Abstract
Description
燃焼ユニット(10)の機能状態に特徴付けられる機能パラメータに比例した信号の収集デバイスと、
信号をそこから受け取る信号収集デバイスに接続された電子データ処理ユニット(30)と、
前記電子データ処理ユニット(30)に関連付けられた制御/調節プログラムと、
第1の燃料分配弁(20)と、
第2の燃焼空気調節弁(21)と、
前記電子データ処理ユニット(30)に関連付けられたデータベースとを含んでおり、
前記電子データ処理ユニット(30)が、信号収集デバイスから信号を受け取って処理し、燃焼ユニット(10)のCOおよびNOxの汚染排出を最小限に抑えるように第1の弁(20)および第2の弁(21)の開放を調節するシステムに関する。
Claims (14)
- 燃焼チャンバ(11)と触媒(40)とを含むタイプの燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システムであって、
前記燃焼ユニット(10)の機能状態に特徴付けられる機能パラメータに比例した信号の収集デバイスと、
前記信号収集デバイスに接続され該信号収集デバイスから信号を受け取る電子データ処理ユニット(30)と、
前記電子データ処理ユニット(30)に関連付けられた制御/調節プログラムと、
第1の燃料分配弁(20)と、
第2の空気分配弁(21)と、
前記電子データ処理ユニット(30)に関連付けられたデータベースとを含んでおり、
前記電子データ処理ユニット(30)が、前記信号収集デバイスから信号を受け取って処理し、前記燃焼ユニット(10)のCOおよびNOxの汚染排出を最小限に抑えるように前記第1の弁(20)および前記第2の弁(21)の開放を調節するシステム。 - 前記信号収集デバイスが、前記燃焼ユニット(10)の機能状態に特徴付けられる機能パラメータに比例した少なくとも1つの信号を検出可能な少なくとも1つのセンサを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記信号収集デバイスが、前記燃焼ユニット(10)の機能状態に特徴付けられるパラメータに比例した信号を検出するのに適した一連のセンサを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記一連のセンサが、複数の温度センサの1セットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記一連の温度センサが、複数の温度センサの第1のセット(60)と、複数の温度センサの第2のセット(61)と、複数の温度センサの第3のセット(62)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記一連のセンサが、圧力センサ(63)および圧力センサ(65)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記一連の温度センサが、温度センサ(64)および温度センサ(66)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記燃焼チャンバ(11)が、第1のエリア(12)と、前記触媒(40)が格納される第2のエリア(13)と、第3のエリア(14)と、第1の燃料入口ダクト(71)と、圧縮機50から来る空気の第2の入口ダクト(72)と、排気ガスの排出ダクト(73)とを含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記燃焼チャンバ(11)が、第3の燃料入口ダクト(74)と、空気分配ダクト(75)と、主燃料ダクト(70)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記主燃料ダクト(70)が、前記第1の弁(20)に連結されており、
前記第1の弁(20)が、前記第1の燃料入口ダクト(71)および前記第3の燃料入口ダクト(74)に連結されていて、燃料を前記燃焼チャンバ(11)の前記第1のエリア(12)と前記第2のエリア(13)とに分配することを特徴とする、請求項9記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。 - 前記第1の一連の温度センサ(60)が、前記第1のエリア(12)と前記第2のエリア(13)との間で前記触媒(40)に近接して位置することを特徴とする、請求項5又は8記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記第2の一連の温度センサ(61)が、前記燃焼チャンバ(11)の前記第2のエリア(13)と前記第3のエリア(14)との間で前記触媒(40)に近接して位置することを特徴とする、請求項5又は8記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記第3の一連の温度センサ(62)が、前記燃焼チャンバ(11)の前記第3のエリア(14)に位置することを特徴とする、請求項5又は8記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
- 前記燃焼ユニット(10)が、前記第2の圧縮空気入口ダクト(72)および前記排出ダクト(73)をそれぞれ用いて、圧縮機(50)およびタービン(80)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の燃焼ユニット(10)の制御/調節システム。
