Abstract

Description
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上流サイクロンユニット及び下流サイクロンユニットから成るサイクロン式分離装置であって、上流サイクロンユニットが第1端部及び第2端部を具備する少なくとも1つのサイクロンを備え、下流サイクロンユニットが第1端部及び第2端部を具備する少なくとも1つのサイクロンを備える、サイクロン式分離装置において、下流サイクロンユニットの少なくとも1つの前記サイクロンの配向が、上流サイクロンユニットの少なくとも1つの前記サイクロンの配向に対して実質的に逆にされるように、前記上流及び下流サイクロンユニットが互いに対して配置されていることを特徴とするサイクロン式分離装置が提供される。

Claims (20)
- 上流サイクロンユニットと下流サイクロンユニットを備えるサイクロン式分離装置であって、
前記上流サイクロンユニットは、第1端部及び第2端部を具備する少なくとも1つのサイクロンを備え、
前記下流サイクロンユニットは、第1端部及び第2端部を具備する少なくとも1つのサイクロンを備え、
前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記少なくとも1つのサイクロンが前記上流サイクロンユニットの前記少なくとも1つのサイクロンに対して実質的に反転されるように、前記上流サイクロンユニット及び前記下流サイクロンユニットが互いに対して配置されている、サイクロン式分離装置において、
前記上流サイクロンユニット及び前記下流サイクロンユニットの各々は塵及び埃のための収集器又は収集領域を有し、及び、
前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記収集器又は収集領域は前記上流サイクロンユニットの内側に位置することを特徴とするサイクロン式分離装置。 - 前記上流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが自身の前記第1端部に位置する入口を備える、請求項1に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記上流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが自身の前記第1端部に位置する出口を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記上流サイクロンユニットの前記収集器又は収集領域が該上流サイクロンユニットの該サイクロンの前記第2端部に位置する、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記上流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが自身の前記第1端部及び第2端部間で実質的に円筒形状をしている、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが自身の前記第1端部に位置する入口を備える、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが自身の前記第1端部に位置する出口を備える、請求項6に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記収集器又は収集領域は該下流サイクロンユニットの該サイクロンの前記第2端部に位置する、請求項7に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが自身の前記第1端部及び第2端部間で切頭円錐形状をしている、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットは平行に配置された複数のサイクロンを備える、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンの第1端部が互いに隣接して配置される、請求項10に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンの長手方向軸線が互いに対して平行である、請求項10または請求項11に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンの長手方向軸線が互いに対して傾いており、これにより、前記サイクロンが自身の前記第2端部で互いに対して接近する、請求項10から請求項12までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンの第2端部が前記収集器又は収集領域内に突出し、かつ隣接する前記サイクロンの前記第2端部間にフィンが設けられている、請求項1から請求項13までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記フィンが前記収集器又は収集領域の閉じた上部表面から、前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンの第2端部の水準より下の水準まで下向きに突出する、請求項14に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記上流サイクロンユニット及び前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記長手方向軸線が互いに対して一致するか又は平行である、請求項1から請求項15までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンの前記サイクロンが前記上流サイクロンユニットの内側に全て位置する、請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが前記上流サイクロンユニットの外側に位置する、請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンの前記第1端部が前記上流サイクロンユニットに隣接して位置しており、かつ前記下流サイクロンユニットの前記サイクロンが前記上流サイクロンユニットから離れて突出する、請求項18に記載のサイクロン式分離装置。
- 請求項1から請求項19までのいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離装置を組み込んだ真空掃除機。
