Abstract
Description
特に沖合船舶の場合、ディーゼル発電推進がこれまで一般的であった。この理由の一つは、機械類の設置に融通が利き、積み荷及び工具を望みの場所に配置することができるからである。
本発明の主な目的は、投資、所要空間、メンテナンス費、運用費及び使用中の故障の危険性を減らす推進設備を提供することである。同時に、プロペラの回転速度を一定範囲内で変化させ、その回転方向をも変化させる可能性が望まれる。
本発明を請求項1に示す。本発明は、発電機の運転のための駆動機を含み、その発電機がさらに電気モータに接続され、その電気モータがプロペラ又は同様な推進装置に接続されている。発電機及び推進モータは、実質的に同じ動作特性を有する永久磁石同期機である。これらは、固定的な電気接続によって互いに直結されている。
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明を説明する。
Claims (5)
- 発電機(14)の運転のための駆動機(17)を含み、その発電機がさらに電気推進モータ(11)に接続され、その電気推進モータがプロペラ(12)又は同様な推進装置に接続されている、船及び他の可動海洋構造物のための推進システムであって、
発電機(14)及び推進モータ(11)が永久磁石型同期機であり、
二つの同期機が実質的に同じ動作特性を有し、
これらの同期機が固定的な電気接続によって互いに直結されていることを特徴とする推進システム。 - 好ましくは発電機(14)が推進モータ(11)よりも少ない数の極を有するよう、発電機の極数と推進モータの極数との比が3:1〜1:20であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の推進システム。
- 発電機(16)から消費ネットワークに安定な周波数を供給する周波数コンバータ(16)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の推進システム。
- 駆動機(17)によって動かされ、周波数コンバータ(16)を介して船の消費ネットワーク(15)に給電する補助発電機(19)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の推進システム。
- 始動及び回転方向の制御に使用される補助コンバータ(18)を含み、補助コンバータと発電機とが並列結合されているときに、低下した周波数から同期化するため、駆動機(17)が回転速度を落として、たとえば約半分の回転速度で作動するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の推進システム。
