Description

The present invention relates to a hot water storage tank unit having a hot water storage tank that stores hot water for hot water supply, and more particularly to a can body leg member that supports the hot water storage tank, a base, and a support structure for a tank body leg member.

Conventionally, as this type of hot water storage tank unit, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1, the hot water storage tank unit is formed so as to be supported by a tank body leg member provided at the bottom of the hot water storage tank for storing hot water. Yes.

By the way, Patent Document 1 does not describe the contents of the hot water storage tank, the shape of the tank main body leg member, and the support structure, but this type of hot water storage tank is generally formed in a vertically long shape.

In order to form a piping construction space at the installation site below the hot water storage tank, an upper end is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom of the hot water storage tank, and a tank body leg member having a shape extending downward from the fixed portion is disposed. ing. JP 2004-293969 A

However, in a hot water storage tank unit like the above-mentioned patent document 1, when carrying in to the floor of an apartment house in a packing state, it may be unable to convey by the height restriction of an elevator.

Therefore, there is a method to lower the height of the hot water tank unit by removing the tank body leg member from the hot water tank before carrying it into the elevator. In this case, the bottom of the hot water tank is not stable, There was a risk that the tank body would fall off, resulting in a functional failure that would damage the piping inside the equipment and functional parts arranged around the hot water storage tank.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a hot water storage tank unit capable of removing and attaching a tank main body leg member without damaging accessory parts and improving transportability.

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a hot water storage tank unit 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an overall configuration in which a hot water storage tank 10 is supported by a tank body leg member 50. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an overall configuration of a fastening portion between the can body leg member 30 and the tank main body leg member 50.

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a schematic configuration of a hot water supply apparatus to which the hot water storage tank unit 1 of the present invention is applied. As shown in FIG. 3, the hot water storage tank unit 1 of the present embodiment is used in, for example, a hot water supply device combined with a heat pump unit 2 including a heat pump cycle.

This type of hot water supply apparatus is used for general household use, and stores hot water heated by the heat pump unit 2 in the hot water storage tank 10 and uses the stored hot water for hot water in the kitchen. It has a hot water supply function for hot water to be used at terminals such as bathrooms and bathrooms.

The hot water storage tank unit 1 is mainly adjusted to a desired hot water supply temperature by mixing the hot water storage tank 10, the in-appliance pipe 11 disposed around the hot water storage tank 10, and hot water in the hot water storage tank 10 with water. It comprises a mixing valve 12, a temperature detection means 13 for detecting the temperature of each part, a flow rate detection means 14 for detecting the flow rate of hot water to be discharged, and a functional component such as a control device (not shown).

The hot water storage tank 10 is a metal (for example, stainless steel) hot water storage tank having excellent corrosion resistance, and a heat insulating material (not shown) is disposed on the outer peripheral portion, so that hot water for hot water supply can be kept warm. ing. The hot water storage tank 10 is formed in a vertically long shape, and an in-appliance pipe 11 is arranged at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 10 so that tap water is introduced, and hot water for hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 10 is disposed above. An in-appliance pipe 11 for leading out is provided.

In addition, a mixing valve 12 is provided in the in-appliance pipe 11 for deriving hot water for hot water supply. The temperature detection means 13 is provided in the middle of the outer wall surface of the hot water storage tank 10 and the in-appliance pipe 11. The flow rate detection means 14 is provided on the downstream side of the in-appliance pipe 11. The control device controls the mixing valve 12 and the heat pump unit 2 based on operation information from an operation panel (not shown) and detection signals from the various detection means 13 and 14.

As is well known, the heat pump unit 2 includes refrigeration cycle functional parts such as a compressor, a water refrigerant heat exchanger, an expansion valve, an evaporator, and an accumulator (not shown). The water-refrigerant heat exchanger is a counter-flow heat exchanger that has a refrigerant passage through which a refrigerant flows and a fluid passage through which a fluid flows, and exchanges heat between the refrigerant and the fluid.

The refrigerant passage side is connected to the refrigeration cycle side, and the fluid passage side is connected to the hot water storage tank 10. More specifically, one of the fluid passages and the bottom of the hot water storage tank 10 are connected by the forward pipe 15, and the other of the fluid passages and the upper part of the hot water storage tank 10 are connected by the return pipe 16. The forward pipe 15 is provided with a circulation pump (not shown) to circulate the water taken from the hot water storage tank 10 through the fluid passage, and hot water for hot water heated by the water refrigerant heat exchanger is placed above the hot water storage tank 10. I am trying to send it out.

The forward pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 are external pipes that connect the hot water storage tank unit 1 and the heat pump unit 2, and these external pipes are installed on site at the place where the hot water supply apparatus is installed. A part of the forward pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 is configured in the hot water storage tank unit 1 as an in-appliance pipe 11. That is, a circulation pump and a part of the return pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 are arranged around the hot water storage tank 10 as the in-appliance pipe 11.

By the way, the hot water storage tank unit 1 is accommodated in a housing (not shown) that forms an outer plate including the hot water storage tank 10, the above-described instrument piping 11 and other functional parts. In particular, the hot water storage tank 10 that stores a large amount of hot water for hot water supply in use has a curved bottom surface and an uneven surface, and is placed on a base 40 that is a bottom plate of a housing (not shown). Then, the bottom surface is unstable, and the hot water storage tank 10 falls off the base 40 due to a load bias of the in-appliance piping 11 and the like disposed around the hot water storage tank 10.

Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the support structure of the hot water storage tank 10 is divided into a plurality of can body leg members 30 that support the hot water storage tank 10 on the outer peripheral side of the hot water storage tank 10. The lower surface of each can body leg member 30 has the tank body leg member 50 disposed below the base 40 with the base 40 interposed therebetween.

Further, the tank body leg member 50 disposed below the base 40 is configured to be removable. In other words, the supporting structure of the hot water storage tank 10 is formed so that the can body leg member 30 is temporarily fastened to the base 40 so that the hot water storage tank 10 does not fall off the base 40 even if the tank body leg member 50 is detached from the base 40. Yes.

More specifically, the upper side of the can body leg member 30 is formed so as to be fixed to the outer peripheral side of the bottom of the hot water storage tank 10, and is arranged in a plurality in the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the hot water storage tank 10. And the lower side of the can body leg member 30 is formed so that its own weight may be applied to the upper surface of the base 40.

As shown in FIG. 2, the support structure of the hot water storage tank 10 is configured such that a base 40 is sandwiched between the lower surface of the can body leg member 30 and the upper surface of the tank body leg member 50, and bolts 32 and nuts that are fastening portions. The washer 31 is assembled at 33 so that it can be fastened together.

And the can body leg member 30 and the base | substrate 40 are temporarily fastened by the screw | thread 35 in the vicinity fastened together. At this time, a through hole (not shown) through which the bolt 32 passes is formed on the base 40 side, and a fixing hole (not shown) for fixing the screw 35 is formed in the vicinity thereof. Further, on the upper surface of the tank main body leg member 50, a fixing hole and an escape hole (not shown) for allowing the screw 35 to escape are formed.

Here, the base 40 is a bottom plate for partitioning the bottom surface of the hot water storage tank 10 covered with a heat insulating material from the outside. An anchor hole (not shown) is formed on the lower surface of the tank body leg member 50, and is fixed to the foundation by the anchor hole. Further, the space formed below the base 40 is a construction space for arranging external piping at the place where the hot water supply apparatus is installed, and the tank body leg member 50 is divided into a plurality of parts to form this space. Provided.

With the above structure of the support structure, the tank body leg member 50 can be removed by removing the nut 33 exposed to the lower side of the base 40. In other words, the height of the hot water storage tank unit 1 can be reduced by the height of the tank body leg member 50. And even if the tank main body leg member 50 is removed from the base 40, the hot water storage tank 10 is not temporarily dropped from the base 40 because the hot water storage tank 10 is temporarily fastened to the base 40 via the can body leg member 30.

And when constructing the hot water supply apparatus with the above configuration in the apartment house, when there is a height restriction on the elevator to be carried to the floor of the apartment house, the tank body leg member 50 is removed to remove the tank body leg member 50. Can be transported up. In addition, the hot water storage tank 10, the in-appliance pipe 11 around the hot water storage tank 10, the functional parts, etc. can be transported without damage.

In the present embodiment, the can body leg member 30 and the tank main body leg member 50 are divided into three pieces in the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the hot water storage tank 10, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of three or more pieces are provided. May be provided.

According to the hot water storage tank unit 1 according to the first embodiment described above, the can body leg member 30 that supports the hot water storage tank 10, the base 40 that supports the hot water storage tank 10 via the can body leg member 30, and the base 40 The tank body leg member 50 is fastened to the base plate 40 when the tank body leg member 50 is removed.

According to this, the height of the hot water storage tank unit 1 can be lowered by removing the tank body leg member 50. As a result, the transportability can be improved. Further, since the hot water storage tank 10 is supported on the base 40 by the can body leg member 30, the hot water storage tank 10 is detached from the base (40), and the in-appliance pipe 11 disposed around the hot water storage tank 10 or There is no risk of damage to functional parts.

Further, the can body leg member 30 is formed so that the upper side is fixed to the lower outer peripheral portion of the hot water storage tank 10, and the lower side is formed so as to apply its own weight to the base 40. Is fastened to the base 40 so that there is no damage to the in-appliance pipe 11 and the functional parts disposed around the hot water storage tank 10.

Further, the can body leg member 30 has the fastening portions 32 and 33 for fastening the tank body leg member 50 together, and is formed on the outer periphery of the hot water storage tank 10 so that the tank body leg member 50 is removed from the outside.
