Description

The present invention relates to a cup holder provided in an automobile interior, and more particularly to a cup holder that can be easily put in and out even with a specially shaped container.

Cup holders are widely used to stably hold beverage containers in automobiles. However, the beverage containers have various sizes, and various devices have been made such as providing a swingable support member to stably hold the beverage containers.

However, for example, when a bottle having a constricted portion at the intermediate portion in the vertical direction is held, the support member may be caught by the constricted portion, making it difficult to remove the bottle. The reason for this is that, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-253287, an upward component force about the swinging shaft acts on the support member due to the force of pulling the bottle upward, whereby the support member This is because the bottle is closer to the bottle.

Therefore, in the invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-253287, by devising the shape of the tip surface of the support member, the support member has a downward component force centered on the swinging shaft due to the force of pulling the bottle upward. Is to work. By doing so, the tip of the support member swings downward and moves away from the bottle, so that the bottle can be removed.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-349959 proposes a cup holder in which a container holder that can be freely inserted and removed from the side surface of the container housing member is formed. According to this cup holder, the slide support member is slidably disposed on the outer wall surface of the container housing member, and the container holding body is swingably disposed on the slide support member. Therefore, even if the bottle has a constricted part, the container holder swings when the bottle enters and exits, and the slide support member enters and exits from the side wall, so that the bottle can be smoothly put in and out without causing problems such as the container holder being caught. It becomes.
JP 2001-253287 JP 2005-349959

However, the cup holder described in Patent Document 1 may be caught depending on the shape of the constricted portion, and it is not a universal technique to change the shape of the tip surface of the support member each time. Moreover, in the cup holder of patent document 2, since the slide support member protrudes outward, a malfunction may arise in the mounting space surface.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it the problem which should be solved to make it possible to draw in / out smoothly even if it is a bottle with a constriction part by the mechanism different from the past.

The cup holder of the present invention that solves the above problems is characterized in that a holder main body having an opening on the upper surface and having a storage recess through which a container is taken in and out, a holding member formed on the holder main body, and swinging on the holding member And a support member having a holding end and a swinging end opposite to the holding end, and holding the side surface of the container at the swinging end. A cup holder for holding the container with the swinging end of
A first biasing member that accumulates a biasing force as the support member swings downward from the substantially horizontal state and swings the swinging end portion upward by the biasing force;
A support member that is held by the holding member so as to be movable up and down, and whose upper surface is in contact with the holding end of the support member;
A second biasing member that biases the support member upward,
The support member descends when the holding end presses the support member, thereby enabling the swing end to swing in the vertical direction.

According to the cup holder of the present invention, when the bottle having the constricted portion held in the storage recess is extracted, the swinging end portion of the support member swings upward as the bottle moves upward. . Then, the support member comes into contact with the holding member, and the holding end portion swings downward and the swing end portion swings upward around the contact point. At this time, since the holding end is in contact with the support member, the holding end can be swung downward by the lowering of the support member. Therefore, when the swinging end of the support member swings upward, the swinging end moves in a direction away from the bottle, and the bottle can be pulled out without the constricted part interfering with the support member. .

If the swing distance upward of the swing end is designed to be large, the containers of various shapes can be easily put in and out.

Further, since no member protruding outward from the holder main body is provided, a compact shape can be achieved, contributing to space saving.

(1) As one embodiment of the present invention, the first biasing member may be provided on the swing shaft of the support member.

When the container is inserted into the housing recess from the opening of the holder body, the support member is pressed against the bottom of the container and the swing end swings downward. At this time, a biasing force is stored in the first biasing member. When the container is further inserted deeply into the storage recess, the swinging end of the support member is disengaged from the bottom of the container, and the swinging end is swung upward by the biasing force of the first biasing member. Along with this, the tip of the swinging end part runs along the outer wall of the container, and the container reaches the bottom of the storage recess.

Accordingly, the container is stably held by the bottom surface and the inner wall surface of the storage recess and the swing end portion of the support member. Further, since the support member is urged by the first urging member via the support member, it can elastically contact the outer wall of various containers from a small diameter to a large diameter, and stably hold the containers of various diameters. Can do.

When a container having a constricted portion is extracted from the storage recess, an upward force is applied to the swing end portion by the constricted portion. Then, the support member comes into contact with the holding member, and the swinging end swings upward and the holding end swings downward with the contact point as a fulcrum. Therefore, the tip of the oscillating end moves in a direction away from the container, and the container can be extracted without the constricted part interfering with the support member.

At this time, since the holding end presses the support member, the support member moves downward and the urging force is stored in the second urging member. Therefore, after the container is extracted, the holding end is swung upward by the urging force of the second urging member, and the support member is in a substantially horizontal state to prepare for the insertion of the next container.

(2) As one embodiment of the present invention, the support member includes a pivot shaft at the holding end, a guide groove extending in the vertical direction is formed on the holding member, and the pivot shaft engages with the guide groove. Thus, the support member can be held swingably and vertically movable by the holding member, and the second biasing member can also serve as the first biasing member.

When the container is inserted into the housing recess from the opening of the holder main body, the swing end of the support member is pressed against the bottom of the container and swings downward, and the holding end presses the support member. Then, the support member is lowered, and accordingly, the urging force is stored in the second urging member. When the container is further inserted deeply into the storage recess, the swinging end part comes off the bottom of the container, the support member is lifted by the biasing force of the second biasing member, and the swinging end part swings upward accordingly. . Therefore, as the container is inserted, the tip of the swinging end portion extends along the outer wall of the container, and the container reaches the bottom of the storage recess.

Accordingly, the container is stably held by the bottom surface and the inner wall surface of the storage recess and the swing end portion of the support member. In addition, since the support member is oscillated and biased by the second biasing member via the support member, it can elastically contact the outer wall of various types of containers from a small diameter to a large diameter, and can stably hold containers of various diameters. can do.

When a container having a constricted portion is extracted from the storage recess, an upward force is applied to the swing end portion by the constricted portion. Then, the support member comes into contact with the holding member, and the swing end portion swings upward and the holding end portion swings downward with the contact point as a fulcrum. At this time, the pivot shaft is guided and lowered by the guide groove, so that the holding end portion can swing downward, and the swing end portion swings upward.

(3) As a further embodiment of the present invention, the support member includes a first shaft portion projecting from the holding end portion in a direction perpendicular to the swing direction, and a first shaft portion from the swing end portion side to the first shaft portion. A second shaft portion projecting parallel to the shaft portion,
The holding member includes a first guide groove that extends in an arc shape around the first shaft portion when the support member is in a substantially horizontal state and guides the second shaft portion, and a support member in a substantially horizontal state. A second guide groove extending in an arc shape centering on the second shaft portion and guiding the first shaft portion, and the second biasing member also serves as the first biasing member. it can.

When the container is inserted into the housing recess from the opening of the holder body, the swinging end portion of the support member is pressed against the bottom of the container and tends to swing downward. At this time, since the second shaft portion is guided by the first guide groove, the swing end portion can be swung downward, and the holding end portion of the support member presses the support member along with the swing. . Then, the support member is lowered, and accordingly, the urging force is stored in the second urging member. Then, when the container is further inserted deeply into the storage recess, the swinging end part comes off from the bottom of the container, and the supporting member is raised by the urging force of the second urging member, and accordingly, the second shaft part becomes the first guide groove. By being guided, the swing end swings upward.

At this time, since the first shaft portion is guided by the second guide groove, the holding end portion can swing downward, and the swing end portion swings upward. Therefore, the tip of the oscillating end moves in a direction away from the container, and the container can be extracted without the constricted part interfering with the support member.

At this time, since the holding end presses the support member, the support member moves downward and the urging force is stored in the second urging member. Therefore, after the container is pulled out, the holding end portion swings upward by the first shaft portion being guided by the second guide groove by the biasing force of the second biasing member, and the support member becomes substantially horizontal. Prepare for the next container insertion.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples.

Example 1
FIG. 1 shows a cup holder of this embodiment. This cup holder is used by being held in a console box of an automobile.

The cup holder includes a box-shaped holder body 1 having two storage recesses 10, a holding member 2 that is detachably held by the holder body 1, and a pair of left and right supports that are swingably held by the holding member 2. It is comprised from the member 3. The holder body 1 includes a pair of storage recesses 10 into which containers are inserted, and a pair of rails 11 are formed in the center so as to face each other. The storage recess 10 is formed in a size that can store a large-diameter container having a large diameter.

As shown in FIG. 2, the holding member 2 includes a pair of side portions 20, a bridge portion 21 that connects the upper portions of the side portions 20, and a bottom portion that is fixed to the side portions 20 on both sides opposite to the bridge portion 21. 22 and engaging grooves 23 are formed on the outer surfaces of the pair of side portions 20, respectively. When the rail 11 of the holder main body 1 is engaged with the engaging groove 23, the holding member 2 is held at the center of the holder main body 1 so as to divide the holder main body 1 into two.

In the holding member 2, a support member 24 is disposed between the bridge portion 21 and the bottom portion 22 so as to be movable up and down. Two guide grooves 25 extending in the vertical direction are formed on the surfaces of the pair of side portions 20 facing each other, and the support member 24 is vertically guided by projections 26 projecting from both sides being guided by the guide grooves 25. It is possible to move. A coil spring 27 is interposed between the bottom 22 and the support member 24, and the support member 24 is urged upward by the coil spring 27.

Each of the pair of support members 3 includes a swing end portion 31 having an arc-shaped holding surface 30 at one end portion and a holding end portion 32 on the opposite side, and the holding end portion 32 projects to the left and right sides. Each of the projections 33 is formed. The protrusion 33 engages with the guide groove 25 of the support member 24 at the upper part of the protrusion 26, and the support member 3 is guided by the guide groove 25 and can move up and down. In other words, the protrusion 33 of the support member 3 and the protrusion 26 of the support member 24 are vertically engaged with the guide groove 25 in this order. Further, springs 34 are interposed between the support member 24 and the support member 3, respectively, and the support member 3 is biased in a direction in which the swing end portion 31 swings upward.

Therefore, in a state where there is no external load, as shown in FIG. 4, the support member 24 is in a position close to the bridge portion 21 by the coil spring 27, and the pair of support members 3 have the holding end portions 32 and the support member 24. It is sandwiched between the bridge 21. Further, the swinging end 31 of the support member 3 is biased upward by the spring 34, and the swinging of the support member 3 is restricted by the upper surface of the support member 3 coming into contact with the bridge 21. It is in a state of projecting substantially horizontally from the portion 21 toward the storage recesses 10 on both sides.

In the cup holder of this embodiment configured as described above, when the container is held, the support member 3 is pressed at the bottom of the container as shown in FIG. The end 31 swings downward. When the container is further inserted deeply into the storage recess 10, the support member 3 is detached from the bottom of the container when the diameter of the container is small or medium, and the swing end 31 swings upward by the biasing force of the spring 34. Therefore, as the container is inserted, the holding surface 30 follows the outer wall of the container, and the container reaches the bottom of the storage recess 10.

As a result, the container is stably held by the bottom surface and the inner wall surface of the storage recess 10 and the holding surface 30 of the swing end 31 of the support member 3 as shown in FIG. Further, since the support member 3 is biased by the spring 34 via the support member 24, the support member 3 can be elastically brought into contact with the outer wall of various containers from a small diameter to a medium diameter, and can stably hold containers of various diameters. it can. In the case of a large-diameter container, the support member 3 can be stably held by the tip elastically contacting the outer wall of the container with the swinging end 31 swinging downward.

When a container having a constricted portion is extracted from the housing recess 10, an upward force is applied to the swing end portion 31 by the constricted portion. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the support member 3 comes into contact with the bridge portion 21, and the swing end portion 31 swings upward with the contact point as a fulcrum. On the other hand, the holding end 32 swings downward by pushing down the support member 24 against the urging force of the coil spring 27 as the protrusion 33 moves downward in the guide groove 25. Therefore, the tip of the swinging end 31 moves away from the container, and the container can be extracted without the constricted part interfering with the support member 3.

After the container is extracted, the urging force of the coil spring 27 is transmitted to the holding end 32 via the support member 24, and the holding end 32 swings upward, so that the swinging end 31 swings downward. The support member 3 is in a substantially horizontal state to prepare for the insertion of the next container.

That is, according to the cup holder of the present embodiment, even a bottle having a constricted portion can be smoothly put in and out.

(Example 2)
The cup holder of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the structures of the holding member 4 (2), the support member 5 (3), and the support member 6 (24) are different. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the holding member 4 includes a pair of side portions 40 and a bridge portion 41 that connects the upper portions of the side portions 40, as in the first embodiment. Engagement grooves 42 that engage with the rails 11 of the holder body 1 are formed on the outer surfaces. A pair of rods 43 is suspended from the back surface of the bridge portion 41, and guide grooves 44 extending vertically are formed on the inner surfaces of the pair of side portions 40 so as to face each other.

The support member 5 includes a swinging end 51 having a holding surface 50 and a pair of arm portions 52 (holding end) protruding from the end opposite to the swinging end 51. At the tip of each arm portion 52, a pivot shaft 53 projects from the outer surface, and a projection 54 having a substantially elliptical cross section projects from the inner surface. Although FIG. 6 shows the support member 5 on one side, the other support member has the same shape. The pivot shafts 53 are respectively engaged with the guide grooves 44, and the support member 5 is held by the holding member 4 so as to be movable up and down.

The support member 6 is formed with step portions 60 on the outer surfaces on both sides, and the protrusions 54 of the support member 5 are engaged with the step portions 60. Further, the support member 6 is formed with a through hole 61 penetrating vertically, and the rod 43 of the holding member 4 is inserted into the through hole 61. Therefore, the support member 6 can move up and down while being guided by the rod 43. Although FIG. 6 shows the support member 6 on one side, the support member 6 having the same shape is also arranged on the other rod 43.

A coil spring 62 is interposed on the outer periphery of the rod 44 penetrating the through hole 61 of the support member 6, and a locking pin 63 for restricting the movement of the coil spring 62 is fixed to the tip of the rod 43. The outer diameter of the coil spring 62 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 61, and the coil spring 62 is sandwiched between the locking pin 63 and the upper wall of the support member 6, and the support member 6 is bridged between the holding member 2 by the coil spring 62. It is biased in the direction approaching 41.

First, when the container is not inserted in the storage recess 10, the support member 6 is in contact with the bridge portion 41 of the holding member 2 by a coil spring 62 as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. At this time, the protrusion 54 is along the step portion 60, and the support member 5 is substantially horizontal and protrudes into the storage recess 10. The pivot shaft 53 is located at the upper end of the guide groove 44.

When holding the container, as shown in FIG. 9, the swinging end 51 of the support member 5 is pressed at the bottom of the container, and the swinging end 51 of the support member 5 is lowered around the pivot shaft 53. Swing. Then, since the protrusion 54 presses the step portion 60, the support member 6 is lowered while being guided by the rod 43, and the urging force is further stored in the coil spring 62. When the container is further inserted deeply into the storage recess 10, the swinging end 51 is detached from the bottom of the container, the support member 6 is moved upward by the biasing force of the coil spring 62, and the support member 5 is swung as shown in FIG. Since the substantially horizontal state is shown, the swinging end portion 51 follows the outer wall of the container as the container is inserted.

As a result, the container is stably held by the bottom surface and inner wall surface of the storage recess 10 and the swing end 51. Further, since the support member 5 is biased by the coil spring 62 via the support member 6, it can elastically contact the outer wall of various containers from a small diameter to a medium diameter, and can stably hold containers of various diameters. it can. In the case of a large-diameter container, the support member 5 can be stably held by the tip of the support member 5 being in elastic contact with the outer wall of the container with the swing end 51 swinging downward.

When a container having a constricted portion is extracted from the storage recess 10, an upward force is applied to the swing end portion 51 by the constricted portion. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the support member 5 comes into contact with the bridge portion 41, and the swing end portion 51 tries to swing upward with the contact point as a fulcrum. On the other hand, the arm part 52 pushes down the support member 6 against the urging force of the coil spring 62 as the pivot shaft 53 descends in the guide groove 44 and the projection 54 moves downward, and the arm part 52 moves downward. Swing. Therefore, the swinging end 51 swings upward, the tip of the swinging end 51 moves away from the container, and the container can be pulled out without the constricted part interfering with the support member 5.

After the container is extracted, the support member 6 is raised by the biasing force of the coil spring 62. Then, the projection 54 is pressed by the step portion 60, the pivot shaft 53 moves up in the guide groove 44, and the arm portion 52 swings upward, so that the swing end portion 51 swings downward, and the support member 5 Becomes substantially horizontal to prepare for the insertion of the next container.

That is, according to the cup holder of the present embodiment, even a bottle having a constricted portion can be smoothly put in and out.

(Example 3)
Since the cup holder of the present embodiment is the same as that of the second embodiment except that the structures of the holding member 4 and the support member 5 are different, the same reference numerals as those of the second embodiment are given to the portions common to the second embodiment. explain.

As shown in FIG. 11, the support member 5 has a first shaft portion 55 projecting from the end portion of the arm portion 52, and a second shaft portion 56 on the side closer to the swing end portion 51 than the first shaft portion 55. Projected. The first shaft portion 55 and the second shaft portion 56 protrude from the arm portion 52 perpendicular to the swinging direction of the support member 5 and in parallel with each other. In the support member 5, the arm portion 52 is held between the holding member 4 and the support member 6 as in the second embodiment, and the protrusion 54 is in contact with the step portion 60.

Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a first guide groove 45 and a second guide groove 46 for guiding the first shaft portion 55 and the second shaft portion 56 are formed on the side portion 40 of the holding member 4. The first guide groove 45 is formed in an arc shape centered on the upper end of the second guide groove 46, and the second guide groove 46 is formed in an arc shape centered on the upper end of the first guide groove 45.

First, when the container is not inserted into the storage recess 10, the support member 6 is in contact with the bridge portion 41 of the holding member 2 by a coil spring 62 as shown in FIG. At this time, the protrusion 54 is along the step portion 60, and the support member 5 is substantially horizontal and protrudes into the storage recess 10. As shown in FIG. 13, the first shaft portion 55 is located at the upper end of the second guide groove 46, and the second shaft portion 56 is located at the upper end of the first guide groove 45.

When holding the container, as shown in FIG. 14, the support member 5 is pressed at the bottom of the container, the support member 5 is centered on the first shaft portion 55, and the second shaft portion 56 is formed in the first guide groove 45. While being guided, the swing end 51 swings downward. Then, since the protrusion 54 presses the step portion 60, the support member 6 is lowered while being guided by the rod 43, and the urging force is further stored in the coil spring 62. When the container is further inserted deeply into the storage recess 10, the swinging end 51 is detached from the bottom of the container, the support member 6 is moved upward by the biasing force of the coil spring 62, and the support member 5 is swung. Therefore, the swinging end 51 follows the outer wall of the container as the container is inserted.

Then, the first shaft portion 55 is guided by the second guide groove 46, so that the arm portion 52 swings downward about the second shaft portion 56 and the swing end portion 51 moves upward as shown in FIG. Swing to. Accordingly, the tip of the swinging end 51 moves away from the container, and the container can be extracted without the constricted part interfering with the support member 5.

At this time, the arm portion 52 swings downward, so that the projection 54 pushes down the support member 6 against the urging force of the coil spring 62. Therefore, after extracting the container, the support member 6 is raised by the urging force of the coil spring 62, and the first shaft portion 55 is guided to the second guide groove 46, so that the arm portion 52 is centered on the second shaft portion 56. Oscillates upward and the oscillating end 51 oscillates downward, and the support member 5 is in a substantially horizontal state to prepare for the insertion of the next container.

That is, according to the cup holder of the present embodiment, even a bottle having a constricted portion can be smoothly put in and out.
