Description

The present invention relates to a tablet container in which tablets are stored in an airtight manner and a desired number of tablets can be reliably taken out from the inside.

Conventionally, tablets that dislike moisture have been screwed into a mouth tube portion of a container with a lid provided with a sealing material on the inside to keep the inside of the container containing the tablet airtight. In such a tablet container, the tablet is gradually dropped on the palm while gently shaking with the tablet container facing downward, and a desired number of tablets are taken out from the taken out tablets and put in the mouth, and the rest The tablets were again returned to the container.

There is also known a tablet container that has a take-out mechanism and takes out a desired number of tablets from the container.

In the conventional tablet container, the tablet touched by the hand is returned again into the tablet container, and there is a possibility that the dirt on the hand adheres to the tablet. Further, even if it is attempted to allow the tablets to flow out from the container little by little, it is difficult to adjust the operation, and the excess tablets are often returned to the container again. In addition, it is known that a small stopper-equipped inner stopper is fitted into the mouth of the tablet container, and a small amount flows out from the opening, but in this case, the tablets overlap and clog up inside the opening. was there.

Furthermore, in the container of the above invention, each time the button of the container is pressed, one or two predetermined number of tablets are taken out from the container, so the button must be operated many times until the required tablet comes out. There wasn't.

An object of the present invention is to provide a tablet container that can store and store tablets in an airtight manner and can reliably take out a desired number of tablets.

The tablet container was constructed as follows.

A container body for storing tablets, a cover body assembled airtightly via a sealing material on the outer periphery of the mouth tube part of the container body, and a takeout part attached to the inside of the mouth tube part,
The take-out part consists of a mounting plate assembled inside the mouth tube part and a rotating plate provided rotatably on the mounting plate,
The rotating plate has a holding portion for holding the tablet on at least one of the front and back surfaces, and the rotation direction of the rotating plate intersects with the take-out hole formed in the mounting plate substantially at right angles to the mounting plate, and the rotating plate is rotated. And the holding portion moved from the lower surface side to the upper surface side of the mounting plate, and the tablet container was configured by being attached to the mounting plate so that the tablet held by the holding portion inside the container body was carried out from the take-out hole.

The lid body may be screw-fitted or engaged using unevenness or other coupling means, but is preferably attached airtight to the container body via a sealing material.

The rotating plate holds the tablet in the take-out hole formed in the mounting plate substantially perpendicular to the mounting plate and on the lower surface side of the mounting plate, that is, inside the container, in the holding portion formed in the rotating plate. Attach to the mounting plate to be sufficient.

The holding unit may be provided on either one of the front and back surfaces of the rotating plate, but the holding unit may be provided on both sides of the rotating plate. The holding part is formed by a partition wall extending radially from the center of the rotating plate, for example. By changing the sandwiching angle of the partition wall according to the size of the tablet, each holding part is formed so that the tablet is held one by one. Furthermore, you may change the diameter of a rotating plate according to the magnitude | size of a tablet. Then, the holding part can be adapted to the size of the tablet without changing the number of holding parts provided on the rotating plate.

In addition, what is necessary is just to form a holding | maintenance part in at least one place of a rotating plate. Moreover, a holding | maintenance part may be formed widely with respect to the magnitude | size of a tablet, and a some holding | maintenance part may hold | maintain a some tablet so that a some tablet can be discharged | emitted from one holding | maintenance part. Furthermore, you may form a holding | maintenance part along the shape of a tablet. In addition, when the sandwiching angle of the partition wall is narrowed, a large number of holding parts are formed on the rotating plate. Therefore, a cover with an opening is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating plate, and the holding part for discharging the tablet is positioned at the opening. You may limit to only the holding | maintenance part.

The tablet container is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be flat.

By the sealing material provided between the lid and the container main body, the tablet can be stored in the container main body in an airtight manner, and moisture absorption and alteration of the tablet can be prevented. By rotating the rotating plate, a predetermined number of tablets can be accurately taken out. Therefore, a desired number of tablets can be taken out by rotating the rotating plate by a predetermined angle. Further, if the number of necessary tablets and the number of tablets stored in the holding unit are matched, one operation can be performed. Necessary tablets can be taken out reliably.

It is not necessary to shake the container when taking out the tablet, it is only necessary to rotate the rotating plate, and the tablet can be taken out from the container immediately when necessary. Since the tablets discharged from the container are not returned to the container again, the tablets can be stored and stored in a sanitary manner.

When the tablet container is flattened, the storage at the storage place when the tablet container is stored is good. Further, since the tablet container is familiar to the hand, operations such as taking out the tablet and handling are facilitated.

In the case of a tablet that does not require high airtightness, the structure of the lid can be simplified.

An embodiment of a tablet container 2 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 6, the tablet container 2 includes a container main body 4, a lid body 6 attached to the container main body 4, and a take-out portion 8 including a rotating plate 26. The lid 6 includes a lower half screw portion 20 and an upper half cover portion 22. The screw portion 20 has an inner diameter assembled to the outer periphery of the mouth tube portion 10, and is screwed onto the male screw 16 on the inner surface. A female screw 17 is formed. The cover portion 22 is formed integrally with the screw portion 20 and has a space in the interior so that the take-out portion 8 can be housed therein when assembled to the mouth tube portion 10.

A sealing material 21 is arranged on the upper part of the inner surface of the screw portion 20, and when the lid body 6 is screwed into the mouth tube portion 10, the sealing material 21 is placed between the lid body 6 and the mouth tube portion 10 via the extraction portion 8. The inside of the container body 4 is kept airtight.

The take-out part 8 is constituted by a mounting plate 24 and a rotary plate 26 assembled to the mouth tube part 10. The mounting plate 24 is circular, has a circumferential fitting piece 28 on the lower surface, and is airtightly coupled to the inner surface of the mouthpiece portion 10 by the fitting piece 28.

As shown in FIG. 6, a holding wall 32 is formed at the center of the mounting plate 24, and the rotating plate 26 is rotatably housed in an extraction hole 30 formed inside the holding wall 32. As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting plate 24 is formed with a step with one side (left side in FIG. 2) being low and the other (right side in FIG. 2) being high with the extraction hole 30 as a boundary. As shown in FIG. 4, the right side of the mounting plate 24 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape, and a holding wall 32 for forming the extraction hole 30 is formed on the upper surface thereof.

The take-out hole 30 is formed to have a width that is approximately the same as the thickness of the rotating plate 26 and is approximately the same length as the diameter direction of the rotating plate 26, and that the rotating plate 26 fits properly at a position passing through the center thereof. It is. A slit 34 having a circular lower part is provided at the center in the longitudinal direction of the holding wall 32, and the central shaft 36 of the rotating plate 26 is rotatably fitted.

The rotating plate 26 is formed of a circular substrate 38 having irregularities formed on the outer periphery and a partition wall 40 provided on one surface side of the base 38. The partition wall 40 is formed in three radial positions around the central axis 36, and an engagement piece 42 extending in the circumferential direction is provided at the distal end in the radial direction. The holding portion 43 is formed by a fan-shaped portion partitioned by the partition wall 40 and the engagement piece 42.

A protrusion 44 is formed on the back surface of the substrate 38, that is, on the opposite surface of the partition wall 40, corresponding to an intermediate position of the partition wall 40. The protrusions 44 are formed uniformly at three locations, and have a size and a height that fit into the slit 34 with an appropriate click feeling and can be easily detached from the slit 34.

The rotating plate 26 is attached to the mounting plate 24 with the substrate 38 on the left side of the mounting plate 24. On the lower right side of the mounting plate 24, a space is formed so that the tablet A is held in the holding portion 43 defined by the partition wall 40 and the engagement piece 42.

Next, the operation of the tablet container 2 will be described.

When the take-out part 8 is assembled to the container body 4 and the lid 6 is screwed into the mouth tube part 10, the tablet container 2 containing the tablets A is sealed.

Then, the lid body 6 is removed from the mouth tube portion 10, and the substrate 38 of the rotating plate 26 is rotated with a finger or the like with the mouth tube portion 10 facing downward as shown in FIG. Then, the partition wall 40 moves and the tablet A stored in the holding portion 43 is taken out from the take-out hole 30. Since the rotation plate 26 has a click feeling every time the projection 44 hits the slit 34, the tablets A can be taken out individually. When the rotating plate 26 is continuously rotated, the holding portion 43 is rotated, and the tablets A are sequentially taken out from the extraction holes 30 according to the rotation of the rotating plate 26.

When the desired number of tablets A are taken out, the lid body 6 is attached and the tablet container 2 is sealed.

7 to 10 show other examples of tablet containers.

In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the member same as the said example, and a different point from the said example is mainly demonstrated.

As shown in FIG. 10, the tablet container 3 has a flat shape, and each planar shape of the container main body 5, the lid body 7, and the mounting plate 25 is formed in an oval shape whose longitudinal direction is the diameter direction of the rotating plate 26. ing.

The container body 5 has a bottom portion 14 formed separately, and a mounting plate 25 is formed integrally with the body portion 12. A holding wall 32 is formed on the mounting plate 25, and a rotating plate 26 is rotatably mounted in an extraction hole 30 formed by the holding wall 32. One surface of the holding wall 32 extends to the lower end of the rotating plate 26 so as to hold the substrate 38 of the rotating plate 26. An inner wall 27 is provided on the upper surface of the mounting plate 25 in an oval shape along the edge of the mounting plate 25.

The lid body 7 has a structure that is detachably assembled to the container main body 5 by meshing fitting with a concave portion formed on the outer surface of the container body 5 and a convex portion formed on the inner surface of the lid body 7. A sealing material 23 is provided on the upper inner surface of the lid body 7. The sealing material 23 is formed of a top plate that covers the entire upper surface of the inner surface of the lid body 7 and a peripheral wall that is connected to the top plate and faces the inner wall 27. When the lid body 7 is attached to the container body 5, the inner side of the inner wall 27 is hermetically sealed. To.

The configuration of the rotating plate 26 and other members is almost the same as the above-described example.

According to the tablet container 3, since the tablet A can be stored in an airtight manner and has a flat shape, it is easy to handle and store. Further, similarly to the above example, the tablet A can be arbitrarily taken out by rotating the rotating plate 26.

Furthermore, other examples of the container for tablets are shown in FIGS.

The tablet container 9 is flat like the tablet container 3, and each planar shape of the container main body 11, the extraction portion 15, and the lid body 13 is formed in an oval shape whose longitudinal direction is the diameter direction of the rotating plate 26. Yes.

The container main body 11 is formed integrally with the body 12 and the bottom 14, and an attachment plate 29 is attached to the upper part. As described above, the mounting plate 29 is provided with the holding wall 32, and the rotating plate 26 is rotatably attached to the holding wall 32.

The lid 13 is only fitted to the side wall 31 of the mounting plate 29 and does not have a special airtight structure.

If it does in this way, since the container 9 for tablets can be made into a simple structure, and since the sealing material is not interposed, operation of the cover body 13 can be made easy. Further, similarly to the above example, the tablet A can be arbitrarily taken out by rotating the rotating plate 26.

In the above example, the planar shape of each member is an ellipse. However, the shape is not limited to an exact ellipse, and is not equal to an ellipse or a center line. May be an ellipse or the like different from the other diameter.
