Claims (6)
- 内燃機関内に燃料を噴射するための、ピエゾアクチュエータを備えた噴射弁のインジェクタ毎のばらつきを補正するための方法であり、個々のアクチュエータに対するアクチュエータ電荷のインジェクタ毎の補正は、電子制御装置(10)において、インジェクタニードルの前進ストロークでのニードルストロークがそれぞれ所定の公称ストロークに一致するように行われる、方法であって、
前記制御装置(10)では、ニードルストローク曲線を所定の標準特性曲線に近づけるために、前記アクチュエータ(19)の充電時間ton、噴射時間ti及び放電時間toffに対するインジェクタ毎の補正を行う演算処理が実行され、前記演算処理が、前記インジェクタニードル(17)がちょうど開弁した時点での電荷Q0、及び基準ニードルストロークでの電荷Qrefに基づいて生成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記インジェクタ毎のストロークロスHinjが、初期設定段階中に算出されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 補正後の充電時間ton(Korr)、補正後の噴射時間ti(Korr)及び補正後の放電時間toff(Korr)が、対応する未補正値を、対応するオフセット補正値(Oton,ti)又は(Otoff)に加算することから得られることを特徴とする請求項4あるいは5に記載の方法。
