Description

The present invention is a mating member for attaching an eaves ceiling board to the ceiling board, and a member having a ventilation structure for exhausting air containing indoor humidity to the outdoors, and has an excellent appearance. It relates to members.

Conventionally, there has been a vent hardware for eaves ceiling (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In Patent Document 1, a cross section in which a side plate is continuously provided from a horizontal upper plate and exhaust holes are formed in parallel on the side plate is a hat-shaped hardware.
In addition, other eaves ceiling ventilation edges exist (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In Patent Document 2, a hole is formed by opening a hole under the parting edge material to make a ventilation port, and a ventilation path is secured.

特開2005−256444号公報(第1頁、第1図)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-256444 (first page, FIG. 1) 特開2003−27652号公報(第1頁、第1図)JP2003-27652A (first page, FIG. 1)

In the invention described in Patent Document 1, the space between the two standing parts is an exhaust hole, but a ventilation hole is opened in the direction perpendicular to the exhaust hole. When the ventilation hole is formed in the vertical direction as described above, when the ceiling ventilator is used, the back of the ceiling can be seen from the outside through the exhaust hole and the ventilation hole. It was very bad in appearance that the inside of the eaves ceiling could be seen from outside.

Moreover, in the invention described in Patent Document 2, the air passage is certainly not in the vertical direction from the ventilation port. However, since the air supply opening from the ventilation rim was opened, the back of the ceiling was visible when viewed from the inclined direction, which was also bad in appearance.

Therefore, the present invention provides an eaves ceiling ventilation member that does not allow the back of the ceiling to be seen from the outside through the air supply hole through the air supply hole, and has a good appearance when used.

The present invention is an eaves ceiling ventilation member comprising a groove-type discharge portion and a groove-type air supply portion disposed on the groove-type discharge portion at a predetermined interval. The discharge portion includes an intermediate horizontal plate and both sides thereof. The connecting plate is continuously formed from the upper horizontal plate formed continuously from the connecting plate, and the air supply portion is formed from the lower horizontal plate, the wall plate formed upright on both sides thereof, and the respective wall plates. It consists of a continuously formed receiving plate, a non-combustible volume expansion material is disposed on the surface side of the lower horizontal plate or on the wall plate surface, and a discharge hole is opened in the connecting plate or the upper horizontal plate. An air supply hole is opened in the width, and this air supply hole is shorter than the length in the width direction of the middle horizontal plate located above the air supply hole.

Also, the air supply hole is formed in a bridge shape so as to protrude upward from the lower horizontal plate, and a gap between the protruding raised portions on both sides and the flat portion of the bridge portion and the lower horizontal plate is formed as a slit hole. Is preferred.

Moreover, it is preferable that the flat part of the bridge | bridging part of the air supply hole of a slit hole is shorter than the width direction length of the middle horizontal board located in the upper part.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the eaves ceiling ventilation member of the present invention is used, the air supply hole and the exhaust hole are not opened in the vertical direction. The structure is such that the view is blocked and the interior is not visible. Appearance is good because the inside is invisible.
Conventionally, when an eaves ceiling ventilation member is used, the interior can be seen through the air supply hole and the exhaust hole. In addition, the air supply hole and the exhaust hole are appropriately opened, and the ventilation function is not deteriorated.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, even when viewed from directly below the air supply unit, the bridged flat portion blocks the field of view so that the inside cannot be seen. Moreover, even if the air supply holes are viewed from obliquely below, shifted in the width direction from just below the air supply part, the ridges that bridge the flat part block the field of view, so that the inside can be seen through the air supply holes and the exhaust holes. Can not. Thereby, the eaves ceiling ventilation member of the present invention cannot be seen indoors from the outside, and is excellent in appearance.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the air supply holes can be opened to the maximum while the inside cannot be seen, and the ventilation function can be improved.
The exhaust hole is not positioned in the vertical direction of the flat portion of the air supply hole. The end of the exhaust hole is positioned above the raised portion of the air supply hole. Since the raised portion has a raised shape, the inside is hardly seen through the exhaust hole. For this reason, also in the invention according to claim 3, when the eaves ceiling ventilation member is used, the indoors cannot be seen from the outside through the air supply hole through the exhaust hole. Therefore, this makes it possible to improve the ventilation function in a state where the inside is not visible.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of an eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a side view showing a use state of the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an air supply unit 31 of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a BB showing a second embodiment of the present invention. It is line sectional drawing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 of the present invention combines an exhaust part 11 and an air supply part 31. As shown in FIG. 3, the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 is arranged to connect the vertical plate member 2 and the ceiling plate member 3. The eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 ventilates not only the connection between the vertical plate member 2 and the ceiling plate member 3 serving as the walls of the house but also the outside air. The exhaust part 11 has an exhaust hole 12, and the air supply part 31 has an air supply hole 32, and outdoor air supplied from the air supply hole 32 passes through the ventilation path 4 of the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 and is indoors from the exhaust hole 12 Can be exhausted.

In the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1, when the exhaust part 11 and the air supply part 31 are combined, the ventilation path 4 is formed between the exhaust part 11 and the air supply part 32. An incombustible expansion material 5 is appropriately disposed in the air passage 4. When the non-combustible expansion material 5 senses a certain temperature, it expands and closes the air passage 4. Thereby, when the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 of this invention is used and a fire etc. are carried out indoors, an air passage can be plugged and a fire spread can be prevented. Further, since the air supply from the outside can be blocked by the expansion material 5, the supply of oxygen to the indoor fire can be blocked, and the expansion of the indoor fire can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 4, the exhaust portion 11 of the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 includes a rectangular middle horizontal plate 13 formed of a thin steel plate, and connecting plates 14 and 14 on both sides in the width direction of the middle horizontal plate 13. Continuously formed. The middle horizontal plate 13 is formed in the horizontal direction, but the continuous plates 14 and 14 are continuously formed obliquely upward from the middle horizontal plate 13. Upper horizontal plates 15 and 15 are continuously formed on the side opposite to the middle horizontal plate side of each continuous plate 14 and 14. The upper horizontal plates 15 and 15 are formed in the horizontal direction.
That is, the exhaust part 11 is formed so that the middle horizontal plate 13 and the continuous plates 14 and 14 have a groove shape with respect to the upper horizontal plates 15 and 15. The groove-shaped exhaust part 11 is appropriately formed in the longitudinal direction.

A plurality of exhaust holes 12 of the exhaust part 11 are continuously formed in the continuous plates 14 and 14. As shown in FIG. 4, the exhaust hole 12 has a rectangular shape in which the width direction of the exhaust part 11 is a long side. The long side of the exhaust hole 12 is about 13.5 mm, while the short side is about 2 mm.

As shown in FIG. 5, the air supply portion 31 of the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 has a rectangular lower horizontal plate 33 formed of a thin steel plate, and wall plates 34 and 34 are continuously formed upright on both sides in the width direction. Is done. Each of the wall plates 34, 34 is formed with receiving plates 35, 35 on the side opposite to the lower horizontal plate side. The lower horizontal plate 33 and the receiving plates 35 and 35 are formed in the horizontal direction.
That is, the air supply unit 31 is also formed so that the wall plates 34 and 34 and the lower horizontal plate 33 are grooved with respect to the receiving plates 35 and 35.

The receiving plates 35 and 35 are formed with bent portions 36 and 36 that are appropriately bent to a length. The bent portions 36 and 36 bend the horizontal receiving plates 35 and 35 by about 180 degrees. The bent portions 36 and 36 have a space in which the thin steel plate can enter the bent inside. As shown in FIG. 6, the exhaust unit 11 and the air supply unit 31 can be combined by sliding the upper horizontal plates 15 and 15 of the exhaust unit 11 into the space.

A plurality of air supply holes 32 are formed in the lower horizontal plate 33. The air supply holes 32 are formed so as to bridge by extrusion molding. The flat portion of the air supply hole 32 is pushed out. Cuts are made on both sides of the air supply unit 31 in the width direction, and the air supply holes 32 are formed in a slit shape between the flat portion 37 on the upper side of the bridge and the lower horizontal plate 33 in the extruded state.
That is, the flat portion 37 is raised in a bridge shape by the raised portions 38, 38 on both sides, and an air supply hole is formed between the flat portion 37 and the lower horizontal plate 33 by the raised height.
Since the air supply hole 32 is formed in a cut portion between the bridged flat portion 37 and the lower horizontal plate 33, the flat portion 37 is visible even when viewed from directly below the air supply portion 31 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the inside of the air supply hole 32 is invisible.

When the exhaust part 11 and the air supply part 31 are combined, the exhaust hole 12 of the exhaust part is formed so as not to be positioned in the vertical direction of the air supply hole 32 of the air supply part. When the air supply holes 32 are extruded and formed in a slit shape, the inside of the air supply part 31 cannot be seen from directly below, but the inside can be seen from an obliquely downward direction shifted from the lower part of the air supply part in the longitudinal direction. is there. However, since the exhaust holes 12 are not positioned in the vertical direction of the air supply holes, it is difficult to look inward through the exhaust holes 12 from obliquely below the air supply part 31. When viewed from an obliquely downward position shifted in the width direction from the lower side of the air supply unit 31, the raised portion 38 blocks the field of view, so that the inside cannot be seen from this direction.
When the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 was used, the appearance when the indoors were seen from the outside through the exhaust holes 12 through the air supply holes 32 for ventilation was very bad. However, according to the exhaust hole 12 and the air supply hole 32 of the present invention, the view from the outside to the indoors cannot be seen and the appearance is improved.

In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the exhaust hole 12 is not positioned in the vertical direction of the flat portion 37 of the air supply hole 32. The end of the exhaust hole 12 is located above the raised portions 38 of the air supply hole 32. In this case, since the raised portion 38 has a raised shape, the inside is hardly seen through the exhaust hole 12. As a result, the air supply holes can be opened to the maximum while the inside cannot be seen, and the ventilation function can be improved.

A third embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
In the third embodiment, the exhaust holes 12 are continuously formed in the continuous plate 14 and the upper horizontal plate 15. The continuous plate 14 is continuously formed from the middle horizontal plate 13 to the upper horizontal plate 15 and is formed in the vertical direction. Moreover, since the exhaust hole 12 is opened over a part of the continuous plate 14 and the upper horizontal plate 15, it is formed in an inverted L shape.
In the third embodiment, the length of the air supply hole 32 is shorter than that of the middle horizontal plate 13, so that the interior is not seen from the outside through the air supply hole.

As shown in FIG. 3, the attachment of the present invention is such that the outside of one wall plate 34 and the receiving plate 35 has a right-angled shape. The vertical plate 2 can be positioned and fixed in a direction that is orthogonal. This vertical board | plate material 2 becomes a wall of a house.
Further, an extension plate 40 that extends the other lower horizontal plate 33 outward from the wall plate 34 is formed, and a ceiling plate material arrangement portion 41 is formed between the outside of the wall plate 34 and the extension plate 40 and the receiving plate 35. . The ceiling board can be fixed by arranging the ceiling board material 3 on the ceiling board material arrangement portion 41.
As a result, the eaves ceiling ventilation member 1 with the field of view blocked so as not to be seen from the outside through the air supply holes 32 and the exhaust holes 12 can be installed and the ceiling plate can be installed on the wall.
