Description

The present invention relates to a method for attaching a wiring box to a lightweight steel material and the wiring box.

The lightweight partition wall is constructed by standing wall materials so as to sandwich a plurality of lightweight steel members standing at intervals. In order to construct this lightweight partition wall, first, a long runner having a substantially U shape is fixed to the ceiling and the floor so that the openings of the runners face each other. Next, insert the upper and lower ends of each lightweight section steel inside the upper and lower runners respectively, then adjust the position by sliding the lightweight section steel in the length direction of the runner according to the standing wall material, A lightweight partition wall is constructed by fixing the wall material to the lightweight steel material and the runner at the adjusted position.

Installation of the wiring device on the lightweight partition wall is performed by attaching a wiring box to the lightweight steel material before the wall material is erected, and drilling the wall material from the front side of the lightweight partition wall after the construction of the lightweight partition wall. The wiring box is faced to the front side of the lightweight partition wall, and the wiring device is accommodated in the wiring box through the perforation. The wiring box is formed in the shape of a bottomed square box having an opening on the front surface, and when the perforation is drilled in the wall material, the opening faces the front side of the lightweight partition wall through the perforation. Attached to lightweight steel. Further, when the wiring device is installed, the wiring box is attached to the lightweight steel material so that the opening is located in the vicinity of the back surface of the wall material so that the wiring device is accommodated in the wiring box. For this reason, the wiring box is attached to the lightweight steel material so that the opening surface of the wiring box is substantially flush with the outer wall surface (hereinafter referred to as the front surface) of the wall facing the back surface of the wall material in the lightweight steel material. It is attached to a lightweight steel material so as to be positioned.

This mounting operation is performed by bringing the side wall of the wiring box into contact with the wall portion of the lightweight steel and forcibly screwing the screw penetrating the side wall of the wiring box into the lightweight steel. Patent Document 1 discloses a wiring box that makes it easy to position the opening surface of the wiring box and the front surface of the lightweight steel material on substantially the same plane. That is, the wiring box disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a pair of engaging protrusions (engaging protrusions) on the end surface of the side wall (contacting part) that contacts the lightweight steel member when attached to the lightweight steel member. Is provided. The engaging protrusion engages with a corner corner of the lightweight steel when the side wall (abutting portion) is brought into contact with the wall of the lightweight steel. The light-weight shaped steel material is positioned substantially on the same plane as the front surface. And the attachment work to the lightweight shape steel material of a wiring box comes to be performed in the state where the opening surface of the wiring box was located on the substantially same plane as the front surface of a lightweight shape steel material using an engagement protrusion. Yes.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-275732

However, since the engaging protrusion in the wiring box of Patent Document 1 protrudes slightly outward from the side wall and can be engaged only with the corner corner, the engaging protrusion can engage with the lightweight steel material. It was unstable. Further, even if the wiring box is configured to include the engaging protrusions, the lightweight box steel is made of metal, so the wiring box is slidable with respect to the lightweight steel. For this reason, when attaching a wiring box to a lightweight steel material, the wiring box is likely to be displaced, and it is difficult to perform the work of attaching the wiring box so that the opening surface of the wiring box is substantially flush with the front surface of the lightweight steel material. was there. Moreover, in the construction of the lightweight partition wall, the lightweight shaped steel material is movable along the runner until it is fixed to the wall material. For this reason, in order to screw the screw into the light-weight shaped steel material, when the screw is pressed against the light-weight shaped steel material, the light-weight shaped steel material may move along the runner. There is a problem that it is very difficult to perform the mounting operation so as to be located on the same plane as the front surface of the.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the object thereof is to make the wiring box a lightweight shape steel material so that the opening surface of the box main body is positioned substantially on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the lightweight shape steel material.
(First embodiment)
A wiring box mounting method and a wiring box according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

First, the lightweight partition wall W will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the lightweight partition wall W includes a pair of upper and lower runners R fixed to a ceiling (not shown) and a floor (not shown), and a plurality of lightweight shapes standing between the runners R. It is constructed from a steel material P and a wall material Wa standing by being fixed to the light-weight shaped steel material P and the runner R. As the wall material Wa, a gypsum board generally used is used. The runner R has a long shape, and a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the length direction of the runner R has a U-shape and has an opening extending in the length direction. And in the state where runner R was fixed to the ceiling and the floor, the openings of both runners R face each other.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the light-weight shaped steel material P is a thin steel plate, and the cross-sectional view in a direction orthogonal to the standing direction (length direction) of the light-weight shaped steel material P is substantially C-shaped. C-shaped steel. The lightweight steel P is composed of an opening Pa extending in the standing direction, a back plate portion Pb facing the open portion Pa, and a pair of side plate portions Pc sandwiching the back plate portion Pb. The opening Pa is formed between a pair of opposed lip portions Pd extending from the pair of side plate portions Pc, and each lip portion Pd is opposed to the back plate portion Pb. ing.

And in order to construct the lightweight partition wall W, first, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper end part and the lower end part of the lightweight steel material P are respectively inserted inside the upper and lower runners R fixed to the ceiling and the floor, The lightweight shape steel P is erected using the runner R. At this time, the light-weight shaped steel P is not fixed to the runner R, and is movable in the length direction of the runner R. At this time, the opening Pa of the lightweight steel P is directed in the same direction, and the pair of side plate portions Pc on the side where the wall material Wa is installed are arranged on the same plane. Next, after moving the light-weight shaped steel P along the runner R so that the light-weight shaped steel P is positioned at both side edges extending in the vertical direction of the wall material Wa and the center between the both-side edges, the wall material While fixing Wa to the runner R with screws (not shown) and fixing the wall material Wa and the lightweight steel material P with screws (not shown), the lightweight partition wall W is constructed.

Next, the wiring box 10 attached to the light-weight shaped steel member P in order to install a wiring device (for example, a switch) on the lightweight partition wall W will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wiring box 10 includes a box body 11 made of a synthetic resin material and formed in a bottomed square box shape. The box body 11 is formed from a bottom wall 12 having a square plate shape and side walls 13 to 16 standing on the side edges of the bottom wall 12 and surrounded by the side walls 13 to 16. A box opening Sa is provided on the front surface. 2 and 5, in the box body 11, the front surface opposite to the bottom wall 12 and opening the box opening Sa is the opening surface S of the box body 11, and all the side walls are formed. 13 to 16, the end surface on the box opening Sa side is all located on the opening surface S. Of the side walls 13 to 16, a pair of side walls on the short side of the box body 11 is referred to as an upper side wall 13 and a lower side wall 14, and a pair of side walls on the long side is referred to as a left side wall 15 and a right side wall 16.

On the opening surface S side of the left side wall 15, an extending portion 15 a extending in a direction connecting the upper side wall 13 and the lower side wall 14 adjacent to the left side wall 15 (hereinafter, referred to as a length direction of the left side wall 15). Is provided. The extending portion 15a extends outward so as to be orthogonal to the wall surface of the left side wall 15, and the surface of the extending portion 15a on the side of the box opening Sa is located on the opening surface S. Yes. That is, the extending portion 15a constitutes a part of the end surface of the left side wall 15 on the box opening portion Sa side. A plurality of (three in this embodiment) contact portions 21 are integrally formed on the left side wall 15 at regular intervals. Of the three contact portions 21, the center contact portion 21 is located at the center of the left side wall 15 in the length direction. In each contact portion 21, the surface facing the outside of the box body 11 and parallel to the wall surface of the left side wall 15 constitutes a contact surface 21a, and the contact surface 21a is the extension portion. In 15a, it lies on the same plane as the plane parallel to the wall surface of the left side wall 15.

Each contact portion 21 is formed with a plurality of (two in this embodiment) fixing holes 27 each having a substantially circular hole shape, and each fixing hole 27 fixes the box body 11 to the lightweight steel member P. It is formed so that a screw N as a fixing member to be inserted can be inserted (see FIG. 5). Each fixing hole 27 has the same length in the penetrating direction of the abutting portion 21 as the thickness of the abutting portion 21, and the length along the penetrating direction of the fixing hole 27 is on the inner surface of the fixing hole 27. The length is such that tilting of the abutting screw N can be prevented.

One of the two fixing holes 27 of each contact portion 21 is located on the box opening Sa side, and the other is located in the center of the box body 11 in the depth direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, when the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P, the contact surface 21 a of each contact part 21 is brought into contact with the lip part Pd that is a wall part of the lightweight steel member P. It is like that. In the present embodiment, when the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P, the contact portion 21 (contact surface 21a) is in contact with one lip portion Pd on the opening Pa side. In this abutting state, the screw N is inserted into the fixing hole 27 on the side of the box opening Sa of the box body 11 out of the two fixing holes 27 and is screwed into the lip part Pd of the lightweight steel P. It has become.

As shown in FIGS. 4A, 4 </ b> B, and 5, the extending portion 15 a (left side wall 15) has two engaging protrusions 22 orthogonal to the wall surface of the left side wall 15. , Projecting outward. Each engagement protrusion 22 is between the lip portion Pd and the side plate portion Pc adjacent to the lip portion Pd in a state where the contact portion 21 (contact surface 21a) is in contact with the lip portion Pd. It is formed to be engageable with the corner portion C. That is, each engagement protrusion 22 has an arc shape along the corner portion C.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, in the extending portion 15 a, a central portion in the length direction of the left side wall 15, and a protruding portion 23 protrudes between the two engaging protruding portions 22. That is, the protrusion 23 is integrally formed on the left side wall 15 on which the contact portion 21 is formed. The projecting portion 23 is formed in a flat plate shape as a whole and is formed in a U-shape when viewed from the front. And the protrusion part 23 is connected with the extension part 15a by two places, and the two connection parts to the extension part 15a in the protrusion part 23 are connected by the front end side. That is, a through hole 23a is formed between two connecting portions of the protruding portion 23 to the extending portion 15a.

The protrusion 23 is entirely flat so that when the surface 23A is pressed toward the light-weight shaped steel P (side plate part Pc), the protrusion 23 itself does not rotate on the light-weight shaped steel P with its own axis of rotation. It is formed in a shape. Further, when the protrusion 23 presses the surface 23 </ b> A toward the lightweight steel P, the box body 11 rotates in the direction toward the lightweight steel P around the protrusion 23 and the protrusion 23. Is formed in a size that prevents movement toward the side (rear side) toward the side plate portion Pc different from the side plate portion Pc that is in contact with.

Further, the protrusion 23 has a required thickness and is formed in a flat plate shape that can be pressed by an adult male hand, specifically, a finger. Further, the protrusion 23 extends outward from the box body 11 so that the front surface 23 </ b> A and the back surface 23 </ b> B are orthogonal to the wall surface of the left side wall 15. The surface 23A of the protruding portion 23 is a surface facing the front side of the wall when the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel P, and the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is a surface opposite to the surface 23A. That is. The back surface 23 </ b> B of the protrusion 23 is located on the same plane as the opening surface S of the box body 11. A plurality of recesses 23d are formed on the surface 23A of the protrusion 23, but nothing protrudes from the surface 23A. For this reason, the surface 23A of the projecting portion 23 is formed in a size suitable for pressing with a finger without causing any inconvenience in pressing with the finger. That is, the protrusion 23 is formed in a size that is neither too small nor too large than the finger. And the surface 23A of the protrusion part 23 comprises the press part suitable for pressing with a finger | toe.

A through hole 23a that penetrates the protruding portion 23 in the thickness direction is formed on the extended portion 15a side (base end side) of the protruding portion 23. As shown in FIG. 7, the tip of one gripping piece 50a of a pliers 50 as a gripping tool can be inserted into the through hole 23a. Then, one gripping piece 50 a of the pliers 50 is inserted into the through hole 23 a, and a part of the projecting portion 23 is formed in the short side direction of the projecting portion 23 by the one gripping piece 50 a and the other gripping piece 50 b of the pliers 50. It is possible to grip from. That is, in the protruding portion 23, a portion aligned with the through hole 23 a in the short side direction forms a gripped portion 23 b gripped by the pliers 50.

As shown in FIG. 6, an insertion recess 23 c as an insertion portion is provided in the back surface 23 </ b> B of the protrusion 23. In the insertion recess 23c, a gap is formed between the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 and the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc when the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is in contact with the side plate portion Pc of the lightweight steel P. The tip of the driver (minus) D can be inserted into the gap, that is, the insertion recess 23c. When the driver D is tilted with the tip of the driver D inserted into the insertion recess 23c, the tip of the driver D is engaged with the inner surface of the insertion recess 23c. That is, the inner surface of the insertion recess 23c forms an engaged portion with which the driver D is engaged. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, in the extended portion 15a, insertion grooves 24 each having a narrow groove shape are recessed in the vicinity of a connecting portion between the protruding portion 23 and the extended portion 15a. The tip of the driver D can be inserted into the insertion groove 24.

Next, a method for attaching the wiring box 10 to the lightweight steel material P will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the contact surface of the contact portion 21 of the box main body 11 with respect to the light-weight shaped steel material P to which the wiring box 10 is attached in a state where the plurality of light-weight shaped steel materials P are erected on the runner R. 21a is made to contact | abut to the lip part Pd as a wall part of the lightweight shaped steel material P. As shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is brought into contact with the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc, which is another wall portion adjacent to and perpendicular to the lip portion Pd in the lightweight steel P. . Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, the engaging protrusion 22 engages with a corner portion C between the lip portion Pd and the side plate portion Pc.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the back surface 23B of the projecting portion 23 is located on the same plane as the opening surface S of the box body 11, and therefore the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc with which the back surface 23B of the projecting portion 23 abuts. And the opening surface S of the box body 11 are located on substantially the same plane. In addition, this substantially same plane is natural when the opening surface S of the box body 11 and the side plate portion Pc are located on the same plane, and the opening surface S of the box body 11 is slightly retracted from the side plate portion Pc. Including the case where it is in position. And in the state which the back surface 23B of the protrusion part 23 contact | abutted to the outer wall surface of the side plate part Pc, in the light-weight shaped steel material P, the protrusion part 23 is located in the lip | rip part Pd side from the centerline of the width direction of the side plate part Pc. ing.

For this reason, when the light-weight shaped steel P is grasped by hand from the back plate portion Pb side, the protruding portion 23 is disposed at the place where the finger (thumb) is located. In addition to being able to grasp, the surface 23A of the protruding portion 23 can be pressed with the thumb toward the side plate portion Pc. When the front surface 23A of the protruding portion 23 is pressed with the thumb, the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is pressed against the side plate portion Pc, and the protruding portion 23 is sandwiched between the thumb and the side plate portion Pc. Then, the wiring box 10 is hold | maintained at the lightweight shaped steel P so that the opening surface S of the box main body 11 may be located on the substantially the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side-plate part Pc. In this holding state, the fixing hole 27 on the opening surface S side is at a position facing the lip portion Pd.

The protruding portion 23 has a flat plate shape as a whole and is formed in a U-shape when viewed from the front. That is, the protrusion 23 is entirely flat so that when the surface 23A is pressed toward the side plate portion Pc (another wall portion), the protrusion 23 itself does not rotate on the side plate portion Pc with its own rotation axis. Is formed. Moreover, since the protrusion part 23 is connected with the extended part 15a at two places, the protrusion part 23 is in contact with the side plate part Pc at a position away in the standing direction of the lightweight steel material P. . In addition, when the protrusion 23 presses the surface 23A toward the side plate part Pc (another wall part), the box body 11 rotates around the protrusion 23 in the direction toward the lightweight steel P. It is formed in a size that prevents movement and rearward movement of the light-weight shaped steel P. Therefore, by holding the projecting portion 23 between the side plate portion Pc with the thumb (hand), the wiring box 10 is lightweight so that the opening surface S thereof is positioned substantially on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc. The steel material P can be held.

And the screw N as a fixing member is penetrated to the fixing hole 27 in the holding state, and the screw N is forcibly screwed into the lip portion Pd. The fixing hole 27 into which the screw N is inserted is a fixing hole 27 located on the box opening Sa side among the fixing holes 27 of the abutting portion 21 located in the center portion in the length direction of the left side wall 15. Here, the fixing hole 27 has a substantially circular hole shape. For this reason, for example, when the screw N is screwed into the lip portion Pd as in the case where the fixing hole 27 is formed in a long hole shape extending in the depth direction of the box body 11, the screw N is inserted into the fixing hole 27. It can prevent moving along. Therefore, the workability of screwing the screw N guided to the lip part Pd by the fixing hole 27 into the lip part Pd can be further improved.

And, by inserting the screw N into the lip portion Pd, a large force is applied to the light-weight shaped steel P in the length direction of the runner R. The shape steel material P is prevented from moving. Therefore, when the screw N is screwed in, the wiring box 10 is held in a predetermined position by the protrusion 23, and further, the lightweight shaped steel material P is not moved, so that the wiring box 10 is attached to the predetermined position. Easy to do.

Then, after the screw N is screwed into the lip portion Pd and the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P, the protruding portion 23 is removed from the box body 11. In a state in which the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P, an insertion recess 23c is opened laterally between the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc and the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the driver D is inserted in the insertion recess 23c, and the driver D is engaged with the back surface of the protrusion 23 (the inner surface of the insertion recess 23c). Tilt D. Then, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6, the protrusion 23 is bent from the base end side. By repeating the tilting of the driver D, the projecting portion 23 is broken off from the base end side and removed from the box body 11.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, the gripping piece 50a of the pliers 50 is inserted into the through hole 23a, and the gripped portion 23b is gripped by the gripping pieces 50a and 50b. Thereafter, the protruding portion 23 may be separated from the box body 11 and removed by the pliers 50 holding the gripped portion 23b. And as shown in FIG. 1, after the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel P, and the protrusion 23 is removed from the box body 11, the wall material Wa is fixed to the runner R. The steel material P and the wall material Wa are fixed, and the lightweight partition wall W is constructed.

According to the above embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The abutting portion 21 (the left side wall 15) of the box body 11 is brought into contact with the lip portion Pd (wall portion) of the lightweight steel member P, and the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is connected to the side plate portion Pc ( The wiring box 10 is configured so that the opening surface S of the box body 11 is positioned substantially on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc of the light-weight shaped steel material P in a state where it is in contact with another wall portion. And the protrusion part 23 is arrange | positioned in the position which can hold | grip the surface 23A with a thumb while it can be grasped with the lightweight shaped steel P when the lightweight shaped steel P is grasped by hand. For this reason, the protrusion 23 is sandwiched between the side plate portion Pc by the thumb (hand), so that the wiring box 10 is light in weight so that the opening surface S thereof is positioned substantially on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc. It can be held on the shaped steel material P. For this reason, when the screw N is screwed into the lip portion Pd, even if a large force acts on the wiring box 10 or the light-weight shaped steel P, the light-weight shaped steel P gripped by the hand moves along the runner R. This prevents the wiring box 10 from being displaced with respect to the lightweight steel P. Therefore, the work of attaching the wiring box 10 to the lightweight steel P can be easily performed so that the opening surface S of the wiring box 10 is positioned on substantially the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc.

(2) The protrusion 23 has a flat plate shape as a whole, and nothing protrudes forward from the surface 23A. Moreover, the planar size of the protrusion part 23 is formed in the size which is easy to press with a thumb. For this reason, when the lightweight steel P is grasped by hand, the surface 23A of the protrusion 23 is easily pressed with the thumb so that the opening surface S of the box body 11 is positioned substantially on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc. The work of holding the wiring box 10 can be performed without resistance.

(3) After attaching the wiring box 10 to the light-weight shaped steel member P, the protrusion 23 is removed from the box body 11. For this reason, after the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P, the protruding portion 23 is not removed, and the protruding portion 23 exists on the side plate portion Pc. It is possible to prevent the installation position from deviating from the predetermined position.

(4) Since the protrusion 23 is provided with the insertion recess 23c, the wiring box 10 is light-weight steel with the back surface 23B of the protrusion 23 abutting against the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc of the lightweight steel P. Even if it is attached to P, the tip of the driver D can be engaged with the back surface 23B of the protrusion 23 by inserting the tip of the driver D into the insertion recess 23c. Therefore, by tilting the driver D, the protruding portion 23 can be easily bent from the box body 11, and the removing operation of the protruding portion 23 can be easily performed.

(5) Since the through-hole 23a is formed in the projecting portion 23, the tip of one gripping piece 50a of the pliers 50 can be inserted into the through-hole 23a, and the gripped portion 23b of the projecting portion 23 is inserted into the pliers 50. It can be gripped with. Therefore, the protruding portion 23 can be easily separated from the box body 11 using the pliers 50, and the removing operation of the protruding portion 23 can be easily performed.

(6) Two fixing holes 27 are formed in the contact portion 21, the contact surface 21 a is contacted with the lip portion Pd, and the back surface 23 B of the protruding portion 23 is contacted with the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc. In the state, the fixing hole 27 on the box opening portion Sa side is opposed to the lip portion Pd. For this reason, by inserting the screw N into the fixing hole 27, the screw N can be guided to the lip portion Pd, and the screw N can be screwed into the lip portion Pd as it is, and the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel material P. The workability of the work can be improved.

(7) Among the three contact portions 21, when the screw N is screwed into the lip portion Pd from the fixing hole 27 of the central contact portion 21, the engagement protrusion 22 is the corner portion at a position sandwiching the screw N. C is engaged. Even when the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P with one screw N, the wiring box 10 is prevented from rotating around the screw N due to the engagement of the two engaging protrusions 22. be able to. As a result, the wiring box 10 can be non-rotatably attached to the light-weight shaped steel P with only one screw N, and the light-weight shaped steel P of the wiring box 10 is compared to the case where two or three screws N are used. Can be easily attached to

(8) An engagement protrusion 22 is formed on the extended portion 15a. The engagement protrusion 22 causes the contact portion 21 to contact the lip portion Pd, and the back surface 23B of the protrusion 23 contacts the side plate portion Pc. In the contacted state, it is locked to the corner portion C. For this reason, the wiring box 10 can be held at a predetermined position together with the protruding portion 23.

(9) The contact portion 21 is integrally formed with the left side wall 15 of the box body 11, and the protrusion 23 is integrally formed with the left side wall 15 (extension portion 15a) where the contact portion 21 is formed. For this reason, compared with the case where the contact part 21 is separately provided in the box main body 11, the attachment operation | work to the lightweight shape steel P of the wiring box 10 can be simplified.

(10) The protrusion 23 has a flat plate shape as a whole and is formed in a U-shape when viewed from the front, so that the rear surface 23B is brought into contact with the side plate portion Pc of the lightweight steel P, and the protrusion 23 is set to the side plate portion Pc. For example, the protrusion 23 itself may rotate on the side plate portion Pc about itself as a rotation axis, as in the case where the protrusion 23 is formed in a single thin plate shape. Can be prevented. In addition, when the protrusion 23 presses the surface 23A toward the side plate portion Pc, the protrusion 23 rotates in the direction toward the light-weight shaped steel member P and rotates toward the rear side of the light-weight shaped steel member P. It is sized to prevent movement. Therefore, the box body 11 can be prevented from entering the inside of the opening Pa by pressing the protruding portion 23 toward the side plate portion Pc. On the other hand, since the protrusion 23 is connected to the extended portion 15a at two locations, for example, unlike the case where the entire proximal end side of the protrusion 23 is connected to the extended portion 15a, the protrusion 23 protrudes. The part 23 can be easily separated from the box body 11.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a wiring box mounting method and a second embodiment of the wiring box embodying the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, since 2nd Embodiment is embodiment which provided the protrusion part in the mounting base 70 attached to the wiring box 10, the detailed description is abbreviate | omitted about the same part.

First, the wiring box 10 attached to the attachment base 70 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, the wiring box 10 has a plurality of (five in the present embodiment) fixing holes 27 in the left side wall 15 extending in the shape of a long hole in the front-rear direction (depth direction) of the box body 11. Is formed. Of the five fixing holes 27, three fixing holes 27 extending from the bottom wall 12 side to the box opening Sa side in the left side wall 15 are open to the bottom wall 12 side in the left side wall 15. Further, of the five fixing holes 27, two fixing holes 27 extending from the box opening Sa side to the bottom wall 12 side in the left side wall 15 are opened to the box opening Sa side in the left side wall 15. Further, in the extended portion 15 a of the left side wall 15, a recess 21 b is formed around the opening on the box opening portion Sa side in the two fixing holes 27. Further, in the box body 11, the engagement protrusion 22 is deleted.

In the second embodiment, the protruding portion 23 is provided in the wiring box 10 by attaching a mounting base 70 integrally provided with the protruding portion 23 to the left side wall 15 of the box body 11. As shown in FIG. 9, the mounting base 70 includes a rectangular plate-shaped base body 71 made of a synthetic resin material, and the protrusion 23 having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment protruding from the base body 71. Is provided as a unit. An attachment projection 76 projects from the center of one surface 75 of the pedestal main body 71, and an engagement projection 76 a projects from the tip of the installation projection 76. On one surface 75 of the pedestal main body 71, two locking pieces are provided on one long side of the pair of other side (long side) orthogonal to one side (short side) of the pedestal main body 71. 77 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 8, when the mounting protrusion 76 is inserted into the fixing hole 27 that opens to the bottom wall 12 side of the fixing hole 27 of the wiring box 10, the engaging protrusion 76 a of the fixing hole 27. The wiring box 10 is attached to the mounting base 70 by engaging with the periphery and the locking piece 77 locking in the recess 21b. In a state where the locking piece 77 is locked in the recess 21 b, the end surface 71 a on one long side side of the base body 71 on the side where the locking piece 77 is formed is the same as the opening surface S of the box body 11. It is located on a plane.

As shown in FIG. 10, in the pedestal main body 71, the other surface opposite to the one surface 75 is in contact with the lip portion Pd of the lightweight steel P when the mounting pedestal 70 is fixed to the lightweight steel P. A contact surface 73 is formed as a contact portion. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, in the pedestal main body 71, fixing mounting holes 74 through which screws N are inserted to fix the pedestal main body 71 to the lightweight steel P penetrate the pedestal main body 71 in the thickness direction. Is formed. Each fixing mounting hole 74 has a length in the penetration direction of the pedestal main body 71 that is the same as the thickness of the pedestal main body 71, and the length along the penetration direction of the fixing mounting hole 74 is the fixing attachment. The screw N inserted through the hole 74 is in contact with the inner surface of the fixing mounting hole 74 so that the screw N can be prevented from being tilted. In the pedestal main body 71, the protruding portion 23 is integrally formed on the end surface 71 a on one long side. The rear surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is continuous with the contact surface 73 of the pedestal main body 71 and is located on the same plane as the end surface 71a.

To attach the wiring box 10 to the lightweight steel P using the mounting base 70, first, the mounting protrusion 76 of the mounting base 70 is inserted into the fixing hole 27 of the wiring box 10, and the wiring box 10 is attached. The locking piece 77 is locked in the recess 21b. Then, the protrusion 23 is integrally provided in the wiring box 10, and a contact portion is formed by the contact surface 73 of the mounting base 70.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the contact surface 73 of the pedestal main body 71 is brought into contact with a lip portion Pd as a wall portion of the lightweight steel P. Further, the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is brought into contact with the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc which is another wall portion adjacent to the lip portion Pd and orthogonal to the lip portion Pd.

At this time, the back surface 23B of the projecting portion 23 is located on the same plane as the end surface 71a on which the projecting portion 23 is formed in the pedestal main body 71. Therefore, the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc with which the back surface 23B of the projecting portion 23 abuts. And the opening surface S of the box body 11 are located on substantially the same plane. Then, the lightweight shaped steel P is grasped by hand from the back plate portion Pb side, and the protruding portion 23 is grasped together with the lightweight shaped steel P, and the surface 23A (pressing portion) of the protruding portion 23 is pressed by the thumb, and the back surface of the protruding portion 23 23B is pressed against the side plate portion Pc, and the mounting base 70 is held by the lightweight steel material P. That is, when the mounting base 70 is held by the lightweight steel member P, the wiring box 10 attached to the mounting base 70 is also held by the lightweight steel member P.

In this holding state, the fixing hole 27 of the box main body 11 and the fixing mounting hole 74 on the projecting portion 23 side in the pedestal main body 71 are at positions facing the lip portion Pd. The projecting portion 23 has a flat plate shape as a whole and is formed in a U-shape when viewed from the front. That is, the protrusion 23 is entirely flat so that when the surface 23A is pressed toward the side plate portion Pc (another wall portion), the protrusion 23 itself does not rotate on the side plate portion Pc with its own rotation axis. Is formed. Moreover, since the protrusion part 23 is connected with two places with respect to the base main body 71, the protrusion part 23 is contact | abutting in the position away in the standing direction of the lightweight shape steel P with respect to the side-plate part Pc. For this reason, for example, when the protrusion 23 is formed in a single thin plate shape, when the surface 23A of the protrusion 23 is pressed toward the side plate Pc, the protrusion 23 rotates itself. Can be prevented from rotating on the side plate portion Pc.

Further, when the protrusion 23 presses the surface 23A toward the side plate portion Pc (another wall portion), the protrusion 23 rotates around the protrusion 23 in the direction toward the lightweight steel material P of the base body 71. And it is formed in the magnitude | size which prevents the movement to the lightweight shape steel P back side. For this reason, by pressing the protruding portion 23 with the thumb and holding the protruding portion 23 between the thumb and the side plate portion Pc, the pedestal main body 71 rotates in the thickness direction and the opening portion Pa in the lightweight steel P is formed. It is prevented that it enters inside.

Next, the screw N is inserted into the fixing mounting hole 74 from the fixing hole 27, and the screw N is screwed into the lip portion Pd. Then, the mounting base 70 is fixed to the lightweight steel member P, and the wiring box 10 is attached to the lightweight steel member P. Thereafter, the protruding portion 23 is removed from the pedestal main body 71.

Therefore, according to the second embodiment, the same effects as the effects (1) to (5), (9), and (10) described in the first embodiment can be obtained. Further, according to the second embodiment, the protruding portion 23 can be provided in the wiring box 10 by attaching the wiring box 10 to the mounting base 70.

In addition, you may change the said embodiment as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the wiring box 60 may include a box body 65 having a square frame shape including side walls 61 to 64, and box openings Sa may be opened on both front and rear sides. The length of the wiring box 60 in the depth direction is substantially the same as the length of the lightweight steel P in the width direction. Therefore, when the abutting surface 21a of the abutting portion 21 is abutted against the lip portion Pd and the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is abutted against the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc, the front opening surface S of the box body 65 is obtained. Is located on substantially the same plane as the outer wall surface of one side plate portion Pc, and the rear opening surface S is located on the substantially same plane as the outer wall surface of the other side plate portion Pc. In addition, in the wiring box 60 having the frame shape, it is possible to accommodate and attach the wiring device in the wiring box 60 from both of the box openings Sa.

As shown in FIG. 12, the length in the depth direction of the wiring box 10 of the first embodiment is increased, and the opening surface S of the box body 11 is substantially the same as the outer wall surface of one side plate portion Pc. The outer surface of the bottom wall 12 of the box body 11 may be positioned on a plane and substantially on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the other side plate portion Pc.

As shown in FIG. 13, the wiring box 10 may be of a type whose length in the depth direction is shorter than that of the embodiment, and in this case, the contact surface 21 a of the contact portion 21 is set on one side. When the back surface 23B of the protrusion 23 is brought into contact with the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc, the left side wall 15 does not come into contact with the other lip portion Pd. Thus, when attaching the wiring box 10 shortened in the depth direction to the light-weight shaped steel member P, the left side wall 15 is sandwiched between the projecting portion 23 and the side plate portion Pc by the thumb (hand). The bottom wall 12 side can be attached to the light-weight shaped steel material P without entering the opening Pa of the light-weight shaped steel material P. That is, even when the wiring box 10 is easy to enter the opening Pa, it is possible to prevent the wiring box 10 from being inclined due to the entry and to perform the attachment work to the lightweight steel member P.

As shown in FIG. 14, in the wiring box 10, the contact surface 21a of the contact portion 21 is brought into contact with the back plate portion Pb of the lightweight steel P, and the back surface 23B of the projecting portion 23 is set to the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc. You may attach to the lightweight shaped steel P in the state contact | abutted to. In this case, the screw N is screwed into the back plate part Pb from the center in the depth direction of the wiring box 10. Then, since the screw N is screwed into substantially the center in the width direction of the light-weight shaped steel material P, for example, in a state that is more stable than when the screw N is screwed into a position biased toward the side plate portion Pc. Can be attached.

In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, the contact surface 21a of the contact portion 21 is contacted with the lip portion Pd, and the back surface 23B of the protruding portion 23 is contacted with the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc. When the lightweight member P is extended from the left side wall 15 of the box body 11 to the rear plate portion Pb, which is another wall portion facing the lip portion Pd (wall portion) in the lightweight steel P. Good. The locking member 40 is assembled to the left side wall 15 by engaging a connecting projection 41 (shown by a broken line in FIG. 15) with the left side wall 15 with respect to the left side wall 15 and is also engaged with the back plate part Pb. A locking portion 40a to be stopped is integrally provided. In other words, the locking member 40 is assembled to the box main body 11, so that the locking portion 40 a is provided in the box main body 11. When the locking member 40 is assembled to the box body 11 and the contact surface 21a of the contact portion 21 is in contact with the lip portion Pd, one surface (back surface) of the locking member 40 is the side plate portion Pc. The opening surface S of the box body 11 is located on the same plane as the outer wall surface of the side plate portion Pc.

And holding the wiring box 10 in the lightweight shape steel P by grasping the lightweight shape steel P by hand and holding the locking member 40 and the protruding portion 23 between the hand and the side plate portion Pc of the lightweight shape steel P. Can do. Therefore, the locking member 40 (locking portion 40a) constitutes a protruding portion, and the wiring box 10 shown in FIG. 15 includes two protruding portions. And by comprising in this way, the lightweight shape steel P is pinched | interposed by the latching | locking part 40a and the contact part 21 of the latching member 40, and it is controlled that the wiring box 10 moves to the width direction of the lightweight shaped steel P. Is done. Therefore, when attaching the wiring box 10 to the lightweight steel member P, the protruding portion 23 and the locking member 40 may be gripped so as to prevent only the wiring box 10 from moving along the standing direction of the lightweight steel member P. . As a result, by providing the locking member 40, it is possible to facilitate the operation of attaching the wiring box 10 to the lightweight steel member P. Further, by removing the connecting protrusion 41 of the locking member 40 from the left side wall 15, the locking member 40 can be detached from the left side wall 15 and can be removed from the box body 11 together with the protruding portion 23.

In FIG. 15, the protruding portion 23 may be deleted, and in this case, the locking member 40 constitutes the protruding portion.
In 1st Embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, when the contact surface 21a of the contact part 21 is made to contact | abut to the lip part Pd, it opposes the lip part Pd (wall part) in the lightweight shaped steel P. As shown in FIG. You may extend the latching | locking part 43 latched to the backplate part Pb as another wall part from the protrusion part 23. FIG. Or in 2nd Embodiment, the latching | locking part 43 may be extended in the protrusion part 23 of the mounting base 70, and the latching | locking part 43 may be provided in the box main body 11. FIG.

In each embodiment, the through hole 23a and the insertion recess 23c of the protrusion 23 may be omitted. In this case, the protrusion 23 is manually removed from the box body 11 or a cutting tool (for example, a knife or The protrusion 23 may be removed by cutting from the box body 11 with a saw or the like.

In the first embodiment, the engagement protrusion 22 may be deleted.
