Description
Claims (15)
- 鉱物繊維の絶縁材料要素であって、結合剤で結合され、生理学的環境中で可溶であり、絶縁材料プレートの形、または、ロールとして巻き上げられた、屋根の垂木など梁の間の絶縁プレートの締付けアセンブリ用に準備された絶縁材料プレートにシステムの一部として分割可能な絶縁材料シートの形であり、前記絶縁材料要素の前記鉱物繊維の組成は、1未満のアルカリ/アルカリ土類比を特徴とし、それらの繊維構造は、平均幾何学繊維直径が4μm以下であり、総密度が8〜25kg/m3の範囲であり、前記絶縁材料要素の繊維質量に対する前記結合剤の部分が4%〜5.5重量%の範囲であることによって決定されることを特徴とする絶縁材料要素。
- 前記結合剤が、有機結合剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 前記結合剤が、前記絶縁材料シートの繊維質量に対して4.5〜5重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- その総密度が8〜14kg/m3、好ましくは11〜14kg/m3、特に約13kg/m3の範囲であり、前記絶縁材料要素が、DIN18165による熱伝導度グループ040または同等のものに相当する熱伝導能力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- その総密度が、18〜25kg/m3、好ましくは19〜24kg/m3、特に23kg/m3であり、前記絶縁材料要素が、DIN18165による熱伝導度グループ035に相当する熱伝導能力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- EN113501による少なくともEI30の耐火区分を有することを特徴とし、さらなる内側裏地なしで屋根の垂木など梁の間に組み付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- ロールの形に巻き上げられた前記鉱物繊維フェルトの前記巻上げ工程が、事前処理なしで、最終的に充填工程なしで実現されることことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 前記鉱物繊維フェルトを巻き上げたロールが、1:3から1:8まで、好ましくは1:4から1:6までの圧縮比で圧縮されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 前記区間上に、少なくとも1つのロール表面上に描かれた切断補助として印が付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 前記絶縁材料要素の前記鉱物繊維が、生理学的環境中でのそれらの可溶性に関する限り、欧州ガイダンス97/69/EGの要件、および/または前記ドイツ危険物規制第4章22号の要件に対応するとみなされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維が、遠心バスケット法の内部遠心分離によって、少なくとも1100℃の遠心バスケット温度で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- DIN4102、Part17による、1000℃以上の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 前記絶縁材料要素の前記繊維構造は、それぞれビードがなく、すなわちビード部分が1%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材料要素。
- 建造物の垂木、特に屋根の垂木の間で絶縁材料を締め付けるためのシステムであって、前記請求項のうち1つまたは複数の特徴を備える絶縁材料要素が、隣接する梁の間で締付けフェルトと位置合わせされそれによって締め付けられることを特徴とするシステム。
