この監視手段により前記履歴保持手段に保存されている履歴データが更新されたことを検出した場合、更新された履歴データで示される処理状況を通知するか否かを判断する判断手段と、
この判断手段により更新された履歴データで示される処理状況を通知すると判断した場合、当該履歴データで示される処理状況を通知する通知手段と、

この履歴保持手段に保存される履歴データの更新状況を監視する監視手段と、
この監視手段により前記履歴保持手段に保存されている履歴データが更新されたことを検出した場合、更新された履歴データで示される処理状況を通知するか否かを判断する判断手段と、
この判断手段により更新された履歴データで示される処理状況を通知すると判断した場合、当該履歴データで示される処理状況を通知する通知手段と、
この通知手段により処理状況が通知された特定の権限を有する人物の操作に応じて前記認識対象者の通行を制御する第２の通行制御手段と、
