Abstract
Description
− 鋼ジャケットと、
− 内部自由空間を囲繞し、前記鋼ジャケットの内側に位置する耐火ライニングと、
− 前記内部空間にガスを供給するための少なくとも1つの装置と、
− 前記内部空間を加熱するための少なくとも1つのバーナーと、
を備えてなり、
− 炉が水平方向の回動軸周りに少なくとも40°回動するように取り付けられており、
− 前記内部空間が非円形断面を備えている、
ことを特徴とする工業用炉が提供されている。
− 炉が溶融位置にある場合には、溶融金属は大きな浴表面積と小さな浴深さを有することによって、非鉄金属スクラップを溶解することができるような寸法とされ、
− 炉がガス処理位置にある場合には、溶融金属は、浴の下方で内部空間内にガスを供給するための装置を通じて吹き付けられるガスが、この位置で溶融金属浴へと吹き付けられ、この溶融金属浴を通じて流れるような(すなわち特に精製し、合金化し、均質に溶融金属を混合するために)寸法とされている。
− 第1に、ガス供給装置(以下、単に「ガス処理位置のガス供給装置」とも言う。)は、ガス処理位置において、溶融浴の浴表面の下方に位置する領域で内部空間に開口することができる。 これらガス処理位置のガス供給装置は、ガスが、ガス処理位置での金属溶融物に供給されるように設けられる。 好ましくは、ガス処理位置のガス供給装置は、ガス処理位置において、溶融浴の浴表面の上方に位置している。

Claims (18)
- 非鉄金属を溶解し、ガス処理するための以下の特徴を備えた工業用炉であって、
a) 鋼ジャケット(3)と、
b) 内部自由空間(I)を囲繞し、前記鋼ジャケット(3)の内側に設けられた耐火ライニング(5)と、
c) 前記内部空間(I)にガスを供給するための少なくとも1つの装置(23,25,29,31)と、
d) 前記内部空間(I)を加熱するための少なくとも1つのバーナー(9,11)と、
を備えてなり、
e) 炉(1)が水平方向の回動軸(D)周りに少なくとも40°回動するように取り付けられており、
f) 前記内部空間(I)が非円形断面を備えている、
ことを特徴とする工業用炉。 - 楕円状、長円状、西洋ナシ状、菱面体晶状、若しくは多角形状の断面形状を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 楕円状若しくは長円状の断面形状を備え、該楕円若しくは長円の2つの主軸のうち、長い方の主軸の長さが、短い方の主軸の長さの1.2倍〜3倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記内部空間(I)が、楕円状若しくは長円状の断面形状を有する筒形状を為していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記筒形状の軸線が、前記回動軸(D)に対して平行に延在していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記回動軸(D)が、前記内部空間(I)を通過していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記回動軸(D)が、前記筒形状の軸線上にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記回動軸(D)が、前記筒形状の軸線からオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工業用炉。
- 少なくとも1つの前記バーナー(9,11)が、例えばルーフバーナーとしても、前記内部空間(I)の軸方向の端面のうちの1つ(7r)の上で、若しくは、前記鋼ジャケット(3)の軸方向の一の端部領域上で、前記内部空間(I)に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記内部空間(I)から排ガスを放出するための装置(13)が、前記内部空間(I)の軸方向の端面のうちの他の1つ(7l)の上に、若しくは、前記鋼ジャケット(3)の軸方向の他の端部領域上に、配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工業用炉。
- ガスを前記内部空間(I)に供給するための装置(23,25,29,31)が、前記回動軸(D)に関して、互いに所定の回動角だけオフセットしている関係にある2つの領域(S,R)で、前記内部空間(I)に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記2つの領域(S,R)が、互いに回動角で5°〜180°オフセットしている関係にあることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記2つの領域(S,R)が、互いに回動角で30°〜170°オフセットしている関係にあることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の工業用炉。
- 非鉄金属を前記内部空間(I)に供給するために、前記内部空間(I)に開口している少なくとも1つの開口部(17l,17r)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 溶融非鉄金属を前記内部空間(I)から外部に送出するために、前記内部空間(I)に開口している少なくとも1つの開口部(19)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記鋼ジャケット(3)の外表面が、略円筒状、略楕円断面を有する筒状、若しくは略長円断面を有する筒状を為していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記耐火ライニング(5)が、前記鋼ジャケット(3)内で自立するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記回動軸(D)周りに、回動角で少なくとも50°若しくは少なくとも70°回動可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
