コルゲートチューブに挿通したワイヤハーネスの幹線から分岐する支線を、該コルゲートチューブの軸線方向中間のスリットあるいは挿通孔より引き出しているワイヤハーネス分岐部の保護構造であって、
前記ワイヤハーネスの幹線と支線とのT字状の分岐部分に、裏面に粘着層を有する保護シートを巻き付け固着しており、
前記保護シートは十字形状として縦方向部分と横方向部分との連続部は、両端から切り込みを入れていると共に中央部に縦横連続部を設けた形状とされ、
前記縦横連続部を前記分岐側と反対側の幹線の外周面に巻き付けて、両側の横方向部分を分岐部両側の幹線の外周面全面にそれぞれ寿司巻きして固着する一方、縦方向部分の両側を分岐部の幹線から支線にかけて、対向する半周の外周面にそれぞれ固着し、支線の両側で前記縦方向部分の両側を貼り合わせ固着して、分岐位置の幹線及び支線の全外周面を前記保護シートで被覆していることを特徴とするワイヤハーネス分岐部の保護構造。
