップと、
i)実位置と所望位置の偏差の確認に際して、実位置が実質的に所望位置と一致するまでソファーを調節するステップとを含む。
Claims (12)
- 患者が識別可能かつ局在可能である患者識別システム(1、100)であって、前記システムが、
a)患者を識別するための手段(4、104)と、
b)少なくとも1つのマーカー(3、30、103)の形で空間に患者を局在するための手段とを有し、ここで前記手段がデジタル式に把握可能であり、前記システムが少なくとも1つの担体(2、11、12、102)に配置されており、かつ前記担体は直接的/または間接的に患者(10)に固定されている患者識別システム(1、100)。 - 前記患者を識別するための手段が、バーコード(4)、無線ラベル、またはパターンを再帰反射性マーキング(104)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の患者識別システム。
- 前記マーカー(3、30、103)が再帰反射性または色付きの幾何構造、特に点、輪、または多角形であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の患者識別システム。
- 前記手段が、受信機またはCCDカメラおよび/または赤外線カメラでデジタル式に把握可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の患者識別システム。
- 前記担体がカードであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の患者識別システム。
- 前記カードが、患者の固定のための構造物、特にヘッドホルダー(12)、身体固定手段、マウスホルダー(11)、または定位固定フレームにおいて固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の患者識別システム。
- 前記患者を固定するための構造物の担体が、特にヘッドホルダー(12)、身体固定手段、マウスホルダー(11)、または定位固定フレームであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の患者識別システム。
- 患者位置決め方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち
a)患者(10)をソファーに固定するステップと、
b)請求項1に記載の患者識別システム(1、100)を前記患者に取付けるステップと、
c)前記患者を識別するステップと、
d)前記患者を所望位置へもたらすステップと、
e)前記所望位置の受入れを前記患者識別システムの助けを借りて行うステップと、
f)前記患者の再位置決めに際して、前記ステップa〜cを繰返すステップと、
g)前記患者の実位置の受入れを前記患者識別システムを用いて行うステップと、
h)前記実位置と前記所望位置の受入れを比較するステップと、
i)前記実位置の前記所望位置からの偏差の確認に際して、前記実位置が実質的に前記所望位置と一致するまで前記ソファーを調節するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップdおよびiが自動および/または手動で行われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の患者位置決め方法。
- 前記ステップcおよび/またはiが六脚(Hexapode)によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の患者位置決め方法。
- 前記受入れを行うステップが少なくとも1つの受信機またはCCDカメラおよび/または赤外線カメラで行われることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の患者位置決め方法。
- 前記受入れを行うステップが、能動的三角測量、光切断法、および/またはコード化光アプローチ法を用いて行われることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の患者位置決め方法。
